Reporting directly to the General Manager you will be an enthusiastic, reliable self starter who thrives in a busy Hotel environment.

Previous experience in a Front Office Manager role and/or similar management role with strong knowledge and expertise of a five star hotel operation and systems is essential.

This role requires someone who is a team player, has excellent communication, ability to manage Human Resources (recruitment and selection, training and development) and Financial Management (including manning, budgets, P&L’s etc)

Knowledge of a Property Management System and a high level of computer literacy is essential.

Exceptional dedication to organisational and time management as a focus is vital.
