하나님이 거하실 처소 [엡2:11~22] A dwelling place for God.

에베소서 2:11~22

1. 보혈의 능력 : 화평

보혈의 능력은 어둠을 몰아내고 죄를 씻으며 상처를 치료하고 고통중에 있는 마음에 기쁨을 주십니다.

a. 오랫동안 바라보고 있는 것을 닮아갑니다. 그것이 무엇이든 사람은 바라보고 있는 것에 종속되는 특징이 있습니다. 그것은 모방 심리입니다. 듣고 보고 만지고 경험한 것은 나의 일부가 되어 내 안에 자리잡습니다. 그리고 오랜 시간동안 축적된 경험은 특정한 조건이 될 때 내 속에서 터져나옵니다.

b. 세상을 사랑하고 그것을 추종하면 세상에 속한 말과 행동을 하게 되며 하늘의 것을 구하고 갈망한 사람은 하늘의 언어 곧 말씀이 그 안에서 역사하시고 움직이는 힘이 됩니다.

c. 씻는 능력 : 보혈은 사람의 죄를 씻고 생명의 강에 들어온 사람을 정결케 합니다. 그리고 우리는 그 보혈의 능력을 세상으로 전해주는 연결통로가 됩니다. 상처난 세상에 치유가 되고 고통받는 마음에 위로가 되며 좌절한 심령을 격려하고 세우는 무너진 마음을 재건하는 사람이 될 것입니다.



2. 자신의 몸을 내어주사 미움의 벽을 허물어뜨리심

사람과 사람의 사이에는 보이지 않는 연결이 있습니다. 그것을 관계의 끈이라고 한다면 관계의 고리를 끊는 사람과 잇는 사람이 있습니다. 처음 인간은 하나님과의 관계에서 실패하고 단절됩니다. 그러나 아들 예수님은 순종으로 아버지의 뜻을 이루시고자 자신의 몸을 드리십니다.

첫 아담은 하나님께서 내게 주신 여인이 주어 먹게 하였다고 합니다. 그러나 마지막 아담이신 예수님은 고난의 쓴 잔을 홀로 마시기로 작정하십니다. 그가 자신의 몸을 희생제물로 드려 아버지와 자녀들 사이의 틈에 서서 막았습니다. 그래서 그 분의 이름은 화평이 되십니다. 그리고 부활 승천하여 보좌에 앉으신 그 분은 성령을 보내사 하나님과 사람, 사람과 사람 사이에 화평을 주십니다.




3. 성도 : 하나님의 집, 거룩한 백성, 하늘의 시민, 가족

예전에는 원수되었고 죄로 인해 정죄받아 마땅한 죄인된 우리들을 용납하고 받아들이십니다. 뺨을 치는 자에게 왼 뺨을 돌리라고 하시며 용서와 화해의 길을 여십니다. 누군가 이런 이야기를 했습니다. 대적은 삶의 걸림돌로 내 길을 방해하도록 주어진 것이 아니라고 합니다. 그는 나의 심령을 단단히 하고 발전하도록 이끌어주는 도움의 역할을 하는 사람입니다. 그러므로 우리는 누군가를 증오하고 원망하기보다 그를 용서하고 받아들임으로 그리스도의 고난의 형상에 조금 더 가까워지는 것입니다.

물과 피와 성령이 하나라고 합니다. 그러므로 우리는 성령의 정결케 하는 은혜의 역사 한가운데서 행하는 것입니다. 물과 피로 뿌려 정결케 하듯이 우리는 성령의 운행하심으로 새롭게 되며 치유되고 회복됩니다. 용서의 능력은 덮는 은혜입니다. 보혈의 권능이 나를 덮으시고 성령의 능력과 강력한 임재가 교회와 가정을 덮으시고 모든 이름 위에 뛰어나신 이름이 우리를 보호하시고 인도하십니다.

성도를 위하여 빛을 뿌리고 기쁨을 뿌렸다고 합니다. 성령의 특징은 화평과 기쁨입니다. 성령의 사람은 가는 곳마다 화평을 전하며 넘치는 기쁨으로 아버지의 사랑을 전합니다. 내가 밞는 모든 땅에 평화가 선포되며 치유와 회복으로 인해 기쁨이 넘쳐나고 위로와 용서와 용납과 격려함으로 주의 백성들을 세우는 회복의 일군들 되시기를 주님의 이름으로 축원합니다.

4. 머릿돌 : 연결되어 자라갈 것, 함께 지어져 가는 성전

모퉁이 돌은 연결된 기둥들을 견고하게 합니다. 그리고 하나님의 성전은 생명력이 있습니다. 우리는 산 돌처럼 자라가며 성숙해 집니다. 예전에는 참을 수 없던 고난이 감사로 다가오고 증오가 연민으로 시기, 질투가 긍휼로 변하는 은혜가 있기를 바랍니다.

