Job Description: 

Boutique cafe located in the busy Kerrisdale center area that has been serving the neighborhood for over a decade is looking to hire! We are looking for motivated individuals with previous experience in the beverage industry, preferably working in a cafe setting or being a barista. Individuals who may have less relevant experience, but are willing to work in a high energy team environment with a positive attitude, is also considered. We will be providing full training.

Examples of job duties include:

• Taking orders and providing excellent customer service
• Preparing and serving specialty espresso and tea beverages
• Preparing baked goods and food handling
• Opening and closing the shop
• General cleaning duties expected in a cafe setting

If you are interested in working in a fast paced environment while sharpening your barista skills, then this position may be for you. More details of the job will be shared during the interview.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $17.50-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20-30 hours ( opportunity to have more working hours)
