천성경 (증) - 501. 하늘나라 헌법은 참사랑이 근간

8 하나님이 하나의 헌법을 만든다고 한다면 사랑을 옹호하고 사랑을 세우기 위한 헌법을 만드는 것입니다. 이것이 하늘나라의 헌법일 것이고, 그 법을 통해서 치리하는 것이 하늘나라의 정치일 것입니다. 이것은 지극히 이론적입니다.

9 하늘나라 헌법은 개인의 생활을 완전히 유지시킬 수 있고 가정과 사회와 국가가 침해받지 않고 완전히 갈 수 있는 내용을 결정짓는 것이 헌법으로 만들어져야 됩니다. 하나님의 아들딸들이 살 수 있는 개인적인 생활관, 가정적인 생활관, 국가적인 생활관, 세계적인 생활관, 천주적인 생활관을 보호하고 그 생활을 지탱시킬 수 있는 내용의 법을 제정해야 됩니다. 그것이 하나님이 원하는 하늘나라의 헌법이 될 것입니다.

10 하늘의 헌법 중에서 제1은 하나님을 자기 몸 이상 사랑하라는 것입니다. 그다음에는 하나님이 사랑하는 형제들을 자기 몸 이상 사랑하라는 것입니다. 그 자리에 서는 사람은 나면서부터 천상세계 어디 가든지 막을 자가 없습니다. 그런 기반이 타락으로 인해 더럽혀졌기 때문에 이것을 청산해 나오면서 비로소 주류 되는 기독교 문화권을 중심삼고 세계를 통일하려 했습니다.

11 지금까지 하나님의 나라가 없었기 때문에 하나님 나라 헌법을 발표할 수 없었습니다. 이제는 그러한 시대가 왔기 때문에 하나님의 나라가 이루어짐과 동시에 하나님 나라의 헌법과 모든 법률이 설정됨으로써, 지상에서 그것에 맞게 생활한 다음에 영계로 가면 모든 것이 무사통과입니다. 만약에 그대로 생활하지 못하면 모든 기준에서 걸립니다.

12 이제는 하늘나라의 헌법을 중심삼고 법의 치리시대가 왔습니다. 아담 해와가 타락함으로써 즉각 지옥으로 떨어졌습니다. 이제는 구원섭리니 사랑이니 하는 것이 아니라 하늘나라의 헌법과 하늘나라의 제반 법이 나왔으니 그 법대로 살지 않으면 안 됩니다. 천국은 법을 중심삼고 완성하게 됩니다.

13 하나님의 사랑은 개인을 희생시켜서 가정적 사랑을 찾아 세우고, 가정을 희생시켜서 종족적 사랑을 찾아 나가고, 종족을 희생시켜서 민족적 사랑을, 민족을 희생시켜서 세계적 사랑을, 세계를 희생시켜서 천주적 사랑을 찾아 세우는 것입니다. 천주를 희생시켜서 하나님의 사랑을 해방하는 것을 제도화해 놓는 것이 천지 이치입니다. 그러한 이치의 법도를 하나님 자신이 헌법으로 제정했기 때문에 하나님 자신도 그 법에 따라 전진하고 있는 것입니다.

14 하늘나라의 헌법 제정이 우리의 목표입니다. 우리의 생활규범이라고 할 수 있는 하늘나라의 헌법을 제정해서 만국에 선포하고 온 천주에 선포하는 날이 와야 됩니다. 그것이 나와야만 개인의 생활이나 사회의 법, 사회제도를 만들 수 있습니다.

15 선생님이 하늘의 헌법, 하늘의 법이 얼마나 무섭다는 것을 아는 사람입니다. 선생님이 그 법에 걸리지 않기 위해서 천신만고의 길을 직행하고 있습니다. 못나서 그런 것이 아닙니다. 여러분보다 머리가 나빠서 그런 것이 아닙니다. 너무나 잘 알기 때문에 이 길을 안 갈 수 없습니다.

16 우리가 지상의 나라만 건설되면 헌법으로 치리합니다. 하나님이 참부모와 천지부모를 중심삼고 천지의 헌법 제정을 발표하는 것입니다. 그것은 지상 법이 아닙니다. 하늘나라 법이요 이상적 영원한 세계의 법이기 때문에 이 땅에서부터 지키는 훈련을 안 하면 안 됩니다. 자기 멋대로 살아서는 안 된다는 것입니다.

