시편147:1-20 상심하고 고치고 싸매고

시147:1

할렐루야!는 "여호와를 찬양하라"는 뜻입니다. 찬양은 "칭찬하다"는 말로 하나님의 행하신 일을 송축(Praise) 하는 것이고, 경배는 그분의 성품에 경탄하고 경외하여 엎드리는(Worth+ship)것입니다. 시인은 그분의 지혜와 은혜, 경륜이 영원토록 찬양을 받으시기에 합당하다고 외치고 있습니다. 공주야! 하나님을 찬양하는 사람에게는 찬양하는 분명한 이유가 있어야 할 줄로 안다. 이런 점에서 신앙고백은 사랑 고백과 거의 같다고 할 수 있다.

Hallelujah! means to "praise the Lord." Praise is to "praise" what God has done, and worship is to marvel at and awe at his character. The poet is shouting that his wisdom, grace, and experience are worthy of eternal praise. Princess! He who praises God knows that there should be a clear reason to praise him. In this regard, confession of faith is almost like confession of love.

"사랑한다는 데 무슨 이유 있어?"하고 말하는 사람은 감정만 앞서는 사랑을 하고 있을 가능성이 클 것이다. 감정만 앞서는 사랑은 그 감정만큼이나 허무하게 식을 수 있고, 감정뿐인 신앙고백은 감정이 식으면 어디로 가버렸는지 모르게 사라져버릴 것이다. 그러니 우리는 하나님을향한 우리의 찬양이 구체적인 체험과 말씀에 대한 깊은 이해를 바탕으로 드려지도록 신앙의 훈련을 계속 발전시켜나가야 할 것이다. 하나님은 별의 수효를 헤아리시고 그 이름을 낱낱이 부르시며, 온 우주를 인간이 헤아릴 수 없는 지혜로 주관하신다.

A person who says, "What's the reason for love?" is likely to be in love with only emotion. Love that precedes emotion can cool down as much as that emotion, and the confession of faith that is only emotion will disappear when the emotion cools down without knowing where it has gone. Therefore, we must continue to develop the training of faith so that our praise for God is given based on concrete experiences and deep understanding of words. God counts the number of stars, calls them in detail, and presides over the entire universe with wisdom that humans cannot fathom.

그 지혜와 능력으로 흩어진 자기 백성의 별을 아시듯 한 사람 한 사람 다 아시고 예루살렘으로 불러 모으셨다. 그들 마음의 상처가지 다 아시고 싸매어 주셨다. 세상은 나를 몰라줘도 그 위대하신 하나님이 내 전부를 알아주신다. 겸손하게 하나님을 경외하고 주님의 인자하심을 바라는 자를 기뻐하시고 넉넉하게 채워주시지만, 자기 힘을 자랑하고 의지하는 악인은 넘어뜨리신다. 비와 구름을 만드시고 산에 풀이 자라게 하시는 하나님이 사람이나 사람이 의지하는 말에게도 힘을 주신 창조주이시기 때문이다.

As if he knew the stars of his people scattered with his wisdom and power, he called each and every one of them to Jerusalem. He knew all the wounds of their hearts and wrapped them up. Even if the world does not know me, the great God recognizes all of me. He rejoices and fills those who humbly fear God and desire the mercy of the Lord, but he overtakes those who boast of his power and rely on him. God, who makes rain and clouds and makes grass grow in the mountains, is the creator who gave strength to man or to words that man depends on.

하나님이 주신 것을 제 것인 양 생각하고 하나님과 맞서려는 세상에 기대어 넘어지지 말고 우리의 한계를 고스란히 인정하며 주님 주신 힘을 살아야 할 것이다. 말씀을 대리인으로 삼아 눈과 우박을 내려 추위를 주시고 바람에게 명하여 얼음이 물이 되게 하신다. 말씀은 하나님께 순종하고 피조물은 말씀의 명령을 받자마자 능숙하고 충성된 종처럼 순종했다. 하나님은 그 말씀으로 이스라엘을 안전하게 지키시고 자녀에게 복을 주시고 성안을 평안케 하셨으며 먹을 것도 공급하셨다.

