Fairview International PLC held its first Annual General Meeting since listing on the London Stock Exchange today.

Chaired by Independent Director Mr. Jeffrey Beard, the Board provided shareholders with a strategic update on the Group’s progress since admission in October 2024, including enrolment momentum across the Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru campuses, long-term growth opportunities, and the Company’s priorities for the next phase of development.

We thank our shareholders for their continued support and engagement as Fairview builds a scalable, asset-backed international education platform in Malaysia.
