1/2 shot creme de menthe (green)
1/2 shot creme de banana
1/2 shot sloe gin

* Layer.
* Cordial.

TRAFFIC LIGHT

1/2 ounce grenadine syrup
1/2 ounce creme de banane
1/2 ounce green creme de menthe (or melon liqueur, such as Midori)

Technique : Pour the first ingredient direcly into bottom of the glass. Slowly pour the next ingredient over the back of a spoon, just touching the top of the previous ingredient. Continue until all the ingredients are used. To ensure clean layers, make sure you pour the ingedients in the order listed. Each recipe makes 1 drink.

* 1. Pour green creme de menthe into a liqueur glass or a brandy snifter
2. Float creme de banana
3. Float sloe gin