17 이 지구성에는 하나님의 나라가 없습니다. 오색 인종이 원수를 사랑하면서 종족과 민족, 세계가 싸우지 않고 하나되는 가운데 나가다 보면 조국광복이 이루어질 것입니다. 그래서 하나님의 조국을 광복해서 하늘 헌법을 선포하는 날이 되면, 그것은 영원무궁토록 점령당하지 않고 영원히 기념하지 않을 수 없는 최고의 날이 될 것입니다.

18 160가정이 하나됨으로써 입적시대가 벌어집니다. 지금 여러분이 태어나면 출생신고를 해야 되고, 결혼하면 혼인신고를 해야 되고, 죽으면 사망신고를 해야 되는 것과 마찬가지입니다. 나라가 설정되면 헌법을 중심삼고 호적이라든가 거기에 대한 체계를 이루어 가지고 관리할 수 있는 기본법이 생겨나야 됩니다. 그 나라에 입적하기 위해서는 모국어를 알아야 합니다. 말과 문화와 생활환경이 완전히 참부모님의 문화권을 상속받고 심정문화세계를 대표한 가정으로서 마찬가지의 모양을 갖추지 않고는 천국에 입적할 수 있는 자격을 박탈당하는 것입니다.

19 하늘나라의 법을 지키고 하늘나라의 왕궁법을 존중해야 됩니다. 이제부터 남북이 통일된 세계의 모든 것을 대비해야 됩니다. 그 훈련을 해야 될 것이 아직까지 남아 있습니다. 그때는 아무나 못 들어갑니다. 입적시대가 오는 것입니다. 그때는 대학교를 졸업하고 박사가 되어서 대학교 교수로 입적하는 것보다 더 어려운 것입니다. 자기 일대에 일족의 모든 역사를 편성해 거기를 통과해야 됩니다. 영계 육계로부터 감정을 받고 선출하는 것입니다.

20 천법으로 보장할 수 있는 법이 없습니다. 그래서 선생님을 통해서 법을 만들려고 합니다. 천법을 세워야 합니다. 인법이 아닙니다. 인권이 아닙니다. 천권을 세우자는 것입니다. 여러분이 요구하는 것이 인권인데, 프랑스면 프랑스 인권, 한국이면 한국의 인권이 아닙니다. 제4차 이스라엘 나라의 인권입니다. 원수 원수끼리 싸우는 것이 아니라 원수 원수끼리 이마를 맞대고 ‘네 딸을 내 아들 앞에, 내 딸을 네 아들 앞에!’라고 하면서 서로 기뻐할 수 있는 아이디어를 가진 사람이 하늘나라의 왕권을 지킬 수 있습니다.

天聖経 (增) - 501. 天の国の憲法は真の愛が根幹

8　神様が一つの憲法をつくるとすれば、愛を擁護し、愛を立てるための憲法をつくるのです。これが天の国の憲法であり、その法を通して治めるのが天の国の 政治です。これは、この上なく理論的です。

9　天の国の憲法は、個人の生活を完全に維持させることができ、家庭と社会と国家が侵害を受けず、完全に進むことができる内容を決定するものにならなけれ ばなりません。神様の息子、娘が暮らせる個人的生活観、家庭的生活観、国家的生活観、世界的生活観、天宙的生活観を保護し、その生活を支えられる内容の法 を制定しなければなりません。それが、神様の願う天の国の憲法になるでしょう。

10　天の憲法の中で、第一は、神様を自分の体以上に愛しなさいということです。その次に、神様が愛する兄弟を自分の体以上に愛しなさいということです。
その場に立つ人は、生まれてから、天上世界のどこに行っても、遮る人がいません。
そのような基盤が堕落によって汚されたので、これを清算しながら、新たに主流となるキリスト教文化圏を中心として、世界を統一しようとしたのです。

11　今まで天の国がなかったので、神様の国の憲法を発表できませんでした。今やそのような時代が訪れたので、神様の国が成し遂げられると同時に、神様の 国の憲法とすべての法律が制定されることによって、地上でそれに合うように生活したのちに霊界に行けば、すべてのものが無事通過です。もしそのとおりに生 活できなければ、すべての基準において引っ掛かるのです。

12　今や、天の国の憲法を中心として、法の統治時代が来ました。アダムとエバは、堕落することによって、即刻地獄に落ちました。これからは、救援摂理を 語るのではなく、天の国の憲法と天の国の諸般の法が出てきたので、真の愛を根幹とした法のとおりに生きなければなりません。天国は法を中心として完成する のです。

