잠언3장 말씀.

[바이블 애플] KJV 흠정역 잠언 3장

1. 내 아들아, 내 법을 잊지 말고 네 마음이 내 명령들을 지키게 할지어다.

My son, forget not my law; but let thine heart keep my commandments:

2. 그것들이 네게 많은 날과 오래 사는 것과 화평을 더하리라.

For length of days, and long life, and peace, shall they add to thee. 

3. 긍휼과 진리가 네게서 떠나지 말게 하고 그것들을 네 목에 매며 네 마음 판에 기록하라.

Let not mercy and truth forsake thee: bind them about thy neck; write them upon the table of thine heart:

4. 그리하면 네가 [하나님]과 사람의 눈앞에서 은총과 선한 명철을 얻으리라.

So shalt thou find favour and good understanding in the sight of God and man. 

5. 네 마음을 다하여 {주}를 신뢰하고 네 자신의 명철을 의지하지 말지어다.

Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.

6. 네 모든 길에서 그분을 인정하라. 그리하면 그분께서 네 행로들을 지도하시리라.

In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

7. 네 눈에 지혜롭게 되지 말지어다. {주}를 두려워하며 악을 떠날지어다.

Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart from evil.

8. 그것이 네 배꼽에 건강이 되며 네 뼈에 골수가 되리라.

It shall be health to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones. 

9. 네 재물과 네 모든 소출의 첫 열매로 {주}를 공경하라.

Honour the LORD with thy substance, and with the firstfruits of all thine increase:

10. 그리하면 네 창고가 가득히 차고 네 포도즙 틀이 새 포도즙으로 터져 넘치리라.

So shall thy barns be filled with plenty, and thy presses shall burst out with new wine.

11. 내 아들아, {주}의 징계를 멸시하지 말며 그분께서 바로잡아 주시는 것에 싫증을 내지 말라.

My son, despise not the chastening of the LORD; neither be weary of his correction:

12. 아버지가 자기가 기뻐하는 아들을 바로잡아 주는 것 같이 {주}께서 자신이 사랑하는 자를

      바로잡아 주시느니라.

For whom the LORD loveth he correcteth; even as a father the son [in whom] he delighteth.

13. 지혜를 찾는 자와 명철을 얻는 자는 행복하니

Happy [is] the man [that] findeth wisdom, and the man [that] getteth understanding. 

14. 지혜를 거래하는 것이 은을 거래하는 것보다 나으며 그것의 이익이 정금보다 나으니라.

For the merchandise of it [is] better than the merchandise of silver, and the gain thereof than fine gold.

15. 지혜는 루비보다 귀하니 네가 바랄 수 있는 모든 것이 그것과 비교될 수 없도다.

She [is] more precious than rubies: and all the things thou canst desire are not to be compared unto her.

16. 지혜의 오른손에는 많은 날이 있고 지혜의 왼손에는 부와 명예가 있나니

Length of days [is] in her right hand; [and] in her left hand riches and honour.

17. 지혜의 길들은 즐거운 길이요, 지혜의 모든 행로는 화평이니라.

Her ways [are] ways of pleasantness, and all her paths [are] peace.

18. 지혜는 그것을 붙잡는 자들에게 생명나무니 그것을 간직하는 자는 다 행복하도다.

She [is] a tree of life to them that lay hold upon her: and happy [is every one] that retaineth her.

19. {주}께서는 지혜로 땅의 기초를 놓으셨으며 명철로 하늘들을 굳게 세우셨도다.

The LORD by wisdom hath founded the earth; by understanding hath he established the heavens. 

20. 그분의 지식으로 말미암아 깊음들이 터져 오르며 구름들이 이슬을 내리는도다.

By his knowledge the depths are broken up, and the clouds drop down the dew.

21. 내 아들아, 그것들이 네 눈에서 떠나지 말게 하고 건전한 지혜와 분별을 지킬지어다.

My son, let not them depart from thine eyes: keep sound wisdom and discretion:

22. 그리하면 그것들이 네 혼에게 생명이 되고 네 목에 은혜가 되리니

So shall they be life unto thy soul, and grace to thy neck.

23. 그런즉 네가 네 길에서 안전히 걸으며 네 발이 걸려 넘어지지 아니하리라.

Then shalt thou walk in thy way safely, and thy foot shall not stumble.

24. 네가 누울 때에 무서워하지 아니하리니 참으로 네가 누운즉 네 잠이 달리로다.

When thou liest down, thou shalt not be afraid: yea, thou shalt lie down, and thy sleep shall be sweet.

25. 갑작스런 두려움이나 사악한 자가 황폐하게 하는 일이 올 때에 그것을 무서워하지 말라.

Be not afraid of sudden fear, neither of the desolation of the wicked, when it cometh.

26. {주}께서 네 확신이 되시므로 네 발을 지켜 거기 걸려들지 아니하게 하시리라.

For the LORD shall be thy confidence, and shall keep thy foot from being taken.

27. 네 손 안에 선을 베풀 힘이 있거든 마땅히 그것을 받을 자들에게 선 베풀기를 금하지 말며

Withhold not good from them to whom it is due, when it is in the power of thine hand to do [it]. 

28. 네게 그것이 있거든 네 이웃에게 이르기를, 갔다가 다시 오라. 내가 내일 주리라, 하지 말고

Say not unto thy neighbour, Go, and come again, and to morrow I will give; when thou hast it by thee.

29. 네 이웃이 네 곁에서 안전히 거하는 것을 보거든 그를 해하려고 악을 꾀하지 말라.

Devise not evil against thy neighbour, seeing he dwelleth securely by thee. 

30. 사람이 네게 악을 행하지 아니하였거든 까닭 없이 그와 다투지 말라.

Strive not with a man without cause, if he have done thee no harm.

31. 너는 학대하는 자를 부러워하지 말며 그의 어떤 길도 택하지 말라.

Envy thou not the oppressor, and choose none of his ways. 

32. 비뚤어진 자는 {주}께 가증한 자니라. 그러나 의로운 자에게는 그분의 은밀한 일이

      함께하느니라.

For the froward [is] abomination to the LORD: but his secret [is] with the righteous.

33. 사악한 자의 집에는 {주}의 저주가 있거니와 의인의 거처는 그분께서 복을 주시느니라.

The curse of the LORD [is] in the house of the wicked: but he blesseth the habitation of the just.

34. 참으로 그분께서는 비웃는 자들을 비웃으시나 겸손한 자들에게는 은혜를 베푸시느니라.

Surely he scorneth the scorners: but he giveth grace unto the lowly.

35. 지혜로운 자는 영광을 상속받되 어리석은 자가 높여지는 것은 수치가 되리로다.

The wise shall inherit glory: but shame shall be the promotion of fools.
