- Providing PM admin support for Project setup, administration and closeout in the system - Add change orders, revise events, review outstanding A/R, perform customer invoicing under guidance - Participate in tracking and reporting of project status - Prepare Purchase Requisitions that will be converted into PO's. - Using Oracle Project Accounting system, open and close charge numbers, and download project costs and commitments - Assist in the distribution of project cost reports to responsible parties and help coordinate the validation and potential correction of costs incurred - Provides administrative sales support such as marketing events support if necessary |
지원자격 |
- 1~5 years experiences in project admin or similar administrative environment - Four (4) year University Degree (Engineering is preferred) - Knowledge of Project management is desirable - Hands-on experience and/or familiarity with desktop applications including MS Office, with intermediate level skills in Excel - Familiar with a broad range of administrative, financial, and contractual business practices. - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Strong customer service mind. |
