<p>Immigration attorneys say up to a dozen people from several countries including Myanmar and Vietnam have apparently been deported to South Sudan.</p><p>Now a Federal judge has ordered Trump adminstration to retain custody and control of those people in case he orders</p><p>federal removals were also unlawful.</p><p>U.S district judge Brian E. Murphy in Massachusetts has ordered an emergency hearing on the matter for Wednesday.</p><p>The immigration attorneys say the clients' removals would violate a court order that peole must be given a meaningful opportunity to argue that sending them to a country outside of their homeland would<span style="color: #333333; background-color: #ffffff;" data-ke-size="size16"> threaten their safety.</span></p><p>Department of Homeland Security did not immedately return messages seeking comments.</p><p>I'm Ben Thomas.</p>
