천성경 (증) - 516. 천일국 주인 생활과 가정맹세

1 ‘가정맹세’는 1994년 5월 1일 세계평화통일가정연합의 창설과 더불어 하늘이 인류에게 내리신 축복 중의 축복입니다. 구약시대와 신약시대를 완성·완결하는 성약시대를 선포하여, 선천시대의 흑암을 뚫고 밝은 후천시대의 신천신지, 즉 천주평화통일왕국 천지개벽의 시대를 열어 가는 길잡이로 주신 이정표입니다.

2 1954년에 세계기독교통일신령협회를 창설한 이래 40년의 기나긴 탕감노정을 참부모께서 직접 싸워 승리하고 넘으신 기대 위에서 이제는 개인적인 차원의 ‘나의 맹세’가 아니고, 천국 입성의 기본단위가 되는 참된 가정이 함께 외치며 실천해야 하는 ‘가정맹세’입니다. 눈물 없이는 부를 수 없는 하늘과 참부모님의 한이 배어 있는 맹세입니다. 타락한 종교의 탈을 벗고 해방의 자리에서 천년만년을 두고 부를 수 있는 인류의 표제입니다. 가정은 천국에 입성하는 기본단위가 되기 때문입니다.

가정맹세 선포 배경
3 섭리적인 관점에서 복귀섭리의 시대는 끝났다고 봅니다. 복귀섭리시대가 끝나면 본연의 창조이상의 세계로 넘어가게 됩니다. 복귀섭리시대가 끝난다는 말은 타락한 세계의 사탄 권한 세계가 끝나고 하나님이 지상과 천상세계를 직접 관리하는 시대로 넘어간다는 것입니다. 이런 때가 오기 때문에 통일교회에서는 가정맹세를 선포했습니다. 가정맹세는 일반 사람이 하는 것이 아닙니다. 가정맹세는 아무나 할 수 있게 안 되어 있습니다. 가정맹세의 8개 조항의 서두에는 ‘천일국 주인 우리 가정은 참사랑을 중심하고’라는 것이 전제되어 있습니다. 그것은 사탄세계와 관계없는 기반에서 하는 말입니다. 타락함으로써 거짓 사랑을 중심삼아 가지고 거짓 생명, 거짓 혈통이 연결된 세상이니, 이것을 극복하고 넘어서려면 참사랑과 참생명과 참혈통의 자리를 차지해야 됩니다. 그렇지 않으면 이것을 극복할 수 없습니다. 왜 가정맹세에 참사랑을 전제조건으로 했느냐? 에덴동산에서 타락이 없었던 본연의 세계에 들어가 있는 것을 말하기 위한 것입니다.

4 복귀된 가정은 개인의 심신이 통일되고, 부부가 통일되고, 자녀가 통일된 가정이 되어야 합니다. 이 가정들이 외워야 할 것이 가정맹세입니다. 가정맹세는 심신이 투쟁하는 가운데서는 외우지 못합니다. 부부끼리 싸움해서는 안 됩니다. 또 자녀를 낳지 못하고서는 안 됩니다. 참사랑의 일체권을 이룬 자들이 불러야 할 가정맹세입니다. 천국은 심신통일·부부통일·자녀통일이 된 참아들딸, 하나님의 사랑을 중심삼고 하나되어 ‘가화만사성’ 할 수 있는 가정이 들어가는 곳이기 때문입니다.

5 가정맹세는 본연적인 가정의 권한 일체를 부여한다는 것입니다. 그래서 타락했지만 타락하지 않은 본연의 자리에 돌아가 영원히 원칙적 기반 위에서 종족이 연결되고 민족·국가·세계가 연결되어야 합니다. 이렇게 되어야 지상천국이 되는 것입니다. 그렇기 때문에 가정맹세는 몸 마음이 하나 안 된 사람은 못 부릅니다. 부부가 하나가 되지 않고, 아들딸과 하나 안 된 사람은 못 부르는 것입니다. 이것을 모르면 맹세문 전체가 흩어지게 됩니다.

