천성경 (증) - 498. 천일국의 3대 요소

1 한 나라가 형성되기 위해서는 주권이 있어야 하고, 백성이 있어야 하고, 국토가 있어야 합니다. 하늘나라도 역시 마찬가지입니다. 주권을 대신한 것이 부모이며, 백성을 대신한 것이 아들딸이고, 그리고 국토를 대신한 것이 나라입니다. 이 가운데 어느 한 가지도 빼놓을 수 없습니다. 이것은 철칙입니다.

2 나라가 형성되기 위해서는 그 나라의 주권이 있어야 되고, 백성이 있어야 되고, 국토가 있어야 됩니다. 그런 관점에서 지상에 천국을 실현한다는 문제를 두고 볼 때, 천국의 주인, 주권자가 누구냐? 틀림없이 하나님이 주권자입니다. 그리고 백성은 누구냐? 백성은 만민입니다. 그러면 국토는 어디냐? 지구성입니다.

3 하나님이 확실히 있는 것만 알게 된다면 하나님의 뜻을 안 따라갈 수 없습니다. 하나님의 뜻은 세계 인류를 당신이 사랑하는 백성으로 만들고, 지구성을 당신이 사랑하는 국토로 만들고, 국토와 백성을 합해서 하나의 주권국가를 만들자는 것입니다. 이것이 이상세계입니다.

4 나라가 형성되려면 국토가 있어야 하고, 백성이 있어야 하고, 그리고 주권이 있어야 합니다. 주권은 무엇이냐? 근원적인 하나님과 인연맺는 것입니다. 나라를 치리하는 사람들은 백성이 깊이 잠든 다음에 하나님과 인연맺어 정치를 해야 됩니다. 그리하여 주권자는 백성과 하나되어야 합니다. 백성과 하나되어 자기에게 있는 모든 것은 자기를 위한 것이 아니라 나라를 위한 것이라고 생각해야 됩니다. 그렇게 되면 그 나라는 번영하는 것입니다.

5 우리가 나라와 민족을 위하여 피땀을 흘리는 것은 결국 영원한 하늘나라를 이루기 위해서, 천추만대의 후손들이 길이 찬양할 수 있는 복지국가를 이루기 위해서입니다. 그 나라는 하나님을 중심삼고 직계 자녀들이 천명을 받들어, 하나님을 대신한 명령을 가지고 그 왕권을 치리하는 나라임에 틀림없습니다. 거기에는 민주주의나 공산주의가 있을 수 없습니다. 한번 형성되면 영원한 국가체제로 남아진다는 것입니다. 그런 것을 생각하게 될 때, 나 자신이 그런 나라의 백성이 못 됐다는 사실이 원통하다는 것입니다. 나 자신이 그런 나라에서 살지 못하는 것을 탄식해야 됩니다. 그런 하나의 나라를 갖지 못한 것을 한탄해야 됩니다. 그런 하나의 불변의 주권을 갖지 못한 것을 회개해야 됩니다.

6 하나님이 사랑하는 아들딸을 지상에 보내어 절대적인 하나의 국가를 세우기 위한 일을 진행시켜 나왔지만, 현 시점에서 하나의 국가를 복귀할 수 있는 터전을 마련하지 못했습니다. 번번이 실패했기 때문에 이 땅 위에 하늘의 사람을 보내 그 일을 경영시키고, 추진시키고, 성사시키기 위해 애써 나온 것이 지금까지의 하늘의 역사입니다.

7 주권이 없는 나라의 국민은 불쌍한 것입니다. 그래서 예수님이 염려하여 이르기를 ‘무엇을 먹을까, 무엇을 마실까, 무엇을 입을까 하지 말라. 이는 다 이방인들이 구하는 것이라. 너희 천부께서 이 모든 것이 너희에게 있어야 할 줄을 아시느니라. 너희는 먼저 그의 나라와 그의 의를 구하라. 그리하면 이 모든 것을 너희에게 더하시리라.’라고 하였습니다. 먼저 아들을 구하라고 하였습니까, 나라를 구하라고 하였습니까? 하나님이 찾고 있는 나라를 구하라고 하셨다는 것입니다.

