철면피(鐵面皮)

(렘5:1-9)
1 "Go up and down the streets of Jerusalem, look around and consider, search through her squares. If you can find but one person who deals honestly and seeks the truth, I will forgive this city.  2 Although they say, 'As surely as the LORD lives,' still they are swearing falsely."  3 O LORD, do not your eyes look for truth? You struck them, but they felt no pain; you crushed them, but they refused correction. They made their faces harder than stone and refused to repent.  4 I thought, "These are only the poor; they are foolish, for they do not know the way of the LORD, the requirements of their God.  5 So I will go to the leaders and speak to them; surely they know the way of the LORD, the requirements of their God." But with one accord they too had broken off the yoke and torn off the bonds.  6 Therefore a lion from the forest will attack them, a wolf from the desert will ravage them, a leopard will lie in wait near their towns to tear to pieces any who venture out, for their rebellion is great and their backslidings many.  7 "Why should I forgive you? Your children have forsaken me and sworn by gods that are not gods. I supplied all their needs, yet they committed adultery and thronged to the houses of prostitutes.  8 They are well-fed, lusty stallions, each neighing for another man's wife.  9 Should I not punish them for this?" declares the LORD. "Should I not avenge myself on such a nation as this?  

오늘의 말씀 1절을 보면 
시14:2-3 ; 53:2-3 ‘선을 행하는 자가 없으니 하나도 없다’는 말씀과 연결되고
창18:23-33... 50→45→40→30→20→10
결국 의인 10명이 없어 멸망하는 소돔과 고모라의 하나님과 아브라함과의 대화와 연결된다

“If you can find but one person who deals honestly and seeks the truth, I will forgive this city”
이 구절에 의할 것 같으면
남유다의 멸망 당시
정직(正直) 진실(眞實)한 존재(存在)가 하나도 없었다는 뜻

3절의 “They made their faces harder than stone and refused to repent”라는 구절은
한마디로 철면피(鐵面皮)를 가진 존재(存在)들...
우상숭배(偶像崇拜)와 패륜(悖倫) 극도(極度)의 성적타락(性的墮落)
동로마(476) 서로마(1453)의 멸망 이유의 본(本)이 되는 수준(水尊)이었다는 것

작금(昨今)의 가장 무서운 우상숭배(偶像崇拜)는 
이교(異敎) 보다도 
종교(宗敎)아님으로 분류되는 종교(宗敎)
곧 자본주의(資本主義) 민주주의(民主主義) 공산주의(共産主義) 좌파(左派) 우파(右派)라는 인본이기주의(人本利己主義)다

이러함에 속한 존재들은
1791 미국 헌법 제1수정조항에서 정교분리(政敎分離)라는 개념(槪念)을 도입(導入)
1906 일제(日帝)-선교사(宣敎師) 간(間) 맺어진 협약
오늘날까지 종교(宗敎)를 위하는 척...하였지만...

최근에 와서는 
2019 코로나 팬더믹을 빌미로
종교통제(宗敎統制)
2025.12.2.,9 이제명 대통령의 종교해산가능성언급(宗敎解散可能性言及)은 마5:13 막9:50 눅14:34-35 종교타락부패(宗敎墮落腐敗)와 맞물려 그날의 땅거미가 시작되었음을 의미하는 것이라 여겨진다

이제는 종교(宗敎)가 신앙(信仰)이 아닌 문화(文化)가 되어버린 느낌!
진리(眞理)가 필요한 것이 아니라
영(靈)이 빠진 지정의(知情意)의 욕구적만족(慾求的滿足)이면 되는...
하여 언제고 취할 수 있지만 버릴 수도 있는 상태가 되어버렸음을 본다

목회를 하다보니 34년이라는 세월이 흘렀고...
1991년 이강천 목사의 저술 ‘마지막 세대 마지막 주자’라는 그 당사자가 된 느낌!
이제는 뿌리고 뿌려도 거둘것이 없다는 ...느낌!
마치 계22:10-11을 통해서 말씀하시는 ‘내버려 두라!’고 말씀하신 그때가 된 듯 한 느낌!

하지만 그래도 나는 목사
내 생명의 호흡이 멈추는 그 순간까지
루터 스피노자의 생각처럼 
진인사대신명(盡人事待神命) 한 그루의 사과나무를 심는 삶을 살아야 하겠지...!
