         Itinerary Of Redemption   구속의 여정

             Philippians 2:1-11  

[빌] 2:1	If you have any encouragement from being united with Christ, if any comfort from his love, if any fellowship with the Spirit, if any tenderness and compassion,
[빌] 2:2	then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and purpose.
[빌] 2:3	Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves.
[빌] 2:4	Each of you should look not only to your own interests, but also to the interests of others.
[빌] 2:5	Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus:
[빌] 2:6	Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped,
[빌] 2:7	but made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness.
[빌] 2:8	And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself and became obedient to death- -even death on a cross!
[빌] 2:9	Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name,
[빌] 2:10	that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth,
[빌] 2:11	and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

[빌] 2:1	그러므로 그리스도 안에 무슨 권면이나 사랑의 무슨 위로나 성령의 무슨 교제나 긍휼이나 자비가 있거든
[빌] 2:2	마음을 같이하여 같은 사랑을 가지고 뜻을 합하며 한마음을 품어
[빌] 2:3	아무 일에든지 다툼이나 허영으로 하지 말고 오직 겸손한 마음으로 각각 자기보다 남을 낫게 여기고
[빌] 2:4	각각 자기 일을 돌볼뿐더러 또한 각각 다른 사람들의 일을 돌보아 나의 기쁨을 충만하게 하라
[빌] 2:5	너희 안에 이 마음을 품으라 곧 그리스도 예수의 마음이니
[빌] 2:6	그는 근본 하나님의 본체시나 하나님과 동등됨을 취할 것으로 여기지 아니하시고
[빌] 2:7	오히려 자기를 비워 종의 형체를 가지사 사람들과 같이 되셨고
[빌] 2:8	사람의 모양으로 나타나사 자기를 낮추시고 죽기까지 복종하셨으니 곧 십자가에 죽으심이라
[빌] 2:9	이러므로 하나님이 그를 지극히 높여 모든 이름 위에 뛰어난 이름을 주사
[빌] 2:10	하늘에 있는 자들과 땅에 있는 자들과 땅 아래에 있는 자들로 모든 무릎을 예수의 이름에 꿇게 하시고
[빌] 2:11	모든 입으로 예수 그리스도를 주라 시인하여 하나님 아버지께 영광을 돌리게 하셨느니라

닐 암스트롱이 달로 비행한 과정을 순서대로 기록하고 있습니다.

저자는 우주비행사들이 비행이 끝난 후 보고서에 작성한 내용을 설명해줍니다.

In his book The First Man,

James Hansen chronicles Neil Armstrong’s flight to the moon.

The author explains how each astronaut was asked to fill out

a report upon completion of the flight.

The report listed how they traveled from Houston,

Texas, to Cape Kennedy, Florida, to the Moon,

to the Pacific Ocean, to Hawaii, and returned to Houston, Texas.

What a list of destinations!

하지만 지금까지의 그 어떤 여행보다 더 빛나는 여정이 하나 있습니다.

우리 구주 예수 그리스도의 여정을 그려보십시오.

출발지―하늘나라, 첫 목적지―베들레헴, 여행수단―동정녀 마리아의 수태,

여행목적―죄인의 구속, 귀환지―하나님 우편.

There is another itinerary that outshines any trip ever taken.

Imagine this itinerary of our Savior,

Jesus Christ: Place of origin—the heavenly places;

Initial destination—Bethlehem;

Mode of travel—the virgin birth;

Reason for travel—the redemption of sinners;

Return destination—the right hand of the Father.

빌립보서 2장 5-11절에서는

우리를 구속하기 위해 이 땅에 오신 그리스도에 대해 생생히 묘사하고 있습니다.

한 성경 주석가는 이 구절을 ‘순종으로 말미암아 높임을 받으시고

고난당하신 종께 드리는 영광의 찬송’이라고 말합니다.

“그리스도 예수.....그는 근본 하나님의 본체시나......자기를 낮추시고 죽기까지 복종하셨으니......

이러므로 하나님이 그를 지극히 높여”(5-9절).

Philippians 2:5-11 eloquently describes

Christ’s coming to earth to provide our redemption.

One Bible commentator considers this passage a hymn of praise

to the glory of the Suffering Servant who became exalted for His obedience:

“Christ Jesus, who, being in the form of God, . . .

humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death . . . .

Therefore God also has highly exalted Him” (vv.5-9).

우리 주님의 놀라운 구속의 여정은 우리 마음을 감사와 찬양으로 충만하게 합니다.!

Our Lord’s extraordinary itinerary of redemption should fill our hearts

with gratitude and praise!

Our gracious redemption was carefully planned, The gulf between heaven and earth has been spanned, The portals are open, the passage is free, Oh, wondrous salvation, it’s even for me! God broke into human history to offer us the gift of eternal life.

우리를 위한 은혜로운 구속이 신중히 계획되어 하늘과 땅 사이가 이어졌네 문들은 열렸고 통행이 자유로우니 오, 그 놀라운 구원, 나 같은 죄인을 위한 것이라네! 우리에게 영생의 선물을 주시기 위해 하나님이 인간의 역사 속으로 들어오셨다.
