哲人(철인)은 大德(대덕)을 부여 받아 大位(대위)에 위치하여

  A wise sage(哲人,철인) is endowed with great virtue(大德,대덕)

  and positioned in a supreme realm / status(大位,대위),

天地(천지)를 담당하여 관리하며 인간의 무리들(六十四民,육십사민)에게 널리 교화를 펼친다.

  Taking charge of and managing Heaven and Earth(天地,천지),

   widely spreading enlightenment and guidance to the multitudes of humanity(六十四民,육십사민).

哲人은 賦大德하며 (철인은 부대덕하며)

  A wise sage (哲人,철인) is endowed with great virtue(大德,대덕),

處大位하여 司天地하여 (처대위하여 사천지하여)

  Resides in a supreme realm / status(大位,대위) to govern and manage Heaven and Earth(天地,천지),

布人族化니라. (포인족화니라.)

  And widely spreads enlightenment and transformation(化화) to human kind(人族,인족).

 [Explanation,  풀이]

哲(철)의 사전적 의미는 "밝음"이다.

  The dictionary definition of Cheol(哲,철) is "brightness"(light / wisdom).

밝음이 열림이라는 開天(개천)의 주체가 곧 哲人(철인)임을 말한다.

  This means that the main agent of Gaecheon(開天,개천 - Opening of Heaven)―

  where brightness unfolds ―is none other than the Cheolin(哲人,철인 - Enlightened Sage).

우리 민족이 배달민족이라고 불리는 것도 밝달민족의 이두문으로 밝음의 민족이라는 의미이다.

  The reason our nation is called the Baedal people is that it is an ldu transcription of Bakdal,

  meaning the "people of brightness."

이 哲(철)이라는 단어는 三一神誥(삼일신고)와 366事(사)에서 공통적으로 쓰이는 말이며
哲(철)에 대한 대비 개념으로 衆(중)이 사용되었다.

  The word Cheol(哲,철) is commonly used in both the Samil Singo and the 366 Article

  (Chamjeon Gyegyeong), with Jung(衆,중 - the masses / multitude) being used as its

   contrasting concept.

이는 밝음을 연 開天(개천)의 주체인 한웅할아버지를 哲(철)로 설정하고
한웅할아버지에 의해 이루어진 백성들인 64民(민)을 衆(중)으로 설정한 개념이다.

  This concept sets Grandfather Hwanung ―the brightness ―as Cheol(哲,철),

   and sets the 64 peoples(64民,민) under his guidance as Jung(衆,중).  

哲人(철인)은 混沌(혼돈,CHAOS)을 깨치고 질서의 세계를 이끄는 주체이다.

  The Cheolin(哲人,철인) is the primary agent who shatters chaos(混沌,혼돈)

   and leads the world into order.

그뿐만 아니라 衆(중)을 교화하여 시작과 끝을 제거하여 영원한 세계로 이끈다.

  Furthermore, by enlightening tne masses(衆,중), the sage removes beginning and end,

  leading them into an eternal realm.

(64-19=45)따라서 크나큰 덕(大德,대덕)을 베푸는 주체이며
그 존귀하기가 神(신)과 같아 極尊(극존)이라 일컫는다.

  (64-19=45) Therefore, the sage is the entity who bestows immense virtue(大德,대덕),

   and because their dignity is equal to that of the divine(神,신),

   they are called Geukjon(極尊,극존 - Supreme Nobility).

여기서 말하는 밝은 어른(哲人,철인)은  三聖(삼성)이신 한인, 한웅,한인할아버지와
그 후계자들을 칭하는 칭호이다.

  The "Enlightened Elder"(哲人,철인) mentioned here is a title referring

   to the Three Sages(三聖,삼성)― Grandfather Hwanin, Hwanung,

    and Dangun(Hwanin)― along with their successors.
