<p>A federal judge rejects a defense request for a mistrail in the Sean "Diddy" Combs <span style="color: #333333; background-color: #ffffff;" data-ke-size="size16"> </span><span>sex trafficking case.</span></p><p><span>This was the first search request and it came the third week of testimony.</span></p><p>The defence lawyer said Wednesday prosecutors questioned to an LA fire department investigator could imply to the Jury that Combs interfered in the probe of rapper Kid Cudi's fire bombed car <span style="color: #333333; background-color: #ffffff;" data-ke-size="size16">in 2012.</span></p><p>The judge told the jury to disregard questions related to destroyed finger cars </p><p>Last week Cudi testified he believe Combs was responsible.</p><p>Music mogul has pleaded not guilty leading to a raketeering conspiracy that relied on fear and  violence to get what he wanted.</p><p>Julie Walker, New York.</p><p> </p>
