Help Desk
The Help Desk is our problem solving center and is staffed by trained technicians who can answer questions and dispatch service.
The Help Desk is open from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. , Monday through Saturday and can be reached by calling our toll-free number,"1644-9411(rep)".
Field Service
All equipment furnished by GaiaTech(Canon Service& Support) is eligible for service nationwide.
All service activities, including installation, maintenance, on-site service calls and the Help Desk, are monitored and supervised by the Field Service Manager and his highly trained staff.
Product Technical Support
Our Product Technical Support Group is comprised of engineers and technicians who lead the industry in technical know-how.
The support team can be reached through Customer Service.
Installation
GaiaTech Field Service is available to install all Canon systems.
The service is provided at a fixed rate and guarantees the product to be operational at the customer's site.
Published installation rates are available on all Canon products.
Maintenance Contracts
Yearly Maintenance contracts are available on all Canon systems.
GaiaTech total maintenance provides you with skilled service personnel and unparalleled logistic support at cost-effective rates.
Rates are determined based on 9:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. coverage, 6 days per week (Monday through Saturday), except national and local holidays. Response time is typically within four to six hours. Parts and labor are included.
GaiaTech is pleased to quote maintenance contract pricing for special conditions ( for example, extended coverage).
Products furnished by GaiaTech qualify for our annual maintenance coverage at installation. Products that have not been installed by GaiaTech or have not been under GaiaTech maintenance, are eligible for GaiaTech maintenance with an initial inspection.
This inspection is regarded as a Time and Materials service call.
Time and Material Service Calls
This "on call" service is available for all Canon products whether purchased through GaiaTech or elsewhere.
All Time and Material calls are arranged through GaiaTech Customer Service, Seoul City at 02-558-9411, 9am to 6pm. Call GaiaTech for details on our competitive rates for Time and Material service calls.
Warranty
GaiaTech warrants that at the time of delivery and for 90 days thereafter, each product shall be operational to the published manufacturer specifications. NOTE: Various products have a 90-day Parts Only warranty, while others have a 90-day Parts and Labor warranty. Please contact GaiaTech sales representative for details.
Training
A wide variety of product training is available from GaiaTech. Courses presented by the Customer Service Department can be arranged either at the GaiaTech Seoul City site or at the customer's site. Because each customer has unique requirements and capabilities, each course is designed specifically to meet the individual customer's needs. Please contact Customer service to schedule your training program.
Repair Services
GaiaTech(Canon Service& Support) can repair or refurbish all Canon supplied printer systems and most other printers as well.. Please contact GaiaTech Customer Service, Seoul&Gyeonggi-Do, for a quotation to cover your needs.
Depot Repair
The repair of certain products is addressed more economically through our depot repair.Depot repair services are available on most printers. Please contact GaiaTech Customer Service should your needs dictate depot repair.
