　　1、一般病情 일반

　　He feels headache， nausea and vomiting
　　他觉得头痛、恶心和想吐。두통을 호소, 메스거움과 구토를 하려한다.

　　He is under the weather.
　　他不舒服，生病了。 불편해 함이 병이났다.

　　He began to feel unusually tired.
　　他感到反常的疲倦？ 무척 피곤해 한다

　　He feels light-headed.
　　他觉得头晕。 어지러워한다

　　She has been shut-in for a few days.
　　她生病在家几天了。그녀는 벌써 집에서 며칠 앓고 있다.

　　Her head is pounding.

　　2、伤风感冒 감기몸살

　　他眼睛发痒，而且一直在打喷嚏。 눈이 가렵고 재채기가 난다

　　他有发烧，筋骨酸痛和常常咳嗽。 hacking = constant. 열이나고 뼈가 쑤시며 기침이 난다

　　He coughed with sputum and feeling of malaise.
　　他咳嗽有浓痰，而且觉得很虚弱。 malaise = debility. 가래에 담이 있고 힘이 없다

　　He gets a cold with a deep hacking cough.
　　他伤风咳嗽。 기침이 심하다

　　He has a headache， aching bones and joints.
　　他头痛，骨头、关节也痛。 머리가 아프고 뼈가 쑤시며 관절이 아프다.

　　He has a persistent cough.
　　他不停地在咳。기침을 멈출 수 없다

　　He has bouts of uncontrollable coughing.
　　他一阵阵的咳嗽，难以控制。기침이 심하다

　　He has hoarse and has lost his voice sometimes.
　　他声音嘶哑，有时失声。목이 쉬고 말이 나오지 않는다

　　He has a sore throat and a stuffy nose.

　　3、女性疾病  부인병

　　She has noticed one lump in her breast.
　　她发觉乳房有个肿块。 유방에 혹이 잡힌다

　　There is a hard， swollen lump on her right breast.
　　她右乳房有肿块。오른쪽 유방에 혹이 잡힌다.

　　Her left breast is painful and swollen.
　　她左乳房疼痛且肿大。왼쪽 유방이 아프며 부었다.

　　She has heavy bleeding with her periods.
　　她月经来的很多。생리량이 무척 많다.

　　Her vaginal discharge is white or greenish-yellow and unpleasant smelling.
　　她阴道分泌物带白色或绿黄色，而且气味不好。질의 분비물이 백색과 황록색의 분비물이 나오고 냄새가 좋지 않다.

　　She has noticed occasional spotting of blood between periods.
　　在月经来的前后，她有时也发觉有滴滴达达的流血。 생리전후 조금씩 피가 흐른다.

　　She has some bleeding after intercourse.
　　性交后有出血。 섹스 후 피가 나온다

　　She feels some vaginal itching.
　　她感到阴部发痒。 질이 가렵다.

　　She has painful periods and abnormal vaginal discharge.
　　她月经来时疼痛，而且阴道有不正常的分泌物。생리시 아프며 비정상적 분비물이 나온다


　　4、手脚毛病 수족병

　　His both hands and feet ache all over.
　　他两手两脚都很酸痛。팔다리가 쑤신다

　　He has pain on the sole of his feet.
　　他脚底很痛。 다리가 매우 아프다.

　　There is a wart-like lump on the sole of right foot.
　　我右脚底有个像肉疣般的硬块。오른쪽 발바닥이 부어 아프다

　　His ankles look puffy and they pit when he presses them with his finger.
　　他的足踝好象肿了，用手按，就有小坑痕。 pit = small dent form 句里的 they 和 them 都是指 ankles.  발목이 부은 것 같고  누르면 뭔가 잡힌다.

　　The pain in his left foot is accompanied by redness and swelling.
　　左脚酸痛，并有红肿。 왼발이 쑤시고 빨갛게 부었다

　　The joints near his fingernails and knuckles look swollen.
　　指头和指节旁边的关节，似乎有肿大。 손톱과 관절이 부었다.

　　He has numbness and tingling in his hands and fingers.
　　他的手和指头感到麻木和刺痛。손과 손가락이 마비되고 아프다.

　　His legs become painful following strenuous exercise.
　　激烈运动后，他的腿就痛。 심한 운동 후 다리가 아프다.

　　His knee is misshapen or unable to move.
　　他的膝盖有点畸形，也不能动。 무릎이 이상하며 움직일 수 없다

　　She is troubled by the pains in the back and shoulders.

　　他的膝盖不舒服，已有一段时间了。무릎이 가끔 아프다.


　　5、睡眠不好 수면부족

　　He is sleeping poorly.
　　他睡不好 잠이 나쁘다.