13　神様の愛は、個人を犠牲にさせて家庭的愛を探し立て、家庭を犠牲にさせて氏族的愛を探し立て、氏族を犠牲にさせて民族的愛を、民族を犠牲にさせて世 界的愛を、世界を犠牲にさせて天宙的愛を探し立てるのです。天宙を犠牲にさせて神様の愛を解放することを制度化しておくことが天地の道理です。そのような 道理の法度を神様御自身が憲法として制定したので、神様御自身も、その法に従って前進しているのです。

14　天の国の憲法制定が私たちの目標です。私たちの生活規範と言える天の国の憲法を制定し、万国に宣布して全天宙に宣布する日が来なければなりません。 それが出てきてこそ、個人の生活や社会の法、社会制度をつくることができるのです。

15　先生は、天の憲法、天の法がどれほど恐ろしいかということを知る人です。先生は、その法に引っ掛からないように、千辛万苦の道を直行しているので す。愚かだからではありません。皆さんよりも頭が悪いから、そのようにするのではないのです。あまりにもよく知っているので、この道を行かざるを得ないの です。

16　私たちが地上の国さえ建設できれば、憲法で治めるのです。神様が真の父母と天地父母を中心として、天地の憲法制定を発表するのです。それは、地上の 法ではありません。天の国の法であり、理想的な永遠の世界の法なので、この地から守る訓練をしなければならないのです。自分勝手に生きてはならないという のです。

17　この地球星には、神様の国がありません。五色人種(あらゆる人種)が怨讐を愛しながら、氏族と民族と世界が争わず、一つになって進んでいけば、祖国 光復が成し遂げられるでしょう。そうして神様の祖国を復帰し、天の憲法を宣布する日になれば、それは永遠無窮に占領されることがなく、永遠に記念せざるを 得ない最高の日になるでしょう。

18　百六十家庭が一つになることによって、入籍時代が始まります。今、皆さんが生まれれば出生屈を出さなければならず、結婚すれば婚姻届を出さなければ ならず、死ぬと、死亡届を出さなければならないのと同じです。国が設定されれば、憲法を中心として、戸籍など、それに対する体系を整えて管理できる基本法 ができなければなりません。その国に入籍するためには、母国語が分からなければなりません。言葉と文化と生活環境が、完全に真の父母様の文化圏を相続し、 心情文化世界を代表した家庭として同じ形を備えなければ、天国に入籍できる資格が剥奪されるのです。

19　天の国の法を守り、天の国の王宮法を尊重しなければなりません。これから、南北が統一された世界の、すべてのものに備えなければなりません。その訓 練をすべき内容がまだ残っています。そのときには、誰もが入れるわけではありません。入籍時代が来るのです。そのときには、大学を卒業して博士になり、大 学教授として入籍することよりもっと難しいのです。自分一代の一族のすべての歴史を編成して、そこを通過しなければなりません。霊界と肉界から鑑定を受け て選出するのです。

20　天法によって保障できる法がありません。それで、先生を通して法をつくろうと思います。天法を立てなければなりません。人法ではありません。人権で はありません。天権を立てようというのです。皆さんが求めるのが人権ですが、フランスであればフランス人の人権、韓国であれば韓国人の人権ではありませ ん。第四次イスラエル国の人権です。怨讐と怨讐同士で争うのではなく、怨讐と怨讐同士で額を突き合わせながら、「あなたの娘を私の息子に、私の娘をあなた の息子に！」と言い、互いに喜べるアイデアをもった人が、天の国の王権を守れるのです。

8 If God were to make a constitution, He would make one that protects and upholds love. Such will be the constitution of the heavenly kingdom. Politics will serve the purpose of putting its laws into practice for governing the kingdom. It will be simple and logical. (104-169, 1979.05.01)

9 The constitution of the heavenly kingdom must be composed so as to completely sustain the life of the individual as well as to enable families, societies and nations to move forward and reach their fullest potential without being encroached upon. It is to establish laws that protect and sustain the views of life of God's sons and daughters on the individual level, the family level, the national level, the world level and the cosmic level. That will be the constitution of the heavenly kingdom that God desires to see. (065-195, 1972.11.19)

10 Among the heavenly constitution's laws, the very first is to love God more than you love yourself. The second is to love your brothers and sisters, whom God loves, more than you love yourself. From the moment of your birth to wherever you go in the spirit world, if you are a person who stands in that position, no one can stop you. The Fall stained this foundation; therefore I have worked to repair it by striving to unite the world on the foundation of the mainstream Christian cultural sphere. (195-136, 1989.11.07)

