시편138:1-8 주의 성실하심을 인하여

시138:1

고난의 이유를 묻지만 축복의 이유는 묻지 않습니다. 축복에는 감사하지만 고난에는 감사하지 않아요. 인과응보의 세계관에서 설명할 수 없는 상황들이 닥칠 때 실존만으로 감사 할 수 있는 그리스도인이 몇이나 될까? 환난 중에도 절망하지 않고 다윗은 소망이신 주를 향합니다. 에에공! 대부분의 심해어류는 부레가 없단다. 수심10m마다 평균 1기압씩 증가하는 수압에 견디기 위해 몸속 빈 공간을 공기 대신 물로 채운다. 그러면 몸 안과 밖에 존재하는 수압이 균형을 이뤄 몸체가 찌그러지지 않는다.

They ask the reason for the hardships, but not the reason for the blessings. We appreciate blessings, but we do not appreciate hardships. 어쩌면 감사도 압력으로부터 우릴 지키는 충전재가 아닐까? 시인이 드리는 감사의 표현은 네 개의 유사한 동사 ‘감사하다(2번)’, ‘찬송하다’, ‘예배하다’가 부가 어구와 함께 반복되어 나타나고 있다. 하나님은 인자하고 신실하셔서 곤란 중에 자기 백성이 부르짖는 소리에 응답하시고 지쳐 쓰러진 우리에게 힘을 한껏 북돋아주신다. 그리하여 친히 주님의 이름과 주님의 말씀을 다른 모든 것 위에 높이 올리셨다. 말씀하신대로 응답하심으로써 하나님은 살아계시되 자기 백성과 사랑, 신실하심으로 관계하면서 존재하는 분임을 입증하신 것이다.

Perhaps gratitude is also a filler that protects us from pressure? In the expression‎ of gratitude given by a poet, four similar verbs, 'thank you (No. 2), 'praise,' and 'worship,' are repeated with additional phrases. God is kind and faithful, responding to the cries of his people in trouble and encouraging us who have fallen down tired. Thus, he personally raised the Lord's name and the Lord's words above everything else. By responding as you said, God proved that he is alive but exists by relating with love and faithfulness with his people.

이렇게 역사 속에서 자신의 성품을 친히 입증하는 신을 본적이 있는가? 인격적인 하나님이 아니면 생각할 수도 없는 일이란다, 하나님은 말씀을 듣고 그분이 하신 일을 본 주변 왕들로부터 감사와 찬양을 받으신다. 하나님은 감히 낮고 천한 인간과는 비교할 수 없이 영광스러운 분이지만, 이 땅 위의 낮은 자를 친히 굽어보시고 오만한 자의 마음도 다 알아보신다는 것을 알았기 때문이다. 그 대표적인 존재가 바로 이스라엘이다.

이스라엘은 세상 앞에서 별 볼 일 없는 작은 나라였지만, 그들이 하나님을 의지할 때 하나님은 이스라엘을 통해 자기 영광을 드러내시고, 오만하게 헛된 신을 의지한 이방 나라를 치셨다. 우리가 하나님 앞에서 낮은 자로 살 때 세상 앞에서 주님이 높아질 것이고, 주님도 우리를 높여주실 것이다. 거기서 하나님의 권능이 나나날 것이다. 시인의 삶은 역사 속에서 일하셨던 그 하나님의 역사하신 삶이었다. 그분이 시인을 구원 하셨고, 힘을 주셨고, 원수들을 향한 분노를 잠재워주셨다.

원수들이 하나님 백성을 괴롭힌 대가를 치르게 하셨다. 그런 하나님이시니 다윗은 극심한 고난 중이었지만, 하나님께 부디 자신을 버리지 말아달라고 부르짖고 있는 것이다. 책속의 하나님, 역사의 하나님이 오늘 나의 하나님으로 경험될 대, 진정으로 신앙생활이 활기차게 될 것이다. 내게 있어 주게 푹 안기지 못하게 만드는 장애물이 무엇인가? 상황을 초월한 감사는 어디에서 비롯되는가?

주님만 집중하여 찬양하는, 저의 입술과 가정, 회사, 모임들 되어 감사하지 않는 영역을 뚫길 원합니다. 내가 기도하면 응답하시는 주님을 찬양하나이다. 어떤 상황도 감사하지 않을 상황이 없나니 아버지 품에 푹 안기게 하시고 깊은 고난 속에서도 주를 바라보게 하옵소서.

I want to break through the ungrateful realm of my lips, homes, companies, and gatherings, where only the Lord is focused and praised. If I pray, I praise the Lord for responding. There is no situation where I will not be grateful for any situation, so let me hold him in my father's arms and look at the Lord even in deep hardships.
