Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: New Westminster, BC
Position: LPN Part-Time / Casual
Salary Range: $32.00-$36.00/hour
Shifts: 6:30AM-12PM and 3:30PM-8:30PM

Your Day to Day:
Safely deliver medications to patient homes within New Westminster and South Surrey
Assist with medication administration (oral meds, inhalers, patches, insulin, etc.)
Assess and monitor patient medication response
Administer vaccinations and provide medical device teachings
Ensure clear and concise documentation of patient care
Maintain regular communication with pharmacists and physicians for effective patient care
Flexibility to work part-time shifts, including weekends, and both AM/PM shifts as required

What You Bring to the Table:
LPN License in British Columbia (required)
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle (required for travel to patient homes)
Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Ability to manage a day-to-day schedule while ensuring excellent patient care

Nice to Have:
Experience in a similar role providing home-based patient care
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
