Poet Park Jin-gwan's 53 wise sayings, 32nd edition. 9. The day the Buddhist Human Rights Committee was founded
The day the Buddhist Human Rights Committee was founded
The land of a divided country that practices the human rights ideas of Buddha on earth
A flower blooming on a spring day in a frozen land
With the merit of resisting the military dictatorship
In the name of democracy that has been in the West for a long time
Declared in a land of division with the spirit of Buddha
The United States, which dyed Gwangju in blood in May 1980
and brutally destroyed Buddhism that bloomed on this land with the military’s boots
Declared to the mercenaries
The greatest spirit of liberation of life
The enlightenment of the era
The right law of the era
Wearing the clothes of the Buddha and proclaiming the ideas of the Buddha
What was given to me was the human rights ideas that were transmitted from the West
The first declaration on this land with the spirit of Buddhism
This can be said to be a truly precious law of human rights
As a Buddhist monk, human rights were created in a previous life No,
I can say that it is a relationship that I have reflected on in this life.
Since Buddhism was introduced to Garak Kingdom from India,
I have protected the country with the Buddhist spirit of Gaya,
and have practiced the spirit of the Sangha to make peace for the people living in the country,
and to make the entire country bloom with the teachings of the Buddha.
That is the enlightenment of the Buddha.
The spirit of Buddhist rights founded 34 years ago,
and how many people have been informed of human rights,
and how the human rights of women during the Japanese colonial period, which had been silent for so long,
were completely taken away,
and how the basic human spirit was killed in the name of military comfort women,
that great Buddhist Human Rights Committee's Women's Human Rights Committee made the world aware of women's human rights.
I cannot forget that day.
Not only that, but who can say that I participated in the most cruel work of sending non-converted long-term prisoners who had their human rights taken away in a divided country to their hometowns,
in the name of Buddhist human rights?
So who can say that I participated in the most Taken to a cruel institution,
Resistance lived in prison under the name of the National Security Act
Has there ever been a case in any country that came forward in the name of Buddhist human rights?
The only one in the world who is participating for the sake of all living beings
Practicing human-centered human liberation with the spirit of Tathagata
Today is the day that I am practicing that righteous heart
To commemorate today is
It is like discovering the true self of humans
Thinking of that day, it tells me that it is a practice
The joy of human liberation!
Ah, even now, the reflection of the media that was there
As is the case with everything in the world,
After declaring it
How will it be passed down and inherited?
My dear friends of practice, my fellow Dharma followers
