[眞如華]

     62.

     因是主觀的條件,      緣是客觀的因素;

     主觀的條件可以掌握,

     客觀的因素則要經營.

     “인(因)”은 주관적인 조건이요,

     “연(緣)”은 객관적인 요인이다;

     주관적인 조건은 장악할 수 있는 것이나.

     객관적인 요인은 경영하여야 한다.

A “cause” can be understood as the

main factor, our own subjective

initiative; “conditions” are objective,

auxiliary factors. We can control the

“cause” but the “conditions” must be

cultivated and fostered.

A “cause” can be understood; 인(因)”은 ~ 이요

as the main factor; 주된 요인인

our own subjective initiative; 주관적인 조건

“conditions” are objective; “연(緣)”은 객관적인 ~ 이다

auxiliary factors; 보조 요인

We can control the “cause” but

the “conditions” must be; 객관적인 요인은 ~ 한다