이 일은 행하시는 분은 성령님이십니다. 사람의 품성은 쉽사리 바뀌지 않습니다. 완악하고 고집스런 사람이 변화하는 일은 먼저 자신의 처지의 초라함을 깨닫는 것입니다. 영광스런 빛 앞에 설 때 우리는 자신의 어둠을 발견하고 어찌 할 수 없는 나의 처지와 형편을 주님께 아뢰어 삶을 변화시키시는 성령의 손길에 나 자신을 맡깁니다.

오늘도 주님의 희생으로 미움의 장벽이 제거되어 평화의 사자가 된 우리를 거룩한 백성으로 함께 지어져가며 성숙해지는 성전으로 친히 변화시킬 것을 믿고 의지합니다.

A dwelling place for God by the Spirit.

Ephesians 2:11-22

1. The Power of the Precious Blood: Peace

The power of the precious blood drives out darkness, washes away sin, heals wounds, and gives joy to hearts in pain.

a. We become like what we gaze upon for a long time. Whatever it may be, people have a characteristic tendency to be influenced by what they behold. This is the psychology of imitation. What we hear, see, touch, and experience becomes a part of us, taking root within. And experiences accumulated over a long period will burst forth from within us when certain conditions are met.

b. If one loves the world and follows it, one will speak and act like the world. But for those who seek and long for heavenly things, the language of heaven, that is, the Word, becomes a working and moving power within them.

c. Cleansing power: The precious blood washes away human sin and purifies those who enter the river of life. And we become a conduit to transmit the power of that precious blood to the world. We will become people who bring healing to a wounded world, comfort to suffering hearts, encouragement to discouraged souls, and rebuild broken spirits.

2. He Gave His Body to Break Down the Wall of Hostility

There is an invisible connection between people. If we call it the bond of relationships, there are those who break the chain of relationships and those who connect it. Initially, humanity failed in its relationship with God and was cut off. However, the Son, Jesus, offered His body in obedience to fulfill the Father's will.

The first Adam said that the woman God gave him made him eat. But Jesus, the Last Adam, resolved to drink the bitter cup of suffering alone. He offered His body as a sacrificial lamb, standing in the gap between the Father and His children. Thus, His name became Peace. And having resurrected, ascended, and seated at the right hand of the Father, He sends the Holy Spirit to bring peace between God and humanity, and between people.

3. The Saints: God's Household, Holy Nation, Citizens of Heaven, Family

We, who were once enemies and sinners deserving condemnation due to sin, are accepted and embraced. To those who strike our cheek, He tells us to turn the other, opening the way of forgiveness and reconciliation. Someone once said that adversaries are not given as stumbling blocks to hinder our path. They serve as aids to strengthen our spirit and help us develop. Therefore, instead of hating and resenting someone, we draw a little closer to the likeness of Christ's suffering by forgiving and embracing them.

It is said that water, blood, and the Spirit are one. Therefore, we walk in the midst of the purifying grace and work of the Holy Spirit. Just as we are purified by the sprinkling of water and blood, we are renewed, healed, and restored by the moving of the Holy Spirit. The power of forgiveness is a covering grace. May the power of the precious blood cover us, the power and mighty presence of the Holy Spirit cover the church and our homes, and may the Name above every name protect and guide us.

It is said that light and joy are sown for the saints. The characteristics of the Holy Spirit are peace and joy. A person of the Spirit spreads peace wherever they go and conveys the Father's love with overflowing joy. May peace be proclaimed in every land we tread, may joy overflow due to healing and restoration, and may you become workers of restoration who build up the Lord's people through comfort, forgiveness, acceptance, and encouragement, in the name of the Lord.

4. The Cornerstone: Connected to Grow, a Temple Being Built Together

The cornerstone firmly secures the connected pillars. And the temple of God has life. We grow and mature like living stones. May there be grace where previously unbearable hardships turn into gratitude, hatred into compassion, and envy and jealousy into mercy.

The One who accomplishes this work is the Holy Spirit. A person's character does not change easily. For a stubborn and obstinate person to change, they must first realize the poverty of their own situation. When we stand before the glorious light, we discover our own darkness, and we entrust our helpless condition and circumstances to the Lord, giving ourselves over to the hand of the Spirit who transforms lives.

Today, we trust and rely that through the sacrifice of the Lord, the wall of hostility has been removed, and we, who have become messengers of peace, will be personally transformed into a holy nation, a temple being built together and maturing.
