Change the body of the people into the body of the Buddha.
Have you ever looked closely into a newborn baby's abdomen? You'll see that all the organs are down to where the genitals are. When the baby is in the mother's womb, it receives oxygen and nutrition through the navel. So babies don't use their lungs. Therefore, blood enters the heart through the navel connected to the mother and is supplied to the whole body. When the baby comes into the world, it has to receive oxygen and nutrition on its own, so from this point on, it inhales oxygen through the lungs, receives food through the mouth, and delivers it to the cells.
Please take a close look at the structure of the baby's body. You can see the baby's chest is round and his lower abdomen bulges up to where his genitals are, and he breathes deeply. Deep breathing means that the muscles involved in breathing are soft, going down and back into place without any obstacles. Performance is the restoration of our bodies and minds. What will happen to your mind if you make your body like a baby? Of course it turns into an innocent little baby. Of course, it will take a lot of effort.
Many practitioners do not think about returning their bodies to their original state, but only control their minds. But they end up ruining their bodies even more because they can't control their minds. This is because the body and mind cannot be separated. The body is the servant of the mind, and the mind is the owner of the body. If a servant is sick and weak, it is obvious that the owner also suffers from a poor household. Also, if the owner fails to take center stage and abuses the servant, the servant will leave the house without serving the owner. Therefore, wouldn't the house be comfortable only when the owner and the servant cover and care for each other with sufficient understanding and communication?
Sinseon means a person who maintains the body of a newborn baby. The mind is not greedy like a baby, the body is flexible like a baby, and the breathing is deep like a baby. The Tao is to live according to nature while retaining the appearance you were born with. A person who maintains a natural lifespan by returning the body and mind to its original state becomes a Buddha, a Shinseon, and a Taoist. A person who has a body and mind as it is is called a Buddha, and a person who has a deformed body and mind because they cannot manage their body and mind properly is called a sentient being. So, wouldn't it be possible for sentient beings to become Buddhas if they correct their deformed bodies and minds? That is why Sakyamuni said that Buddha is what he is. We too can become Buddhas. All you have to do is change the structure of your body and mind.