8 예수님도 낙원에 가서 기다리고 있습니다. 하늘 보좌 앞에 못 갔다는 것입니다. 예수님은 하나님 앞에 나라의 주권을 세우고 나라를 치리해서 지상에서부터 천국까지 직통할 수 있는 권한을 가진 나라를 못 만들었기 때문에 하나님 앞에 설 수 없는 것입니다. 그러므로 낙원은 천국 가는 대합실입니다. 또 천국은 혼자서는 못 갑니다. 천국은 본래 타락하지 않았으면 아담과 해와, 가정 단위로 가야 됩니다. 아들딸들과 같이 가야 됩니다. 그러지 않으면 못 가는 것입니다.

9 하나님의 사랑의 주권은 절대·유일·영원·불변입니다. 그 나라의 주권도 그렇고, 그 나라의 백성도 그렇고, 그 나라의 만물도 그렇기 때문에 이제 다시 정비해서 절대·유일·불변·영원한 국민으로 재등록해야 됩니다. 만물도 그렇게 재정비할 때이기 때문에 전체를 반대로 돌려야 합니다. 하나님의 나라에서는 절대 주권이 필요하고, 백성이 필요하고, 만물이 필요합니다. 우리 가정을 보면 주권을 대신한 부모가 있고, 백성을 대신한 아들딸이 있고, 만물을 대신한 물건이 있습니다. 그것이 작은 하늘나라의 기반입니다. 그것을 전부 하나님을 위해 바쳐야 합니다. 그래야 큰 나라, 큰 세계가 이루어지는 것입니다.

10 나라를 이루기 위해서는 주권이 있어야 됩니다. 그다음에 백성이 있어야 됩니다. 그래서 하늘나라 입적카드를 갖게 돼 있습니다. 이럼으로써 하늘 전권을 중심삼은 주권과 백성과 국민을 갖춘 천일국의 기반이 준비되는 것입니다. 여기에 확정적인 자기 가치 결정은, 여러분이 일족을 얼마만큼 하늘 앞에 수습하느냐에 달려 있습니다.

11 하나의 하나님 주권 하에 하나의 나라를 세워야 됩니다. 여러분이 이제 하나님을 중심삼고 참부모를 대행하는 실권자이니만큼 땅 위에 조국광복, 세계 통일적인 국가에 세금을 바칠 때가 왔습니다. 선생님의 지갑에서 나온 돈을 가지고 여러분 개인을 도와줘서는 안 됩니다. 하늘의 뜻을 따라야 됩니다. 그렇기 때문에 한국은 한국대로 책임을 해야 되고, 일본은 일본대로 책임을 해야 되고, 미국은 미국대로 책임을 하는데 이 세 나라가 한 나라입니다. 부모의 나라와 형님의 나라입니다.

12 지금까지 종교인들은 왜 어려움을 겪어 왔느냐? 종교를 협조해 줄 수 있는 가정도 없고, 사회도 없고, 나라도 없었기 때문입니다. 나라 없는 백성입니다. 나라가 있었다면 종족이 반대하는 자리에 서더라도 그 나라권 내에 남아질 수 있는 길이 있었을 것입니다. 지금까지 종교를 믿는 사람들이 어디 가든지 핍박을 받고, 어디 가든지 피를 흘리는 제물의 길을 걸어온 것은 나라가 없었기 때문입니다. 주권자가 있고 나라만 있었더라면 제물의 길을 가지 않았을 것입니다. 나라 없는 백성입니다. 지금까지 종교는 나라와 국민이 없었습니다. 하나님이 바라는 국민을 형성해야 된다는 것을 몰랐습니다.