6 가정맹세는 모든 것을 청산하는 의미가 있습니다. 그렇기 때문에 가정맹세의 3절을 보면, 4대 심정권과 3대 왕권과 황족권을 완성해야 된다는 것을 말하고 있습니다. 가정맹세는 어떠한 사람이 할 수 있느냐? 사탄세계의 거짓 부모로 인한 거짓 사랑과 거짓 생명의 인연을 가진 사람은 하게 안 되어 있습니다. 이것은 본연의 세계로 돌아가서 하나님과 타락하지 않은 참부모와 하나되어 참사랑으로 자기 개인의 몸 마음이 하나되고, 부부가 하나되고, 자녀가 하나될 수 있는 기준에 선 사람만이 이 가정맹세를 하게 되어 있습니다.

7 가정맹세는 모든 원리의 내용을 중심삼고 가정 편성에 합당한 핵심적 내용을 발췌해서 기록한 것입니다. 그래서 반드시 여러분이 기도하기 전에는 맹세문을 외워야 합니다. 그리고 자기 일신의 현재 상태와 자기 가정 상태가 어떠한가 하는 것을 확인해서 잘못됐으면 그것을 시정해 나가야 합니다. 맹세문 그대로 이루어야 됩니다. 앞으로는 국가맹세, 세계맹세까지 나와야 됩니다.

8 가정맹세는 성약시대를 넘어 천주평화통일왕국을 이루는 절대 기준이요 헌법과도 같은 것입니다. 만인이 인정하고 존경하는 참된 모델 가정이라야 세계를 이끌어 가는 지도자적 위치에 서게 된다는 뜻입니다. 이처럼 가정은 하늘의 최대 최고의 축복이자 무서운 현실입니다. 천일국을 창건하는 초석이 됩니다. 참가정을 이루는 것이 천일국의 시민권을 획득하는 지름길이 된다는 말입니다.

9 가정맹세는 참부모님의 전승기록입니다. 시의시대인 성약시대의 가르침을 주는 법도입니다. 가정맹세는 참사랑을 뼈로 하고 참가정을 심장으로 세워 여러분의 삶을 하나님과 연결시켜 주는 다리입니다. 하나님을 점령하는 참사랑의 핵폭탄입니다. 가정맹세는 종과 횡, 남과 북, 전과 후를 연결하는 중심에 참사랑을 모시고 영원한 구형운동을 출발시켜 주는 에너지요 지혜입니다. 가정맹세는 천국문을 열어 주는 열쇠입니다. 천국문은 금이나 은으로 만든 열쇠로 열 수 있는 문이 아니요, 참사랑으로 완성한 참가정의 열쇠로 열어야 열리는 문입니다.

10 통일교회의 뼈와 같은 사상이 가정맹세입니다. 가정맹세 하나만 가지고도 천국 백성이 되고도 남습니다. 가정맹세 8번처럼 절대신앙·절대사랑·절대복종으로 신인애 일체이상을 이룰 때 지상천국과 천상천국의 해방이 벌어지는 것입니다. 천상세계의 해방은 하나님이 혼자 할 수 없고, 구세주가 혼자 할 수 없습니다. 하나님과 구세주가 합하고, 통일교회 전체가 합해 가지고 각 나라의 주권을 넘어서서 그들을 축복해 줘야 끝나는 것입니다.

11 가정맹세가 가르쳐 주는 교훈은 천주주의입니다. 개인주의가 아닙니다. 현실의 각종 어려움을 피하고서는 살아갈 수 없을 것입니다. 과감히 현실을 격파하고 승리를 쟁취해야 됩니다. 그 무기가 바로 가정맹세의 전통으로 무장된 여러분의 가정입니다. 여러분 1대만을 중심한 가정이 아닙니다. 적어도 3대권을 이루어 확고부동한 하늘의 전통을 세워야 합니다. 대대손손 선민의 참된 혈통이 흐르는 가문을 정착시켜야 할 사명이 있다는 뜻입니다.

