Based on what I learned in Unit 2, I started to examine my daily habits more carefully. I realized that I have both positive and negative routines that influence my life.
First, I have developed a good habit of organizing my tasks for the next day before going to sleep. I usually spend about 10 minutes writing a simple to-do list, which helps me feel more prepared and less stressed in the morning. Second, I try to drink enough water throughout the day, which improves my concentration and keeps me energized. Third, I make an effort to review what I learned at school each day, which helps me better understand the material and remember it longer.
However, I also noticed some bad habits. One of them is that I often procrastinate when I have difficult assignments. Instead of starting right away, I tend to delay and spend time on unnecessary things. Another bad habit is that I sometimes stay up too late because I watch videos longer than I planned. Lastly, I often check my phone too frequently, which interrupts my focus and reduces my productivity.
To improve these habits, I need to manage my time more effectively and set clear limits, especially when using my phone. By doing this, I can reduce procrastination, improve my focus, and develop a more consistent sleep schedule.
Through these efforts, I believe I can gradually become more disciplined, improve my efficiency, and build a healthier and more balanced lifestyle.
