Hello, my name is Byun HyunSook. Today, I would like to introduce three of my good habits and three of my bad habits.
I have both good and bad habits in my life.
First, I will introduce my good habits.
My first good habit is taking notes carefully in class. This helps me understand the lessons better.
Another good habit is helping my friends when they need support. Through this habit, I can build positive relationships.
My last good habit is keeping my promises. I try to act responsibly and gain the trust of others.
However, I also have some bad habits.
My first bad habit is skipping breakfast, so I sometimes feel tired in class.
Another bad habit is getting distracted easily while studying.
My last bad habit is not reviewing what I have learned.
I am trying to change these habits.
If I eat breakfast every day, I will have more energy.
If I focus more, I can study more efficiently.
If I review what I have learned, I will remember it longer.
I believe the importance of effort and consistency is very important in improving my habits.