13 여러분은 하늘나라에 데려갈 수 있는 아들딸을 몇이나 만들었습니까? 여러분이 해야 할 일은 그것밖에 없습니다. 아무리 억천만금을 가지고 잘살았다고 하더라도 다 흘러갑니다. 그것은 자기 모든 물질과 지식과 자기 생명까지, 타락한 내 생명까지 투입해서라도 해야 됩니다. 따로따로 투입하는 것이 아니라 한꺼번에 투입해서 하늘나라의 백성을 만들겠다고 해야 됩니다. 투입하는 전체가 가중함에 따라서 그 가치는 비례해 가는 것입니다.

14 통일교회는 가정천국 이상을 위해서 전진하는 대표적 교회입니다. 이 가정 가운데는 나라가 깃들고, 세계가 깃들고, 하늘땅이 깃들고, 하나님이 깃든다는 것입니다. 참부모 혈족의 인연을 가졌으니 앞으로 돌감람나무가 되어서는 안 됩니다. 참감람나무 씨를 가지고 만국 어디에 가서 뿌리를 내리더라도 참감람나무 열매가 열려야 합니다. 만국 만방을 넘어서 동일한 결실을 거두어서 하늘나라의 거룩한 백성으로 입고시켜야 합니다. 그것이 하나님의 창조이상입니다. 천국 백성을 확장시켜야 할 책임이, 탕감의 역사가 없는 자유 해방권의 천국 백성을 확장시켜야 할 책임이 통일교회 가정들에게 있습니다. 그것이 여러분의 사명임을 망각해서는 안 됩니다.

15 통일교회 교인들도 나라가 없습니다. 지금의 민주주의 세계도 하나님이 6천년 수고해 만들어 놓은 것입니다. 만약 여러분이 옛날 예수님시대에 이스라엘에서 태어났으면, 여러분의 목은 벌써 떨어졌을 것입니다. 선생님 같은 사람은 벌써 이 세상에 흔적도 없어졌을 것입니다. 국가적으로 불의의 사탄 대역자가 있는가 하면, 지금 세계적인 불의의 대변자인 공산주의가 종교를 말살시키기 위한 최후의 배수진을 치고 있다는 이 엄연한 사실을 똑똑히 알아야 됩니다.

天聖経 (增) - 498. 天一国の三大要素

1　一つの国が形成されるためには、主権がなければならず、民がいなければならず、国土がなければなりません。天の国もやはり同じです。主権を身代わりし たものが父母であり、民を身代わりしたものが息子、娘であり、国土を身代わりしたものが国です。この中のどれ一つとして欠かすことはできません。これは鉄 則です。

2　国が形成されるためには、その国の主権がなければならず、民がいなければならず、国土がなければなりません。そのような観点で地上に天国を実現すると いう問題を考えてみるとき、天国の主人、主権者は誰でしょうか。間違いなく、神様が主権者です。そして、民は誰でしょうか。民は万民です。それでは、国土 はどこでしょうか。地球星です。

天一国の根幹は主権と民と国土
3　神様が確実にいることさえ分かれば、神様のみ旨に従わざるを得ません。神様のみ旨は、世界人類を御自身が愛する民とし、地球星を御自身が愛する国土とし、国土と民を合わせて一つの主権国家をつくろうということです。これが理想世界です。

4　国が形成されるためには、国土がなければならず、民がいなければならず、そして、主権がなければなりません。主権とは何でしょうか。根源的な神様と関 係を結ぶことです。国を治める人は、民が眠りについているときでも、神様と関係を結んで政治をしなければなりません。そうして、主権者は民と一つにならな ければなりません。民と一つになって、自分にあるすべてのものは、自分のためのものではなく、国のためのものであると考えなければなりません。そのように なれば、その国は繁栄するのです。

5　私たちが国と民族のために血と汗を流すのは、結局、永遠の天の国を築くためであり、千秋万代の子孫が永遠に称賛できる福祉国家を築くためです。

その国は、神様を中心として直系の子女たちが天命に従い、神様を身代わりするその命令をもって、その王権を治める国であることは間違いありません。そこに は、民主主義や共産主義はあり得ません。一度形成されれば、永遠の国家体制として残されるというのです。

