Job Description: We are a new wellness health bar opening in Kitsilano. We are seeking an Interior Designer (all experience levels incudling junior level welcome) to finalize our spatial layout and 3D visuals immediately. Our brand focuses on longevity and high-quality nutrition, featuring a natural and organic aesthetic.

Key Requirements:

• Immediate Site Visit: You must be available to visit our location in Kitsilano for a measurement walk-through ASAP. This must be completed well before February 1st.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D Rendering software (SketchUp or similar) is required to produce professional, builder-ready technical plans.

• Availability: This is a high-priority project. We need a rapid turnaround on drawings to ensure our build-out stays on schedule.

Project Deliverables:

1. 2D Floor Plan: A precise layout for a custom service island (prep/customer seating) and dining area for ~10 guests.

2. 3D Renderings: High-quality visuals of the natural-themed interior, including lighting and wood finishes.

3. Material List: Specific recommendations for wood finishes and lighting fixtures to match the project's organic vibe.

Compensation:

• $900 - $1,000 Project Fee (Total fee for the full design package; final amount based on quality of work and speed of completion).