12 하나님이 비로소 참부모의 실체를 써서 실체세계의 부모가 되기 위한 모든 과정이 다 끝났습니다. 참부모가 승리의 패권적인 기준을 갖춰 하늘과 땅의 어그러진 모든 것을 수습한 뒤 하나님의 나라를 찾아서 결혼을 하고 출생신고를 할 수 있도록 한 것입니다. 제3대까지 부활시켜 나라를 창건한 것과 마찬가지입니다. 그래서 여러분이 그 모든 전권을 상속받았기 때문에 가정맹세에 ‘천일국 주인’이라는 말이 나오게 된 것입니다.

13 여러분은 부모님의 결혼식에 참석했습니다. 같이 축복받은 것입니다. 그리고 부모님이 혼인신고를 하고 출생신고를 하는 자리에 참석했습니다. 그래서 혼인신고를 한 자리, 출생한 자리의 계대를 이어 한꺼번에 천국으로 넘어간다는 것입니다. 그렇기 때문에 놀라운 것입니다. 여러분은 아담 가정의 개인으로서 천국에 들어가는 것이 아니고, 천일국을 중심삼고 하늘땅이 하나되어 고개를 넘어가는 것입니다. 부모와 같이 넘어가는 것입니다. 동위권에 섰기 때문에 ‘천일국 주인 우리 가정’이라는 말을 할 수 있습니다. 그것이 특권입니다.

14 천일국 백성은 하늘땅을 대신한 백성입니다. 그렇기 때문에 하늘이나 땅이나 어디든지 이 지구성 전체를 위해야 됩니다. 북극에 무슨 문제가 있으면 북극에 대해 전체가 관심을 갖고 해결해야 되고, 남극이면 남극, 동양이면 동양, 서양이면 서양, 전체가 내 책임이라고 생각해야 됩니다. ‘천일국 주인’이라고 할 때, 책임자와 주인은 다릅니다. 책임자는 언제나 때때로 갈라질 수 있지만 주인은 영원한 것입니다. 이 땅의 가정을 중심삼고 주인이 되기 위해서는 혼자가 아니라 부부끼리 주인이 돼야 합니다. 부부끼리만이 아닙니다. 사위기대를 완성해서 3대가 주인이 돼야 합니다. 3대가 주인이 못 되면 안 되는 것입니다. 할아버지 할머니, 아버지 어머니, 그다음에 자기 부부, 그리고 그 아들딸까지 대수로는 3대지만 단계로는 넷이 됩니다. 그것이 천일국 주인입니다.

15 여성해방을 선언한 날이 1992년 4월 10일입니다. 천일국 12년까지 20년입니다. 부모님이 여성해방을 선포한 그날부터 상대가 지상에 나타난 것을 알아야 합니다. 아담이 축복받을 수 있는 스물 한 살 되는 그때와 마찬가지입니다. 어머님이 그때까지는 부모님 앞에 상대적 기준에 설 수 있는 터전이 없었습니다. 나라가 없었다는 것입니다. 여성해방 때부터 천일국 12년까지, 모든 축복가정이 아담 해와가 20세를 지나서 21세 되는 때에 축복받아 하늘나라를 이루어야 했던 것과 마찬가지의 자리에 서게 됩니다. 그래서 가정맹세에 나오는 ‘천일국 주인 우리 가정’이라는 말이 성립됩니다.

16 60년 전 참부모님의 결혼식은 사탄권 내에서 치러졌던 아담 가정을 대표한 기준이었는데, 종족·민족·국가·세계를 넘어설 수 있었던 승리의 기반 위에 하나님의 조국이 생긴 것입니다. 그래서 2001년 1월 13일을 중심삼고 하나님의 왕권즉위식을 해드렸습니다. 그리고 2003년 2월 어머님의 만 60세가 되던 날을 중심삼고 하나님과 참부모님이 일체 되어 하나님의 조국에서 성혼식을 했습니다. 그렇게 됨으로 말미암아 전 우주의 중심 권한이 전환된 것입니다. 사탄세계의 중심으로부터 하나님 중심으로 전환된 것입니다. 탕감복귀역사를 하나님 중심으로 전환시킨 것이 2003년 7월 13일입니다. 그러한 터전 위에 가정맹세에 여러분 부부를 ‘천일국 주인’이라고 한 것입니다.