そのようなことを考えるとき、「私」自身がそのような国の民になれなかったという事実が悲痛だというのです。「私」自身がそのような国で暮らせなかったこ とを嘆息しなければなりません。そのような一つの国をもてなかったことを嘆息しなければなりません。そのような一つの不変な主権をもてなかったことを悔い 改めなければならないのです。

6　神様が愛する息子、娘を地上に送り、絶対的な一つの国家を建てるためのみ業を進行させてきましたが、現時点では一つの国家を復帰する土台を整えること ができていません。いつも失敗したので、この地上に天の人を遣わし、それを経綸させ、推進させ、成就させるために苦労してきたのが、今までの天の歴史で す。

7　主権のない国の国民はかわいそうです。ですから、イエス様が心配して、「何を食べようか、何を飲もうか、あるいは何を着ようかと言って思いわずらうな。これらのものはみな、異邦人が切に求めているものである。あなたがたの天の父は、これらのものが、ことごとくあなたがたに必要であることをご存じである。まず神の国と神の義とを求めなさい。そうすれば、これらのものは、すべて添えて与えられるであろう」(マタイ六・三一-三三)と言ったのです。まず息 子を求めなさいと言いましたか、国を求めなさいと言いましたか。神様が探している国を求めなさいと言われたというのです。

8　イエス様も、楽園に行って待っているのです。天の宝座の前に行くことができていないというのです。イエス様は、神様のみ前に国の主権を立て、国を治め て地上から天国まで直通できる権限をもった国をつくれなかったので、神様のみ前に立てないのです。ですから、楽園は天国に行く待合室です。また、天国は一人では行けません。天国は本来、堕落していなければアダムとエバ、家庭単位で行かなければなりません。息子、娘たちと共に行かなければなりません。そのよ うにしなければ行けないのです。

9　神様の愛の主権は、絶対、唯一、永遠、不変です。その国の主権もそうであり、その国の民もそうであり、その国の万物もそうなので、今から再び整備し て、絶対、唯一、不変、永遠の国民として再登録しなければなりません。万物もそのように再整備する時なので、全体を反対に回さなければならないのです。神 様の国では、絶対主権が必要であり、民が必要であり、万物が必要です。私たちの家庭を見れば、主権を身代わりした父母がいて、民を身代わりした息子、娘が いて、万物を身代わりした物があります。それが小さな天の国の基盤です。それをすべて神様のために捧げなければなりません。それでこそ大きな国、大きな世 界が成し遂げられるのです。

10　国を形成するためには主権がなければなりません。その次に、民がいなければなりません。それで、天の国の入籍力ードを持つようになっているのです。 このようにすることによって、天の全権を中心とした主権と民と国民を備えた天一国の基盤が準備されるのです。ここにおいて確定的な自己価値の決定は、皆さ んが一族をどのくらい天の前に収拾したかにかかっています。

11　唯一なる神様の主権のもとに、一つの国を建てなければなりません。皆さんは、今や、神様を中心として真の父母様を代行する実権者なので、地上に祖国 光復、世界統一的な国家に税金を捧げる時が来ました。先生の財布から出たお金で、皆さん個人を助けてあげてはならないのです。神様のみ旨に従わなければなりません。そのため、韓国は韓国として責任を果たさなければならず、日本は日本として責任を果たさなければならず、アメリカはアメリカとして責任を果たす のですが、この三つの国は一つの国です。父母の国と兄の国なのです。

12　今まで宗教者は、なぜ困難を経てきたのでしょうか。宗教を協助してあげられる家庭もなく、社会もなく、国もなかったからです。国のない民です。国が あったならば、氏族が反対する立場に立っても、その国の圏内に残る道があったはずです。今まで宗教を信じる人々が、どこに行っても迫害を受け、どこに行っ ても血を流す祭物の道を歩んできたのは、国がなかったからです。主権者がいて、国さえあれば、祭物の道を歩むことはなかったでしょう。国のない民です。今 まで宗教には国がなく、国民がいませんでした。神様が願う国民を形成すべきだということを知らなかったのです。

