● PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
SC-500 is two component, polyamid cured clear epoxy primer with excellent permeability
and adhesion.  It has excellent resistance to salt water, alkali, moisture, mineral oils, and
a wide range of chemicals.
On the surface of carbonazed concrete with SC-500, SC-500 permeats into
carbonazed concrete and it's becomes to hard, but don’t  apply  on old paint surface
AS a primer, SC-500 is suitable for anti-rusting and making concrete surface to hard,
therefore, Increase life-time of paint  for a long time.
● USAGE :
As a primer on concrete surface ,
rusted steel reinforcement, carbonazed concrete surface
● CHARACTERISTICS
* Color : clear
* Finish : Semi-gloss
* Specific gravity : About 0.95kg/L
* Volume solids(%) : About 50
* Drying time(20℃) : Set to touch ; 1hr,  Dry through ; 12hrs
* Adaptation temperature ; -30℃ ~ 70℃
* Acid test(10% HCL * 168hrs) : Passage
* Alkali test(10% NaOH * 168hrs) : Passage
● DIRECTION FOR USE
* Surface preparation : Eliminate oil, water, dust, etc.
* Application method : Brush, Spray, Roller
* Application condition : Air temperature 5℃~35℃,  Relative humidity ; below 85%
* Over coat interval : Min ; About 4hrs,  Max ; 4days
* Pot life after mixing(20℃) : 8hrs
* Mixing raito : Base : hardener  = 5 : 1 (Weight ratio)
* Thinning : Epoxy thinner, 10~30% (according to bottom condition)
* Spreading Rate : 5~8.5m²/L (according to bottom condition)
* Cleaning of Tools : Xylen

2. Protect skin and eyes and  avoid prolonged breathing
