궤양성 대장염 치료 방법

How I cured many cases of Ulcerative Colitis (1).

궤양성 대장염은 자가 면역 질환입니다. 자가면역질환은 그 이름 자체가 의미하듯이 면역관련 질환 입니다. 우리 몸을 지켜 줘야할 면역 시스템이 알수 없는 어떤 원인으로 우리 몸을 공격하는 것입니다. 우리 몸의 면역 시스템의 반란이지요.  발달된 과학문명에도 발병 원인은 모릅니다. 당연히 병의 원인을 모르니 치료 방법이 없습니다. 

Ulcerative colitis is an autoimmune disease. Autoimmune diseases, as their name implies, are immune-related diseases. The immune system, which must protect our body, attacks our body for some unknown reason. It's a revolt of our body's immune system. Even in advanced scientific civilization, the cause of the outbreak is unknown. Of course, there is no cure for the cause of the disease.

그래서, 현재의 모든 치료는 그 증상을 줄여 주는것에 치료의 촛점이 맞추어져 있습니다. 병을 치료하는 치료법을 찾을수 없으니 환자가 살아있는 동안 보다 나은 삶의 질에 치료를 치중하는 것 이지요.그래서 현재의 치료방법은 증상을 관리하기 위해서, 염증이 심할때는 항 염증제 혹은 스테로이제, 그래도 안되면  면역력을 억제하는 면역 억제제를 사용합니다. 마지막에는 할수 없이 환부를 수술로  절제합니다. 

Therefore, currently all treatments are focused on reducing the symptoms. Since we couldn't find a cure to the disease, treatment is to manage symptoms by prescibe anti-inflammatory drugs or steroids when the inflammation is severe. If  that does not work,
 immunosuppressant that suppresses the immune system is administered. If any medications do not work, the inflamed area is finally surgically removed. 

자가면역 질환 같은 불치병을 치료해 가면서 제 목표는 효과적인 치료 방법을 찾는 것이었습니다. 그래서 환자 각각의 상태를 분석해보고 이 환자의상태는 왜 이 병이 걸렸을까? 이런 환자는 어떤 치료 방법으로 접근하면 보다 효과적으로 치료되는가? 그리고 치료가 됐을때의 객관적인 지표는 치료전과 치료후 에 어떻게 나타나는가? 등 표준화된 객관적인 증거자료를 찾기를 시도했고, 환자들을 치료하며 어떤 치료가 가장 효과적으로 작용하는가를 찾아낼려 했습니다.

In my treatment of incurable diseases like autoimmune diseases, my goal was to find effective treatments. So I analyzed each patient's condition. Why did the patient get this disease? What treatment methods were  more effectivel for the patienty? And how do objective indicators appear before and after treatment? 

We tried to find standardized objective evidence after treating patients, and trying to find out which treatment works most effectively.

 그리고 그동안 치료했던 환자들의 진료기록을 검토하여어떤  요인이 공통점이 있는가 를 추적하고  그 상관관계를 분석해보고,  그 결과를 토대로 저는 병의 원인에 대한 가설을 세웠습니다. 그리고 그 원인을 치료하는 치료방법과 치료제를 개발하고 그것을 환자들에게 적용해보았습니다. 

And I reviewed the medical records of the patients who had been treated so far, tracked what factors had in common, analyzed the correlation, and based on the results, I established a hypothesis about the cause of the disease. Then, I developed several medicines and a treatment protocol and applied it to patients.

그 치료 방법으로 여러가지 원인 불명의 면역관련 질환과 증세에도 적용해 보았습니다. 거의 모든 환자에게서 완치나 매우 호전되는 대단히 긍정적인결과가 나타났습니다. 최근에는 원격진료 즉 제가 직접 치료 할 수 없는 복수의 환자들에게 그들의 병원기록을 받아 전화나 메일 상담을 진행하면서치료를하였습니다.  비록 직접 치료보다는 치료율이 떨어지고 치료기간이 길어지는 단점이 있었지만. 환자 모두에게 완치에서 매우 호전이라는 긍정적인 결과가 나왔습니다. 

The treatment protocol was applied to various immune-related diseases and symptoms of unknown cause. Almost all patients have had very positive results with cure or very effective improvement. In recent years, remote medical treatment, that is, receiving medical records from multiple patients who I cannot directly treat was treated by phone or mail consultation. Although there was a disadvantage that the treatment period was longer than the direct treatment,  all of the patients had positive results with very improved cure.

이상의 결과를 평가해보고 나는 치료방법을 찾았다고 확신해습니다. 이 치료법은 전혀 증상을 치료하는 약을 사용하지 않습니다. 모두 약화된 면역 시스템을 회복하는데 촛점을 두고 있습니다. 그래서 면역력을 회복하는데 일정 기간이 필요하고, 회복된 면역력이 증상을 치료하는데까지는 일정 기간이 필요합니다. 그래서 새로운 치료법에 대한 신뢰가 형성되지않은 신규환자나 기존 서양의학의 치료법에 익숙한 환자들에게는 치료 초기의 기대되는효능에 의문이 많이 생길수 있습니다.  어려운 기간이지만 그 기간을 지나면 자신의 몸이 달라짐을 느낄수 있습니다. 

After eval‎uating the above results, I have convinced that I found a treatment. This treatment does not use medications to treat symptoms at all. They all focus on restoring a weakened immune system. So, a certain period of time is required to restore the immunity, and a certain period of time is required for the recovered immunity to cure symptoms. Therefore, new patients who have not established confidence in the new treatment or those who are familiar with the existing Western medical treatment may have many questions about the expected efficacy at the beginning of treatment. It is a difficult period, but after that period, you can feel your body is on the way of healing.

이 치료법은 치료초기에는 기존의 서양의학의 치료법인 염증치료제를 임시적으로 같이 병용할수 있습니다. 기존 염증을 줄여줄수 있는 임시적인 치료가 필요하기 때문입니다. 그러나  휴미라, 레미케이드 프레드네존 같은 면역억제제는 복용할 수 없습니다. 서로의 치료 방법이 완전히 반대이기 때문입니다. 이와같은 면역 억제제의 작용원리는  비정상적인 이상반응을 나타 내는 면역력을 억제하는 약입니다. 단점은 그렇지 않아도 약해진 비정상적인 면역시스템을 더 약하게 만드는 것입니다. 그래서 그 대표적인 부작용이 암에 걸리는 것입니다. 

At the beginning of treatment, this treatment can be temporarily combined with inflammatory drugs, which are traditional Western medicine treatments. This is because temporary treatment is needed to reduce existing inflammation. However, you cannot take immunosuppressants such as Humira , Remicade and  Prednezone. This is because their treatment methods are completely opposite. The principle of action of such an immunosuppressant is a drug that suppresses the immunity that causes abnormal adverse reactions. The downside is that it makes the weakened abnormal immune system even weaker. So the typical side effect is getting cancer.

우리 치료제는 그 반대로 작용합니다. 약해진 면역력을 정상으로 회복시켜주고 면역력에서 중요한 T세포와 B세포그리고 자연살해세포를 활성화하는데 중점을 둡니다. 기억하십시요. 이 치료제는 제가 효과적인 암치료를 연구하는 과정에서 나왔다는 것을... 

Our remedy does the opposite. It focuses on restoring weakened immunity to normal and activating T cells, B cells and natural killer cells, which are important in immunity. Remember, I developed this theory from the process of researching effective cancer treatment...