13　皆さんは、天の国に連れていける息子、娘を、どれほどつくりましたか。皆さんがなすべきことはそれしかありません。いくら億千万金をもって豊かに暮 らしたとしても、すべて流れていきます。それは、自分のすべての物質と知識と自分の生命まで、堕落した「私」の生命まで投入したとしても、なさなければな らないのです。別々に投入するのではなく、一度に投入して天の国の民をつくろうとしなければなりません。加重して投入されるに従って、その価値が比例して 高くなっていくのです。

14　統一教会は、家庭天国理想のために前進する代表的教会です。この家庭の中には、国が宿り、世界が宿り、天地が宿り、神様が宿るというのです。真の父 母の血族の縁をもったので、今後、野生のオリーブの木になってはいけません。真のオリーブの木の種をもって、万国のどこに行って根を下ろしても、真のオ リーブの木の実を結ばなければなりません。万国万邦を越えて同じ実を収め、天の国の神聖な民として倉庫に納めなければなりません。それが神様の創造理想で す。天国の民を拡張させる責任が、蕩減の役事(働き)がない自由解放圏の天国の民を拡張させる責任が、統一教会の家庭にあるのです。それが皆さんの使命で あることを忘れてはいけません。

15　統一教会の教会員にも国がありません。今の民主主義世界は、神様が六千年苦労なさってつくっておいたものです。もし皆さんが昔、イエス様の時代にイスラエルで生まれたならば、皆さんの首は既に飛んでいたでしょう。先生のような人は、既にこの世に痕跡もなくなっていたのです。国家的に不義のサタンの代 身者がいるかと思えば、今の世界的な不義の代弁者である共産主義が、宗教を抹殺させるための最後の背水の陣を張っているという、この厳然たる事実をはっきりと知らなければなりません。

1 To create a nation, there has to be sovereignty, people and land. The same holds true for the heavenly kingdom, where Parents represent the sovereignty, sons and daughters represent the people, and its territory represents the land. None of these can be left out; it is an ironclad rule.

2 For the formation of a nation, there must be sovereignty, people and land. When building the kingdom of heaven on earth from this perspective, who would be its lord? Who would be its sovereign? Without a doubt, God would be its sovereign. Who would be its people? All humankind. Then what would be its land? It would be the entire planet Earth.

3 Once people come to know that God definitely exists, they will naturally follow His Will. Gods Will is to make all humanity, His beloved people—to make the planet Earth, His beloved land, and by bringing these together, to make a sovereign nation. This will be the ideal world.

4 To establish a nation, there needs to be land, people and sovereignty. What establishes the sovereignty? It is a relationship with God, the Origin. For instance, those who govern the nation are required to conduct the affairs of state by connecting to God, even after most people have fallen fast asleep. In this manner, the leaders will be one with their people. Thus united, they will know that everything set before them is not for their own use, but for the sake of the nation. With this in place, the nation will prosper. (030-088, 1970.03.17)

5 The reason we shed blood and tears for our country and our people is ultimately to build the eternal heavenly kingdom, a blessed nation that our descendants will applaud for all eternity. This will surely be a country where children of direct lineage rule with an authority that represents God. It has the authority of God's kingship, which is neither communism nor democracy. Once we form this country, it will endure forever with this national structure. As I come to think of this, I lament that I myself could not become a citizen of that nation. You too should lament that you were not able to live in such a country. We all should be lamenting that we were not able to have such a nation. We should repent for not having established this one unchanging sovereignty. (392-234, 2002.09.21)

6 God sent His beloved sons and daughters to this earth in His endeavor to establish one true nation. But to this day we have not prepared the foundation upon which to restore this nation of oneness. After each attempt to achieve it ended without success, God continued to send His people to earth to initiate, conduct, and conclude His work successfully. God has worked through history for this purpose. (030-010, 1970.03.14)

7 People whose nation has lost its sovereignty are in a pitiful plight. This was what Jesus meant when he preached: "Therefore, do not be anxious, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?' For the Gentiles seek all these things; and your Heavenly Father knows that you need them all. But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things shall be yours as well." (Matt. 6:31-33) What did he say you should seek first: your children or His kingdom? He told you to seek the nation that God is seeking. (034-337, 1970.09.20)

