Notice of the Blu-ray release and copyright

Hello, this is the <Castaway Diva> Blu-ray propelling team.
Finally, after a long wait, the Blu-ray will be delivered on Dec. 3, the first anniversary of the end of the drama.
We sincerely thank you for your participation and support from the opening of the propelling cafe to the release of the Blu-ray. 
We will inform you of the shipment and copyright, so please be aware of the contents below.
The propelling team and distributor agency are not responsible for any disadvantages caused by your failure to read and understand this notice.

1. Blu-ray Receipt Certification Bulletin will not be operated
Due to the possibility of abuse of used transactions & copyright violations, <Castaway Diva> Blu-ray propelling cafe will not operate a Receipt Certification Bulletin.
Also, used transactions between cafe members are prohibited in the cafe. If you write a personal certification post outside, not this cafe, please make sure to indicate that it is "not for sale" to prevent the attached image from being abused by others.

2. Information on Exchange of Damaged Components
Buyers must check all Blu-ray components, and if you suspect damage caused during the delivery process for physical components except video image, please contact Music & Drama.
Some scratches or minor damage(ex. crumples) that may occur during the delivery process are not subject to exchange.

※ Exchange and Refund Method
<1> If there is a defect, for 6 months after shipment, it will be exchanged after being checked. For 3 months after shipment, please contact Music & Drama and for 3 months after that, contact Injoingan, the manufacturer.

<2> Due to the nature of the product, refunds are not possible if opened.

<4> Please attach a picture of the defective (or missing components) part when inquiring. (Unboxing video is not required)

3. Disc and Image Check Guide
● After receiving the product, please check if there are any foreign substances on the disk.

● Since the propelling team is not an expert, it is difficult to provide detailed information on video playback. Please check the related questions through the Internet first, and if there is still a problem, please contact Music & Drama.

● In the case of the Drama discs(No. 1~6), you first compare it with what aired on TV and if it is the same as that, we would like to inform you that it is not defective.

● Depending on the regeneration environment, there may be variations, so please check your regeneration environment in advance.

● If there is a suspected defect, try rewind and play it again, and if it plays normally, it is not considered a defect.

● All parts contained in the 'Pre-Notice' are not be considered as defective, so please check that notice in advance.

4. Copyright Information
● All images and components in the Castaway Diva premium version Blu-ray, are subject to copyright protection. 
● Photos for certification can only be taken for external designs disclosed in the package shot on the cafe's notice. 
● Sharing a post describing the content of the Blu-ray, posting the content or posting edited versions of the video are all copyright violations.
● Violation of copyright may result in civil or criminal liability both at home and abroad.

5. General Sales Information
General sales will begin three weeks after December 3, when shipments begin. General sales will only increase in price, and the components will be the same. 
We will post the exact schedule and detailed notice of general sales later when we receive it from the distributor agency.

6. Notice of the end of the propelling team's work
The propelling team's work will end on Dec. 30. Starting from Dec. 31, the cafe will be kept to a minimum, and all bulletin board writing, comment writing, and new sign-up except for a Copyright Report Bulletin will be suspended. 
All of the SNS accounts of the propelling team will be closed, so it may be difficult to answer if you contact us on SNS.
