About the Role

PhoneBox is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Sales & Marketing team in Vancouver.

This is a hands-on digital marketing position for someone who has personally managed paid advertising campaigns, analyzed campaign performance, optimized budgets and conversions, and worked directly with digital advertising platforms.

We are specifically looking for a marketer with strong experience in Google Ads, paid digital campaigns, SEO, and the Korean digital advertising market, including Naver Ads.

This position is not focused primarily on social media posting or content coordination. We are looking for someone who can independently plan, execute, analyze, and optimize performance marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Performance Max, and remarketing campaigns
• Conduct keyword research and manage bidding, targeting, budgets, negative keywords, and campaign structures
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on CPA, CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversion rate, and other KPIs
• Manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital channels
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking and campaign measurement
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other analytics tools
• Develop and execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page SEO, content optimization, and performance monitoring
• Monitor organic search rankings and identify opportunities to improve website traffic and conversions
• Plan and manage Naver advertising campaigns, including Naver Search Ads and other relevant Korean digital advertising channels
• Research competitors, keywords, advertising trends, and customer acquisition opportunities
• Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, targeting, and campaign strategies
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations
• Manage advertising budgets and allocate spending based on campaign performance
• Work with internal designers, content creators, sales teams, and external agencies when required
• Develop digital acquisition strategies targeting international and Korean customers

Required Qualifications

We are looking specifically for candidates with proven hands-on experience.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital/performance marketing
• Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads
• Experience creating, launching, monitoring, and optimizing paid campaigns
• Demonstrated experience managing advertising budgets and campaign performance
• Strong understanding of Google Ads metrics, conversion optimization, and campaign structure
• Hands-on experience with SEO
• Experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Experience with keyword research and competitor analysis
• Experience with Naver Ads / Naver Search Advertising