1　「家庭盟誓」は、一九九四年五月一日、「世界平和統一家庭連合」の創設とともに天が人類に下さった、祝福の中の祝福です。旧約時代と新約時代を完成、 完結する成約時代を宣布し、先天時代の暗闇を貫き、明るい後天時代の新天新地、すなわち天宙平和統一王国天地開闢の時代を開いていく、道案内として下さっ た里程標です。

2　一九五四年に「世界基督教統一神霊協会」を創設して以来、四十年の長い蕩減路程を真の父母が直接闘って勝利し、越えられた基台の上で、これからは個人 的な次元の「私の誓い」ではなく、天国入城の基本単位になる真の家庭が共に唱え、実践すべき「家庭盟誓」です。涙なくしては唱えられない、天と真の父母様 の恨が込められた誓いです。堕落した宗教の仮面を脱ぎ、解放の場で千年、万年、唱えることのできる人類の表題です。家庭は、天国に入城する基本単位になる からです。

「家庭盟誓」宣布の背景
3　摂理的な観点から、復帰摂理の時代は終わったと見るのです。復帰摂理時代が終われば、本然の創造理想の世界に越えていくようになります。復帰摂理時代 が終わるという話は、堕落した世界のサタンが権限をもつ世界が終わり、神様が地上世界と天上世界を直接管理する時代に越えていくということです。このよう な時が来るので、統一教会では「家庭盟誓」を宣布しました。
 「家庭盟誓」は、一般の人が唱えるものではありません。「家庭盟誓」は、誰もが唱えられるようにはなっていません。「家庭盟誓」の八つの項目の冒頭では、 「天一国主人、私たちの家庭は真の愛を中心として」ということが前提になっています。それは、サタン世界と関係のない基盤において語る言葉です。堕落する ことによって、偽りの愛を中心として、偽りの生命、偽りの血統が連結された世の中になったので、これを克服して越えるためには、真の愛と真の生命と真の血 統の位置を占有しなければなりません。そのようにしなければ、これを克服できません。なぜ「家庭盟誓」は真の愛を前提条件としたのでしょうか。エデンの園 において、堕落のなかった本然の世界に入っていることを示すためなのです。

4　復帰された家庭は、個人の心身が統され、夫婦が統一され、子女が統一された家庭にならなければなりません。このような家庭が唱えなければならないのが 「家庭盟誓」です。「家庭盟誓」は、心身が闘っているところでは唱えることができません。夫婦でけんかしていてもできず、また子女を生んでいなくてもでき ません。真の愛の一体圏を成し遂げた人たちが唱えるのが「家庭盟誓」です。天国は、心身統一、夫婦統一、子女統一を完成した真の息子、娘が入っていく所で あり、神様の愛を中心として一つになり、「家和万事成(いえわしてばんじなる)」を成し得る家庭が入っていく所だからです。

5　「家庭盟誓」は、本然的な家庭の一切の権限を賦与するというのです。ですから、堕落したのですが、堕落していない本然の位置に帰り、永遠に原則的な基 盤の上で氏族が連結され、民族、国家、世界が連結されなければなりません。このようになってこそ、地上天国になるのです。そのため、「家庭盟誓」は、体と 心が一つになっていない人には唱えられません。夫婦が一つにならず、息子、娘と一つになっていない人には唱えられません。これを知らなければ、「家庭盟 誓」全体がばらばらになるのです。