Instead of thinking about what God has given you as if it were mine, we should not fall against the world trying to confront God, acknowledge our limitations, and live with the power given by the Lord. Using the word as an agent, he will lower the snow and hail to give the cold, and order the wind to make the ice water. The word obeyed God, and as soon as the creature was commanded by the word, he obeyed like a skillful and loyal servant. With that word, God kept Israel safe, blessed his children, made the city peaceful, and supplied food.

그 말씀이 우리를 창조토록 의탁한 자들에게 하나님은 오늘도 복을 주신다. 생명을 주신다. 예에공, 하나님은 자기 백성을 고치시며 위로하시되, 그들의 죄를 용서하시고 새롭게 일으켜 세우시는 분(2-3), 그는 별들의 숫자를 다 헤아리시며, 그것들의 이름을 일일이 불러주시는 놀라운 분(4), 그 위대하신 능력으로 우리의 머리털까지 다 세시는 자비의 하나님(마10:30), 그는 말씀으로 땅과 하늘을 보살피시는 분(15-18), 이스라엘에게 임마누엘의 징표인 말씀을 허락하신 놀라운 은혜의 하나님이시기도 하다(19-20).

God blesses those who have been entrusted by the word to create us today. He gives life. Jesus Christ, the God who heals and comforts his people, but forgives their sins and raises them anew (2-3), who counts the numbers of the stars, who call out their names one by one (4), the God of Mercy who counts our heads with his great power (15-18), who cares for the earth and the sky (15-20), and who has given Israel the word Immanuel's sign (19-20).

종이가 모자랄 만큼‘하늘을 두루마리 삼고 바다를 먹물 삼아도’ 하나님의 은혜와 사랑을 다 기록할 수는 없다. 그러니 우리의 찬양과 신앙고백이 공허한 메아리처럼 울리지 않도록 할 수 있는 대로 그분의 사랑을 기억하며 마음에 새겨야 할 것이다. 주여, 그의 말씀을 보내 사 그것들을 녹여주소서. 하나님을 찬양하는 근거가 무엇인가?

Even if we "scroll the sky and use the sea as ink" to the extent that we lack paper, we cannot record all of God's grace and love. So we must remember his love and keep it in mind as much as we can so that our praise and confession of faith do not ring like an empty echo. Lord, send his words and melt them. What is the basis for praising God?

주님, 당신의 행적을 기억 하는 일이 찬양이며 착한 일이나이다. 제가 은혜를 덕 입었나이다. 내 향기와 빛깔에 맞게 이름을 불러주신 것을 기억합니다. 자녀들을 먹여주셨고 지켜주신 것을 기억합니다. 말씀을 대리인으로 삼으셔서 눈과 우박을 내리게 하시고 바람에게 명하여 얼음을 녹여 물이 되게 하셨나이다. 광대하신 주님, 문빗장을 견고히 하시어 우리 가족들을 지켜주신 것을 감사드립니다. 그 무궁하신 지혜로 오시어 뭇 별 가운데 나의 이름을 불러 주옵소서. 우리들의 상처를 싸매주시고 다시 한 번 새 힘을 불어 넣어 주옵소서. 그리하여 제 삶을 통하여 말씀이 힘 있게 내달리게 하옵소서.

Remembering your deeds is praise and good deeds, O LORD. I have been blessed. I remember you calling my name according to my scent and color. I remember that you fed and kept my children. You made the Word an agent, and you made it snow and hail, and you ordered the wind to melt the ice and make it water. Thank you, O LORD, for your steadfastness in the door of my family. Come with your infinite wisdom, and call my name from among all the stars. Please wrap up our wounds and give us new strength once again. And let the word be strong throughout my life.