8 Even Jesus is waiting in paradise. He was not able to establish the throne of Heaven on earth. Jesus cannot yet stand in front of God with the foundation of the sovereignty of a nation. He could not govern a fully established nation whose people could go straight from earth to the kingdom of God in heaven. Thus, they had to remain with Jesus in paradise, which is like a waiting room. The kingdom of heaven in heaven is a place you cannot enter alone. If Adam and Eve had not fallen, they would have gone there together with their family. The kingdom of heaven in heaven is a place you go in the company of your family, including children. Without them, you cannot possibly enter. (056-201, 1972.05.14)

9 God's sovereignty of love is absolute, unique, eternal, and unchanging. Such is the case with the sovereignty, the people and the land of God's kingdom. Therefore, we need to reorganize everything. This includes registering anew as absolute, unique, eternal, and unchanging citizens. All things should be reorganized as well, with everything reclaimed. God's kingdom consists of sovereignty, people and all things, united absolutely with God. We see that in each family, parents represent sovereignty children represent the citizens, and possessions represent the creation. Each family needs to offer itself to God as a small-scale foundation. The larger nation and world will come about on this basis and this basis alone.

10 For us to form a nation, we need sovereignty and then people. In the future we will provide all citizens of the heavenly kingdom with a registration card. This foundation, on which its people, its citizens, will stand, centering on Heaven's full authority and sovereignty, is being prepared for Cheon Il Guk. At that point, you will be honored based upon the number of people from your tribe you brought to heaven.

11 We have to build one nation under the one sovereignty of God. The time has come for you, as the people who can actually exercise the authority of True Parents centering on God, to take financial responsibility by paying taxes for the restoration of our homeland on earth, the Nation of the Unified World. I am not supposed to help you personally, so I cannot provide all the resources for you. You need to follow God's Will. In order to do this, Korea has its responsibility, Japan has its responsibility and America has its responsibility. Providentially, the three of them are one country, although each represents one position as father nation, mother nation and eldest son nation. (303-157, 1999.08.17)

12 Why have the saints faced difficulties? It is because they pioneered faith without support from their family, society or nation. They were a people without a nation. If they had had a nations support, they could have survived even if their tribe opposed them. Yet this rarely happened, and hence those whom God called usually were persecuted wherever they went and many walked the path of a sacrificial offering, shedding blood. Again, this is because they did not have their own nation. If they had had a sovereign and a nation to support them, there would have been no need for them to go the sacrificial way. They were a people without a nation. To this day, the truth did not have a people or nation, and even those who followed it did not know the nature of the nation that God was hoping to see. 13 How many heaven-bound sons and daughters have you gathered? You should not do anything else other than that. You may live affluently with billions of dollars' worth of gold, but that will pass away. Invest your material resources, your knowledge and even your life from the fallen lineage for this work. Do not invest them a little at a time, but rather all at once, out of a heart to create citizens for God's kingdom. Accumulate such investments; their value appreciates exponentially. 14 The Unification Church is marching toward the ideal of the kingdom of heaven within the family. The nation, world, heaven, and God are nestled in that family. You have been engrafted to the True Parents' lineage, so do not act like wild olive trees. Take the seed of the true olive tree and bear its fruit wherever you take root in the world. Transcending nations and peoples, the fruits are the same. Bear them and bring them forth as the holy people of the kingdom of heaven, manifesting God’s ideal of creation. Unification Church blessed families are responsible to increase the population of the kingdom of heaven, which is a free and liberated realm with no history of indemnity. Never forget that this is your mission.

15 Unification Church members do not have their own nation. The democratic world we see today is the fruit of God's six thousand years of endeavor. Had you been born in Israel at the time of Jesus, you would have been executed. A man like me would have been done away with, leaving behind not even the smallest trace of his existence. We have to be clearly aware that there are un-righteous representatives of Satan on the national level as well as on the world level. In particular, communism, which is the embodiment of evil on the global level, is desperate. It is preparing a final act of aggression to wipe out religion.