6　「家庭盟誓」は、すべてのものを清算する意味があります。そのため、「家庭盟誓」の三節を見れば、四大心情圏と三大王権と皇族圏を完成しなければなら ないとあります。「家庭盟誓」は、どのような人が唱えることができるのでしょうか。サタン世界の偽りの父母による偽りの愛と、偽りの生命の因縁をもった人 は、唱えることができません。本然の世界に帰り、神様と、堕落していない真の父母と一つになって、真の愛で自分個人の体と心が一つになり、夫婦が一つにな り、親子が一つになれる基準に立った人だけが、この「家庭盟誓」を唱えるようになっているのです。

7　「家庭盟誓」は、すべての原理の内容を中心として、家庭編成に適した核心的内容を抜粋して記録したものです。ですから、皆さんが祈る前には、必ず「家 庭盟誓」を唱えなければなりません。そして、自分自身の現在の状態と自分の家庭状態がどのようになっているかを確認し、誤っていれば、それを是正していか なければなりません。「家庭盟誓」のとおりにしなければなりません。今後は「国家盟誓」、「世界盟誓」まで出てこなければならないのです。

8　「家庭盟誓」は、成約時代を越え、天宙平和統一王国を成し遂げる絶対基準であり、憲法と同じです。万人が認め、尊敬する真のモデル家庭であってこそ、 世界を率いていく指導者的家庭の位置に立つようになるという意味です。このように家庭は、天の最大、最高の祝福であり、驚くべき現実です。天一国を創建す る礎石になるのです。真の家庭を築くことが、天一国の市民権を獲得する近道になるということです。

9　「家庭盟誓」は、真の父母様の戦勝記録です。侍義時代である成約時代の教えを授ける法度です。「家庭盟誓」は、真の愛を骨とし、真の家庭を心臓として 立て、皆さんの人生を神様と連結させてくれる橋です。神様を占領する真の愛の核爆弾のようなものです。「家庭盟誓」は、縦と横、南と北、前と後ろを連結す る中心に真の愛を迎え、永遠の球形運動を出発させてくれるエネルギーであり、知恵です。「家庭盟誓」は、天国の門を開いてくれる鍵です。天国の門は、金や 銀で作った鍵で開けられる門ではなく、真の愛で完成した真の家庭の鍵で開けてこそ、開かれる門です。

10　統一教会の骨のような思想が「家庭盟誓」です。「家庭盟誓」だけでも、天国の民になって余りあるのです。「家庭盟誓」の八節のように、絶対信仰、絶 対愛、絶対服従によって神人愛一体理想を成し遂げるとき、地上天国と天上天国の解放が始まるのです。天上世界の解放は、神様お一人ではできず、救世主一人 ではできません。神様と救世主が合わさり、統一教会全体が合わさって、各国の主権を越え、彼らを祝福してあげて、初めて終わるのです。

11　「家庭盟誓」が教えてくれる教訓は、天宙主義です。個人主義ではありません。現実の様々な困難を避けていては、生きていけないのです。現実を果敢に 撃破して、勝利を勝ち取らなければなりません。その武器が正に「家庭盟誓」の伝統で武装された皆さんの家庭です。皆さん一代だけを中心とした家庭ではあり ません。少なくとも三代圏を形成し、確固不動たる天の伝統を立てなければなりません。子々孫々、選民の真の血統が流れる家門を定着させなければならない使 命があるという意味です。

12　神様が初めて、真の父母の実体をまとい、実体世界の父母になるためのすべての過程が終わりました。真の父母が勝利の覇権的基準を備え、天と地の食い 違ったすべてのものを収拾したのち、神様の国を探し出して結婚し、出生届を出せるようにしたのです。第三代まで復活させ、国を創建したのと同じです。そう して、皆さんがその全権を相続したので、「家庭盟誓」に「天一国主人」という言葉が現れたのです。

13　皆さんは、父母様の結婚式に参席しました。一緒に祝福を受けたのです。そして、父母様が婚姻届を出し、出生届を出す場に参席しました。ですから、婚 姻届を出した立場、出生した立場の代を継ぎ、一度に天国に越えていくというのです。ですから、驚くべきことです。皆さんは、アダム家庭の個人として天国に 入っていくのではなく、天一国を中心として、天地が一つになって峠を越えていくのです。父母と一緒に越えていくのです。同位圏に立ったので、「天一国主 人、私たちの家庭」という言葉を言えるのです。それが特権です。