　　He has difficulty in sleeping， inability to concentrate.
　　他不易入睡，也难集中精神。 잠들기 어렵고 정신이 산만하다

　　It is usually hard for her to fall asleep when she goes to bed at night.
　　她晚上就寝，很难入睡。밤에 잠들기 어렵다

　　He wakes during the night or early morning and finds it difficult to fall asleep again.
　　他晚间或清早醒来后，再也不能入睡。 잠이 깨면 다시 잠들기 힘들다.

　　He has nightmares occasionally.
　　他有时做噩梦。악몽을 꾼다.


　　6、男性疾病  남성질병

　　He urinates more frequently than usual.
　　他小便比平时多。 오줌이 잦다.

　　He has difficulty controlling his bladder.
　　他很难控制小便。bladder 是膀胱。소변을 참기 힘들다

　　There are some lumps on his testicles.
　　他的睪丸有些硬块。 고환에 뭔가 잡힌다.

　　He has had burning or pain when he urinates.
　　他小便时感到发_C和疼痛。소변시 통증이 있다.

　　He is passing less urine than usual.
　　他小便比平时少。오줌량이 적다.

　　He has had painless swelling in his scrotum.
　　他的阴囊有不痛的肿大。음낭이 통증없이 부었다

　　He feels lack of interest in sex.
　　他自觉对性的兴趣大减。섹스 흥미가 줄었다.

　　He has difficulty starting his urine flow.
　　他小便不畅通。 오줌이 시원하지 않다

　　7、呼吸方面 호흡기

　　His breathing has become increasingly difficult.

　　He is short of breath， even when he has not been， he is breathless.

　　8、 口腔毛病 구강병

　　He has pain in his teeth or jaw.
　　他的牙齿和下巴疼痛。 이빨과 턱이 아프다

　　He has some problems with his teeth.
　　他牙齿有问题。 이빨에 문제가 있다

　　The tooth hurts only when he bites down on it.
　　他咬东西时，牙齿就痛。动词时态：hurt，hurt， hurt，bite，bit，bit. 씹으면 무척 아프다.

　　His gums are red and swollen.
　　他的牙床红肿。 잇몸이 붉게 부었다.

　　His tongue is red and sore all over.
　　他的舌头到处红和痛。 혓바닥이 붉고 아프다

　　His breath smells bad and he has a foul taste in his mouth.
　　他口里有怪味。 입에서 악취가 난다

　　His gums do bleed.
　　他牙床有出血。 잇몸에 피가 흐른다.

　　He has some sore swellings on his gum or jaw.

　　9、肠胃毛病 내과병 

　　He has a bloated， uncomfortable feeling after meal.
　　他饭后肚子觉得胀胀的，很不舒服。
　　或 He feels bloated after eating. 식사후 배가 더부럭하다

　　He has bouts of abdominal pain.
　　他有一阵阵的肚痛。 가끔 배가 아프다

　　He feels bloated in his abdominal area.
　　他感到肚子胀胀的。注：胀胀的，像「puff up」，但不是真正的肿「swell up」。 속이 않좋다.

　　The pain is mainly in the lower upper right part of the abdomen.
　　痛是在肚子下半部。 아랫배가 아프다.

　　He has nausea and vomiting.
　　他有恶心和呕吐。 메시꺼움과 구역질이 있다

　　10、血压等等 혈압 등

　　His blood pressure is really up.
　　他的血压很高。 혈압이 높다

　　He has noticed frequent urination， increased thirst and unexpected tireness.
　　他发觉常常小便，非常口渴和更加疲倦。자주 소변을 보며, 갈증과 피로가 온다 

　　It is a chest pain that gets worse when he bends over or lies down.
　　他弯腰或躺下时，胸部更痛。 엎드리거나 누우면 가슴이 매우 아프다

　　He has noticed excessive sweating and unexplained tireness.
　　他体会到过度的出汗和难以解释的疲倦。 땀을 흘리고 나면 알수없는 피로가 온다

　　He has a sharp pain in one area of his spine.
　　他的脊椎某部位刺痛。 척추에 도려내는 아픔이 온다

　　He has pain in other joints including hip， knee and ankle.
　　其它关节疼痛包括臀部、膝盖和脚踝。 엉덩이, 무릎 발목관절이 무척 아프다.

　　His eyes seem to be bulging.
　　他的眼睛觉得有点肿胀。 눈이 부어 올랐다

　　He has double vision.
　　他的视线有双重影子。 촛점이 두개로 보인다

　　He feels there is a film over his eyes.
　　他觉得眼里有种薄膜似的东西，挡住视线。 눈이 침침하다

　　His vision in the right eye blurred.
　　他右眼视线模糊不清。 오른쪽 눈이 흐리고 침침하다 

　　He has had some earaches lately.
　　他近来耳朵有点痛。 근래 귀가 아프다

　　He has a repeated buzzing or other noises in his ears.
　　他耳朵常有嗡嗡的声音。 귀에서 이상한 소리가 들린다
