Revelation 3:1 – The seven spirits of God, I know your deeds
☞ Revelation 3:1 - "To the angel of the church in Sardis write: These are the words of him who holds the seven spirits of God and the seven stars. I know your deeds; you have a reputation of being alive, but you are dead. (NIV); And unto the angel of the church in Sardis write; These things saith he that hath the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars; I know thy works, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead. (KJV); "Write this letter to the angel(1) of the church in Sardis. This is the message from the one who has the sevenfold Spirit(2) of God and the seven stars: "I know all the things you do, and that you have a reputation for being alive - but you are dead. / (1)Or the messenger; also in 3.7, 14 (2)Greek the seven spirits (NLT)
○ As I already explained 'the seven spirits of God' (Revelation 1:4, 3:1, 4:5, 5:6) in <Bible Matrix ⑦_108>, ‘the seven spirits of God’ are ‘the advanced or the state-of-the-art monitoring and communication systems’ which are sent out into the seven continents of the world to observe and monitor everything. This system is thus said to be able to search or peer into hearts, minds, and deeds of all human beings (Revelation 2:23).
○ Because Jesus has ‘the seven spirits of God’, that is why Jesus says “I know your deeds or works” in <Revelation> 3:1. ‘Your deeds’ mean <Revelation> 3:1, it reads, “You have a name or reputation that you are alive, but really you are dead” (EXB), and ‘Your deeds’ also mean <Revelation> 3:2, it reads, “for I have not found your deeds complete in the sight of my God” (NIV). About what they mean, I will explain them in the next section.
