About the Role:

We are a new wellness startup preparing to launch our flagship location in the heart of Kitsilano. We aren’t just serving smoothies and bowls; we are building a lifestyle brand focused on aesthetic wellness and community.

As we prepare for our Grand Opening on March 15th, we are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Wellness Bar & Brand Associate to join our founding team. This is a unique "Hybrid" role where you will contribute to both daily operations and the creative growth of the brand.

What You’ll Do:

Operations: Prepare high-quality wellness drinks and bowls with speed, precision, and an eye for "Instagram-ready" presentation.

Menu Development: Assist the leadership team in refining recipes, suggesting seasonal ingredients, and perfecting the brand's aesthetic.

Brand & Marketing: Help create social media content, manage local activations, and engage with the Kitsilano community to build our presence.

Who You Are:

Experienced (Preferred): You have a solid background in premium cafes, wellness bars, or high-end hospitality.

Creative & Proactive: You think about how we can tell our story online and grow the brand.

Flexible: You are comfortable starting with a part-time schedule during our launch, with the desire to take on more hours as the shop grows.

Wellness-Minded: You have a genuine passion for nutrition and the modern wellness lifestyle.
