With the Mid-Autumn Festival just around the corner, our learners were busy with many activities to get into the celebratory mood!

Our Year 8 learners had the opportunity to appreciate the beauty of a traditional Chinese poem during their Chinese lessons. Through handwriting the poem, the learners enhanced their Chinese character writing and knowledge of classical Chinese. In addition, they also made connections between the Chinese language and the creative expressions used in the poem.

On the other hand, the Year 10 learners made Snow Skin Mooncakes during their Chinese lessons.

As they made the delicious treats, they also learnt about the cultures and customs of the Mid-Autumn Festival. Don't you think they look delicious?
