이번에 올리는 파일은 좀 난해할 수도 있습니다.
내용을 간단히 설명드리면,
우선 볼트해석방법을 이해할 수 있을 것입니다. 반드시 ansys help를 참조해야만 내용이 이해될 것으로 생각됩니다. 그리고, ansys에서 제공하는 gasket요소를 사용하여, gasket을 구현하였습니다. 이 역시 ansys help를 참조하셔야 합니다.
input파일이 다소 복잡한 경향이 있습니다만, 비선형해석이 다 그런 것이러니 하시고, 전체적인 프로세스를 중심으로 먼저 보신 다음, 상세한 적용방법을 보시면 무난하게 분석할 수 있을 것으로 봅니다.
난이도는 중상정도라 생각합니다. 생소한 내용이나 명령어가 들어 있어 제가 아래에 keyword를 정리해 놓겠습니다. help에서 keyword를 검색하여 공부하시면 도움이 많이 될 것입니다.
참, bolt 해석에서 bolt가 두개 있는데, 순차적으로 하중이 적용됩니다. 아주 재미있을 것입니다. bolt가 10개가 있는 경우도 순서를 정해주면 순서대로 bolt를 해석할 수 있습니다. 응용이 될 분야가 많겠지요. 예를들어서 bolt를 어떤 순서로 조이느냐에 따라 발생하는 잔류응력이 달라지겠으며, contact pressure 또한 달라지므로 누수문제를 해결하는 방법이 되기도 할 것입니다.

아래의 input 파일은 5개의 load step으로 구성되어 있습니다
load step 1은 bolt를 조이는 해석이고,
load step2 도 bolt를 조이는 해석입니다.
load step 3은 온도를 180도로 올리고, 내압1.2MPadmf 적용하여 해석하는 단계이고,
load step 4는 압력을 0으로 온도를 -10도로 내린 상태에서의 해석입니다.
load step 5는 온도를 상온(20도)으로 올린 상태에서의 해석입니다.
