The Universe’s Strangest “Holes” Explained

Space is full of bizzare things, but some of the strangest objects in the universe have "holes" in their names. These objects aren’t like the holes we see on Earth; they’re regions where the laws of physics get weird and break down.

🕳️ Black Holes – A black hole is a region of space so densely packed with matter that its gravity becomes inescapable. Once something crosses the event horizon, not even light can break free.

⚪ White Holes – Theoretical opposites of black holes, white holes function in reverse. Just as nothing can escape a black hole, nothing can enter a white hole. While no white holes have been observed, they're born of the same equations as black holes.

🌀 Wormholes – Hypothetical tunnels through spacetime, possibly connecting distant parts of the universe. While they’re a staple of science fiction, scientists are still searching for any evidence that they actually exist.
