[사랑하는 나의 가족]

[바이블 애플] KJV 흠정역 에스라3장

1. 일곱째 달이 이르렀을 때에 이스라엘 자손이 여러 도시에 거하다가 백성이 한 사람같이 예루살렘에 함께 모이니

And when the seventh month was come, and the children of Israel [were] in the cities, the people gathered themselves together as one man to Jerusalem.

2. 그때에 요사닥의 아들 예수아와 그의 형제 제사장들과 스알디엘의 아들 스룹바벨과 그의 형제들이 일어나서 [하나님]의 사람 모세의 율법에 기록된 대로 번제 헌물을 제단 위에 드리려고 이스라엘의 [하나님]의 제단을 만들었더라.

Then stood up Jeshua the son of Jozadak, and his brethren the priests, and Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, and his brethren, and builded the altar of the God of Israel, to offer burnt offerings thereon, as [it is] written in the law of Moses the man of God. 

3. 그 지역들의 사람들로 인하여 그들에게 두려움이 임하였으므로 그들이 제단을 그것의 기초에 세우고 그 위에 {주}께 번제 헌물을 드리되 아침저녁으로 번제 헌물을 드리며

And they set the altar upon his bases; for fear [was] upon them because of the people of those countries: and they offered burnt offerings thereon unto the LORD, [even] burnt offerings morning and evening.

4. 또 기록된 대로 장막절도 지켜 날마다 요구되는 의무로서 관습에 따라 수효대로 매일 드리는 번제 헌물을 드리고

They kept also the feast of tabernacles, as [it is] written, and [offered] the daily burnt offerings by number, according to the custom, as the duty of every day required; 

5. 그 뒤에는 항상 드리는 번제 헌물 곧 월삭과 거룩히 구분되고 정해진 {주}의 모든 명절들에 드리는 번제 헌물과 또 자원하여 {주}께 자원 헌물을 드리는 모든 사람의 번제 헌물을 드렸더라.

And afterward [offered] the continual burnt offering, both of the new moons, and of all the set feasts of the LORD that were consecrated, and of every one that willingly offered a freewill offering unto the LORD.

6. 그들이 일곱째 달 초하루부터 {주}께 번제 헌물을 드리기 시작하였으나 {주}의 성전의 기초는 여전히 놓지 못하였더라.

From the first day of the seventh month began they to offer burnt offerings unto the LORD. But the foundation of the temple of the LORD was not [yet] laid. 

7. 그들이 석공과 목수들에게 돈을 주고 또 시돈과 두로에서 온 자들에게 먹을 것과 마실 것과 기름을 주어 자기들이 페르시아 왕 고레스로부터 허가받은 대로 백향목을 레바논에서 욥바의 바다까지 가져오게 하였더라.

They gave money also unto the masons, and to the carpenters; and meat, and drink, and oil, unto them of Zidon, and to them of Tyre, to bring cedar trees from Lebanon to the sea of Joppa, according to the grant that they had of Cyrus king of Persia. 

8. 이제 그들이 예루살렘에 있는 [하나님]의 집에 다다른 지 두 해째 되는 해 둘째 달에 스알디엘의 아들 스룹바벨과 요사닥의 아들 예수아와 그들의 형제 제사장들과 레위 사람들 중 남은 자들과 포로로 사로잡혔다가 예루살렘에 돌아온 모든 사람이 일을 시작하고 {주}의 집 일을 진척시키기 위해 스무 살이 넘은 레위 사람들을 임명하니라.

Now in the second year of their coming unto the house of God at Jerusalem, in the second month, began Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, and Jeshua the son of Jozadak, and the remnant of their brethren the priests and the Levites, and all they that were come out of the captivity unto Jerusalem; and appointed the Levites, from twenty years old and upward, to set forward the work of the house of the LORD.

9. 그때에 예수아와 그의 아들들과 그의 형제들과 갓미엘과 그의 아들들과 유다의 아들들이 함께 서서 [하나님]의 집에서 일하는 자들을 독려하니 곧 헤나닷의 아들들과 그들의 아들들과 그들의 형제 레위 사람들이라.

Then stood Jeshua [with] his sons and his brethren, Kadmiel and his sons, the sons of Judah, together, to set forward the workmen in the house of God: the sons of Henadad, [with] their sons and their brethren the Levites. 

10. 건축자들이 {주}의 성전의 기초를 놓을 때에 제사장들은 자기들의 옷을 입고 나팔을 들고 아삽의 아들들 레위 사람들은 심벌즈를 들고 이스라엘 왕 다윗의 규례대로 {주}를 찬양하되

And when the builders laid the foundation of the temple of the LORD, they set the priests in their apparel with trumpets, and the Levites the sons of Asaph with cymbals, to praise the LORD, after the ordinance of David king of Israel.

11. 그들이 계열대로 {주}께 찬양과 감사를 드리며 함께 노래하였으니 이는 그분께서 선하시며 이스라엘을 향한 그분의 긍휼이 영원하기 때문이더라. {주}의 집의 기초가 놓였으므로 온 백성이 {주}를 찬송하며 매우 큰 소리로 소리를 내었더라.

And they sang together by course in praising and giving thanks unto the LORD; because [he is] good, for his mercy [endureth] for ever toward Israel. And all the people shouted with a great shout, when they praised the LORD, because the foundation of the house of the LORD was laid.

12. 그러나 제사장들과 레위 사람들과 아버지들의 우두머리들 가운데 많은 사람들 곧 첫 번째 집을 보았던 노인들은 자기들의 눈앞에 이 집의 기초가 놓인 것을 보고 크게 통곡하였으며 많은 사람은 기뻐서 크게 소리를 내었으니

But many of the priests and Levites and chief of the fathers, [who were] ancient men, that had seen the first house, when the foundation of this house was laid before their eyes, wept with a loud voice; and many shouted aloud for joy:

13. 이에 기뻐서 내는 소리와 백성의 통곡하는 소리를 백성이 구분하지 못하였더라. 백성이 크게 외치고 그 소리가 멀리까지 들렸더라.

So that the people could not discern the noise of the shout of joy from the noise of the weeping of the people: for the people shouted with a loud shout, and the noise was heard afar off.