14　天一国の民は、天地を身代わりした民です。そのため、天でも地でも、どこであっても、この地球星全体のために生きなければなりません。北極に何か問 題があれば、北極に対して全体が関心をもって解決しなければならず、南極であれば南極、東洋であれば東洋、西洋であれば西洋、全体が「私の責任だ」と思わ なければなりません。
 「天一国主人」というとき、責任者と主人は違います。責任者はその時々によって離れていけますが、主人は永遠なのです。この地の家庭を中心として主人にな るためには、一人ではなく、夫婦で主人にならなければなりません。夫婦だけではありません。四位基台を完成し、三代が主人にならなければなりません。三代 が主人になれなければならないのです。祖父、祖母、父、母、その次に自分たち夫婦、そしてその息子、娘まで、代数としては三代ですが、段階としては四段階 になります。それが天一国主人です。

15　女性解放を宣言した日が一九九二年四月十日です。二〇一二年まで、二十年です。父母様が女性解放を宣布したその日から、相対が地上に現れたことを知 らなければなりません。アダムが祝福を受けられる、二十一歳になるそのときと同じです。そのときまでは、お母様が先生の前に相対に立てる土台がありません でした。国がなかったというのです。女性解放のときから天一国十二年まで、アダムとエバが二十歳を超えて二十一歳になるときに祝福を受け、天の国を成し遂 げなければならなかったのと同じ立場に、すべての祝福家庭が立つようになるのです。それで、「家庭盟誓」に出てくる「天一国主人、私たちの家庭」という言 葉が成立するのです。

16　一九六〇年の父母様の結婚式は、サタン圏内で行われ、アダム家庭を代表する基準だったのですが、氏族、民族、国家、世界を越えた勝利の基盤の上に、 神様の祖国が生じました。そうして、二〇〇一年一月十三日を中心として、神様の王権即位式をしてさしあげたのです。そして、二〇〇三年二月、お母様が満六 十歳になった日を中心として、神様と真の父母様が一体となり、神様の祖国で聖婚式を行いました。そのようにすることによって、全宇宙の中心権限が転換され たのです。サタン中心の世界が神様中心に転換されたのです。蕩減復帰歴史を神様中心に転換させたのが二〇〇三年七月十三日です。そのような土台の上で、 「家庭盟誓」において皆さん夫婦を「天一国主人」としたのです。

1 The Family Pledge is the greatest blessing of all the blessings that Heaven has bestowed on humanity. We received it on the occasion of the inauguration of the Family Federation for World Peace and Unification on May 1, 1994. This was possible based on the declaration of the Completed Testament Age, the age that concludes and completes the Old Testament Age and the New Testament Age. Once that beacon pierced the darkness of the Era before the Coming of Heaven, the Family Pledge was given. It is a guidepost for us amid the great changes in heaven and earth that have been occurring in this new era, as we open the new heaven and new earth, the Kingdom of Cosmic Peace and Unity. 2 True Parents personally fought and gained victory during the forty-year course of indemnity that began with the founding of the Holy Spirit Association for the Unification of World Christianity in 1954. On this foundation, we no longer recite My Pledge, on the individual level, but recite the Family Pledge instead. The Family Pledge is the pledge that a true family, the basic unit that enters the kingdom of heaven, should proclaim and practice together. It is the pledge imbued with the bitter sorrow of Heaven and True Parents, and hence it cannot be recited without tears. It sets forth the standard for liberated people, and will prevail forever. It will be recited long after traditional religions, which arose as a consequence of the Fall, have been discarded. Families who recite this pledgewill be the basic unit that enters the kingdom of heaven.

