오늘은 에돔에 대한 말씀

(렘49:7-22)
7 Concerning Edom: This is what the LORD Almighty says: "Is there no longer wisdom in Teman? Has counsel perished from the prudent? Has their wisdom decayed?  8 Turn and flee, hide in deep caves, you who live in Dedan, for I will bring disaster on Esau at the time I punish him.  9 If grape pickers came to you, would they not leave a few grapes? If thieves came during the night, would they not steal only as much as they wanted?  10 But I will strip Esau bare; I will uncover his hiding places, so that he cannot conceal himself. His children, relatives and neighbors will perish, and he will be no more.  11 Leave your orphans; I will protect their lives. Your widows too can trust in me."  12 This is what the LORD says: "If those who do not deserve to drink the cup must drink it, why should you go unpunished? You will not go unpunished, but must drink it.  13 I swear by myself," declares the LORD, "that Bozrah will become a ruin and an object of horror, of reproach and of cursing; and all its towns will be in ruins forever."  14 I have heard a message from the LORD: An envoy was sent to the nations to say, "Assemble yourselves to attack it! Rise up for battle!"  15 "Now I will make you small among the nations, despised among men.  16 The terror you inspire and the pride of your heart have deceived you, you who live in the clefts of the rocks, who occupy the heights of the hill. Though you build your nest as high as the eagle's, from there I will bring you down," declares the LORD.  17 "Edom will become an object of horror; all who pass by will be appalled and will scoff because of all its wounds.  18 As Sodom and Gomorrah were overthrown, along with their neighboring towns," says the LORD, "so no one will live there; no man will dwell in it.  19 "Like a lion coming up from Jordan's thickets to a rich pastureland, I will chase Edom from its land in an instant. Who is the chosen one I will appoint for this? Who is like me and who can challenge me? And what shepherd can stand against me?"  20 Therefore, hear what the LORD has planned against Edom, what he has purposed against those who live in Teman: The young of the flock will be dragged away; he will completely destroy their pasture because of them.  21 At the sound of their fall the earth will tremble; their cry will resound to the Red Sea.  22 Look! An eagle will soar and swoop down, spreading its wings over Bozrah. In that day the hearts of Edom's warriors will be like the heart of a woman in labor.  

오늘은 에돔이다
하나님은 에돔을 유다,암몬,모압에 이어 에돔까지 
징치 하시겠다는 선언을 하신다

이 또한 에돔을 향한 시청각교훈(視聽覺敎訓)이건만
하닷(Hadad 폭풍과 비의 신) / 바알(Baal풍요와 번영을 상징하는 신) /아세라(Asherah 다산과 모성의 여신)이라는 우상숭배(偶像崇拜)에 빠졌던 에돔은
저들의 살 길을 결국 택하지 못하고 무지중(無知中) 바벨론의 느브갓네살의 군대에 짓밟히고 처절한 황폐를 당하게 되고 만다

하나님은 때때로 역사적 환경을 통해 하나님의 뜻을 말씀하신다
조지 산타아냐의 지적(指摘) 
‘과거를 기억하지 못하는 자는 그것을 반복할 수 밖에 없다’는
그 말이 생각의 수면에 떠오른다


“너희가 저녁에 하늘이 붉으면 날이 좋겠다 하고  
아침에 하늘이 붉고 흐리면 오늘은 날이 궂겠다 하나니 
너희가 날씨는 분별할 줄 알면서 시대의 표적은 분별할 수 없느냐” (마16:2-3)라 말씀하신
예수님의 지적(指摘) 도 생각난다

I.  적그리스도의 출현 (마24:5) 
II.  난리와 난리소문,전쟁과 기근(마24:6~7)
III.  기독인들이 핍박받는 때가 도래할 것이라고 합니다(마24:9)
IV.  그리스도인간의 배신 (마24:10)
V.  거짓 선지자 출현 (마24:11)
VI.  불법이 극성을 부리며, 신의와 사랑의식의 감소현상이 있을것입니다.
VII. 복음의 완전전파(完全傳播) 와 재림,심판(마24:14) 

지금까지 전체 17,000 종족 중 전혀 복음이 들어가지 못한 곳이 
약 43%나 있다하니...
아직은 끝이 아닐까...???
오늘도 나는 아마겟돈전쟁을 지나
주님의 재림심판(再臨審判) 및 개인적종말(個人的終末) 곧 히11:9의 그 날을 염려한다

“너는 내가 네게 준 기회를 어떻게 사용하였느냐?” 물으실 때
“주님! 결과는 어떨는지 몰라도 제게 주신 그것의 최선은 다 했습니다!”라 대답하고 싶은데...
늘 주님 앞에 무릎을 꿇을 때 마다
죄송한 마음...
그저 긍휼(矜恤)히 여겨 달라는 기도(祈禱) 밖에는 드릴 것이 없는 나를 본다
