血性(혈성)으로 제사를 지낸다(血祀,혈사)는 것은 道(도)가 높고 德(덕)이 무거워 하늘을 대신하여 가르침을 세우고

  Offering sacrifices with wholehearted devotion(血祀,혈사) means that one′s Dao(道,도 - Way)

  is high and Virtue(德,덕) is profound, thereby establishing teachings on behalf of Heaven,

인간이 감화하여 규범을 세워서 만세의 스승이 되는 것이다.

  Edifying humanity to establish moral standards,

    and becoming a teacher for ten thousand generations(all eternity).

血祀者는 道高德重하여 (혈사자는 도고덕중하여)

  Those who offer sincere, blood-hearted sacrifices possess high Truth and profound Virtue,

代天立敎하고 化人成規하여 爲萬歲師니라. (대천입교하고 화인성규하여 위만세사니라.)

  Eatablishing teachings on behalf of Heaven, transforming people,

  and setting moral standards, thereby becoming a teacher for ten thousand generations.

 [Explanation, 풀이]

하늘을 대신해서 가르침을 세운다는 代天立敎(대천입교)는  우리 민족의 출발과 함께
三聖(삼성)이신 한인, 한웅, 왕검할아버지께서 직접 행하신 크나큰 德(덕)이며
그 道(도)는 수 천년을 두고 단 한번도 끊임없이 이어져 와 오늘에 이른다.

  Daecheon-ipgyo(代天立敎,대천입교 - Establishing teachings on behalf of Heaven) represents

  the great virtue directly practiced at the dawn of our nation by the Three Sage(Samseong) :

  Hwanin, Hwanung, and Grandfather Dangun Wanggeom.

  This Way(Dao) has been continuously passed down without a single break over thousands

   of years, reaching present day.

특히 신라 이후 三聖(삼성)의 가르침이 국가기관이 아닌 민간의 이름없는 民草(민초)들에 의하여
갖은 어려움과 서러움을 다 겪으며 수행되었다는 점에서 그 가치는 더욱더 빛난다 할 것이다.

  In particular, its value shines even brighter considering that since the Silla period,

  the teachings of the Three Sages were preserved and practiced not by state institutions,

  but by ordinary, nameless grassroots people(Mincho) who endured all kinds

   of hardships and sorrows.