The background of the Family Pledge
3 From God's point of view, the era of the providence of restoration has come to an end. With the end of that era, we are moving toward the original ideal of creation. This means that the fallen world under Satan's authority has ended and we are moving into the age when God directly governs both the physical and the heavenly worlds. Because this time has come, I proclaimed the Family Pledge of the Unification Church. Not just anyone is ready to recite the Family Pledge. Each of the eight verses in the Family Pledge contains the phrase, "Our family, the owner of CheonIlGuk, pledges...by centering on true love." People who make this pledge stand on the foundation that transcends Satan's world. Due to the Fall, people have been connected to false life and false lineage through false love. In order to overcome this, we have to abide in true love, true life and true lineage. Otherwise we cannot overcome their false counterparts. Why do we make true love a premise of the Family Pledge? It is so we can proclaim that we are entering the original world, as if the Fall in the garden of Eden had never occurred. (263-194, 19941004)

4 In a family that is restored to God, individuals must be united in mind and body, husband and wife must be united, and parents and children mustbe united. The family must learn the Family Pledge by heart. You should not recite the Family Pledge when your mind and body are in conflict or when husband and wife are fighting. Also, you should not recite it if you do not yet have children. You are to recite the Family Pledge after forming a realm of unity in true love. This is because to enter the kingdom of heaven you must be true children who have achieved unity of mind and body, unity between husband and wife, and unity between parents and children. It is a place where families fulfill the maxim, "Where there is harmony in the family, everything goes well." (264-340, 19941120)

5 The Family Pledge endows you with the full authority of an original family. You of the fallen lineage must return to the original position before the Fall before you can recite the Family Pledge. In addition, you must work to build Heaven's tribe, people, nation and world. This will establish the kingdom of heaven on earth. Individuals whose mind and body are not united should not recite the Family Pledge. Unless husband and wife are united, they should not recite it. Unless parents and children are united, they should not recite it either. If you do not understand this, the whole point of the Family Pledge loses its significance. (264-340, 19941120)

6 The Family Pledge contains the meaning that we should wipe all thingsclean. The third pledge of the Family Pledge teaches us that we are to perfect the four great realms of heart, the three great kingships and the Realm of the Royal Family. So who can recite the Family Pledge? Those who have inherited false love and false life from the false parents are not supposed to recite it. Those who recite the Family Pledge have to be united with God and True Parents, who have no relationship with the Fall, and return to the original world. They also have to be united in mind and body. Husbands and wives have to be united, and parents and children as well, in true love. Only those who stand on this foundation have the right to recite the Family Pledge. (264-213, 19941103)

7 The Family Pledge is composed of content drawn from the Principle that is essential to the establishment of true families. That is why you should recite it before you pray. First you need to check your own internal state and that of your family members. If you find something amiss, you must correct it. You must put the Family Pledge into practice. (260-308, 19940519)

8 The Family Pledge is the absolute standard for establishing the Kingdom of Cosmic Peace and Unity that lies beyond the Completed Testament Age. It is like a constitution. Families that rise to the position to lead the world mustbe true, model families that all people can recognize and respect. These families are Heavens greatest and supreme blessing. Yet in reality, creating such a family is a most fearsome task. The family is the cornerstone for building CheonIlGuk. Hence, building a true family is the way to becoming a citizen of Cheon IlGuk. 9 The Family Pledge is evidence of True Parents' complete victory. It bestows the teachings of the Completed Testament Age, the age of justification by attendance. The Family Pledge connects your lives to God, with true love as its bones and true families as its heart. It is a nuclear bomb of true love that can encompass even God. The energy and wisdom of the Family Pledge triggers an eternal spherical motion, with true love at its core, which connects vertical and horizontal, north and south, and front and back. The Family Pledge is the key that opens the gates to the kingdom of heaven. Even keys made of gold or silver cannot open the gates to the kingdom of heaven. 10 The Family Pledge is the creed of the Unification Church. It is like the bones. Fulfilling even one pledge of the Family Pledge is more than enough to make you a citizen of the kingdom of heaven. For instance, the eighth pledge states that the kingdom of God on earthand the kingdom of God in heaven will be liberated when we are united with God in love through absolute faith, absolute love and absolute obedience. Neither God alone nor the Savior alone can liberate the heavenly realm. That liberation can be completed only when God and the Savior join together and all members of the Unification Church join with them to give the Blessing to all people of every nation. 11 The teaching of the Family Pledge takes a universal perspective, not an individualistic one. You should not try to avoid the various difficulties the real world presents. You must be valiant to break through that reality and gain victory. Your weapon for this is the family armed with the tradition of the Family Pledge. I am not talking about the family centered only on the first generation, you and your spouse. You need to establish Heaven's firm and unwavering tradition through a family of at least three generations. Hence, your mission is to establish your household as a family where the true lineage of the chosen people flows from generation to generation.(565-318, 20070613)

