<참부모가 이 땅에서 해야 하는 것- What are the parents to do on this earth>

여러분이 문총재를 ‘우리와 같은 사람이다' 그렇게 생각하면 안 됩니다.

문총재의 사명은 무엇이냐?

구약시대는 만물을 희생시켜 아들딸을 찾는 시대입니다.

신약시대는 아들딸을 희생시켜 부모가 올 길을 닦는 것입니다.

부모가 와 가지고 이 땅에서 뭘 하느냐? 하나님이 올 수 있는 길을 닦는 것입니다.

종적 아버지의 수평세계를 만민세계를 넘어서 닦아야 할 것이 참부모의 사명입니다.
그렇기 때문에 이 수평의 아버지 심정권이 벌어지게 될 때는 종적인 아버지 심정권은 자연히 여기에 와서 정착합니다.

그래 가지고 종적, 횡적인 사랑을 품을 수 있는 자리에 가게 되면 비로소 세계를 넘어서 하나님이 핵의 자리에 가서 본연의 이상권한을 재차 편성한 것으로써 ‘다 이루었다' 할 수 있는 시대로 넘어간다는 것입니다. (168-156)

타락한 인간이 하나님께 나아가기 위한 방법은 시대마다 달랐습니다.

즉, 구약시대에는 제물을 드림으로써, 신약시대에는 하나님의 아들인 예수님을 믿음으로써, 성약시대에는 참부모를 모심으로써 하나님 앞으로 나아갈 수 있는 것입니다. (20-340)

You should not think of Rev. Moon as being the same as you.

What is Rev. Moon’s mission?

The Old Testament Age was the age when the things of cre­ation were sacrificed to find the sons and daughters.

In the New Testament Age, the sons and daughters were sac­rificed to pave the way for the coming of the parents.

What are the parents to do on this earth after they come? They are to pave the way for God to come.

The mission of the True Parents is to build a horizontal base, encompassing all the people of the world, for the ver­tical Father.

As the horizontal father’s realm of heart unfolds, the vertical Father’s realm of heart will naturally emerge and settle here. 

When God reaches the point where He can embrace both vertical and hor­izontal love, He will finally make the transition to the age when He can go beyond the world into the central posi­tion and reorganize the original, ideal authority. Then He will say, “Every­thing is done.” (177-345, 1988.5.22)

The methods for fallen people to go back to God have differed according to the age.

In the Old Testament Age, peo­ple could go to God by offering sacrific­es; in the New Testament Age, it was by believing in Jesus, the son of God; and in the Completed Testament Age, people can go to God by attending the True Par­ents. (20-340, 1968.7.20)
