Purple Haze
<br>

25 ml vodka
<br>
1 white sugar cube
<br>
1 fresh lime
<br>
a dash of Grand Marnier
<br>
25 ml Chambord
<br>
<br>
* Put a sugar cube and half a fresh lime, cut into quarters, into a shaker and crush them together with a muddler or barspoon. Add a single shot of vodka and a dash of Grand Marnier. Fill the sahker with ice, then shake and strain the mixture into a chilled shot glass. Float a single measure of Chambord onto the drink and serve.