12 God is now the Parent of the substantial world, having assumed the physical bodies of the True Parents. The entire process of accomplishing this is finally finished. The victory that True Parents have achieved is the foundation that brings order to heaven andon earth, where everything had been in disarray. True Parents are then setting up God's kingdom and opening the way for us to register our marriages and report the births of our children. This is analogous to resurrecting three generations for the building of His kingdom. You have inherited the full authority to do that, and that is why the phrase "owner of Cheon Il Guk" appears in the Family Pledge. (407-042, 20030511)

13 You participated in True Parents' Holy Wedding ceremony. You received the Blessing together with us, and you participated in the event where we, the True Parents, recorded your marriages and births. Now all of you, as our successors whose marriages and births are recorded, will enter the kingdom of heaven together with us. This is something amazing. You are not entering the kingdom of heaven as individual members of Adams family; instead, you are climbing up the hill to the place where heaven and earth become one, in order to uphold CheonIlGuk. You are going beyond this point together with True Parents. You stand with us, having the right of equal position. That is why you can say, "Our family, the owner of CheonIlGuk..." It is a privilege. 14 CheonIlGuk's citizens represent heaven and earth. Therefore, wherever you are, you should always live for the sake of the entire planet. If there is a problem at the North Pole, all of youshould be concerned about how to resolve it. You should view any problem as your responsibility, whether it is at the South Pole, in the East or in the West. When you say, "owner of CheonIlGuk," remember that there is a crucial difference between a leader and an owner. The person in the leader's position may change from time to time, but an owner s position is eternal. You cannot be the owner of your family as an individual; your ownership should be as husband and wife. Even that is not enough; you need to complete the four-position foundation and become owners through three generations. Your grandfather and grandmother, your father and mother, you and your spouse, and your children make four generations, but in terms of stages they are reckoned as three. This is how you can become the owners of Cheon IlGuk. (400-011, 20021225)

15 On April 10, 1992,1 declared the liberation of women. When CheonIlGuk reaches its twelfth year, it will be twenty years since that proclamation. That was the day that my wife made her public appearance on the earth. It corresponds to the time when Adam would have been twenty-one years old and ready to receive the Blessing. Until then, there was no foundation for True Mother to stand with me as my partner. Hence, the kingdom had not yet come into existence. From the time of proclaiming the liberation of women to the twelfth year of Cheon IlGuk, allblessed families are in the position that Adam and Eve would have been in had they passed the age of twenty and prepared themselves to receive the Blessing at the age of twenty-one and then created the heavenly kingdom. It is on that basis that the phrase "Our family, the owner of Cheon IlGuk" could appear in the Family Pledge. (443-123, 20040322)

16 The wedding ceremony of True Parents that took place sixty years ago was at the level of Adam's family within Satan's realm. After that, True Parents went beyond the tribe, people, nation and world to establish the victorious foundation for the emergence of God's homeland. That is why they could hold the Enthronement Ceremony for the Kingship of God on January 13, 2001. In February 2003, on the day True Mother turned sixty, a Holy Wedding took place in God's homeland by which God and True Parents became one in body. On that foundation, on July 13, 2003, the central authority of the universe was changed from Satan to God. That was the day when the history of restoration through indemnity shifted and God could take His place at the center. It is on this basis that you and your spouse are called the "owner of Cheon IlGuk" in the Family Pledge.