11 The constitution of God's kingdom could not be presented because that kingdom did not exist. However, now that the era has arrived to usher in God's kingdom, we can establish its constitution and laws. If we live in accordance with its constitution and laws while on earth, the gates will open before us without any problem when we go to the spirit world. Conversely if we do not live in accordance with it, in the spirit world we will be blocked every step of the way. (336-170, 2000.10.11)

12 The era for governance by the laws of the constitution of Heaven's nation has come. When Adam and Eve fell, they immediately plummeted into hell. Now, however, I have promulgated the three fundamental laws of Heaven's nation, which are the core of the constitution. The time has come to live by Heavens laws, not by the providence of salvation based on less-than-perfect love. Only when we abide by the laws of the kingdom of heaven can we attain perfection. 13 God's love means that the individual sacrifices to find and establish love for the family, the family sacrifices to find and establish love for the tribe, the tribe sacrifices to find and establish love for a people, a people sacrifices to find and establish love for the world, and the world sacrifices to find and establish love for the cosmos. This principle of the cosmos, of heaven and earth, is systematic. It is through this way of love, of sacrifice extending throughout the cosmos, that we will liberate God. God's advancement must be based on this law, which is principled and logical, and so God instituted this way by means of His constitution.

14 Our goal is to institute the constitution of the heavenly kingdom. The constitution of the heavenly kingdom must also be apparent in the norms by which we live. It has to be instituted. There must come a day when we can proclaim it to all nations and to heaven and earth. Instituting this constitution will establish the laws and the system of individual life and society. 15 I know how fearful Heavens constitution and Heavens laws can be. That is why I have gone on a straight path of indescribable ordeals in order to not run afoul of those laws. I did not walk that path because I am foolish or because I am not as smart as you. I chose to follow this path because I clearly understood what is at stake. (280-324, 1997.02.13)

16 Once we can establish Gods nation on earth, everything will be governed by its constitution. Through the True Parents, the Parents of Heaven and Earth, God will present and enact the constitution of heaven and earth. It will not consist of laws rooted in life on earth, but of laws rooted in the heavenly kingdom in the ideal eternal world. We will be able to train ourselves by these laws while we are on earth. In a word, we cannot live a self-centered life. (324-305, 2000.06.26)

17 God's nation does not yet exist on this planet Earth. However, as we continue marching on the way, once the variety of races love their enemies and thus the world becomes one, without fighting among tribes and peoples, we can complete the restoration of God's homeland. The day that follows the restoration of God's homeland, when Heavens constitution is proclaimed, will become the greatest day. It will be celebrated for eternity, and no other force will occupy us, ever. (107-026, 1980.02.21)

18 When you bring 160 families to unite with you, the era of registration will come. It is similar to the way it is now: your birth is registered, your marriage is registered, and your death is registered. With the founding of God's nation, we have to formulate its constitution with a system of basic laws that govern it based on family registries. One qualification for registration in that nation is to know its mother tongue. Accordingly, you have to assimilate True Parents' culture into your language, lifestyle and home environment, and create a family of the form that represents the world of the culture of heart. Lacking this, you are not qualified to register in the kingdom of heaven. (276-218, 1996.02.24)

19 You need to abide by the laws of the heavenly kingdom and respect the protocols of the palace. From now you need to prepare in every way for the world in which South and North Korea are unified. You still need more training, because on that day, when the era of registration arrives, not everyone will have earned the right to enter. When that day comes, registering in God s kingdom will be more demanding than the course to become a professor by graduating from college and earning a doctorate. To succeed, you have to organize, in your generation, all members of your tribe throughout history. The spirit world and physical world will appraise the degree to which you have done so. 20 No existing laws will endure unless they align with Heavens law. That is why I am trying to make laws based on Heaven's law. I am trying to uphold Heavens law, not human law. I am trying to establish Heavens rights, not the human rights that you think you need. You ask for human rights, but I am not referring to human rights as in, for example, French rights in France and Korean rights in Korea, I am trying to establish human rights in the context of the Fourth Israel. It is not where enemies fight, but where former enemies put their heads together and say, "Let’s marry your daughter to my son, and my daughter to your son!" Their ideas make each other joyful. Only such people can protect the sovereignty of the heavenly kingdom. (418-031, 2003.09.14)
