Part Time Cafe All-Rounder, Kitsilano

Small cafe in Kits, open 7 days. This isn't a coffee-only job, but there's no heavy cooking or prep either. Machines do the cooking, and the food side is set up like a poke bar. Shifts are often solo, so you'll do a bit of everything: drinks and boxes from our recipe cards, serving guests, cleaning, restocking and closing.

What we're looking for:
• Real hands-on experience in a kitchen or cafe
• Comfortable running a shift on your own
• Available mornings, closes and weekends, including Sundays
• In Vancouver over the holidays and planning to stay through 2027
• Looking to grow with us long term, not just a short-term job
• Genuinely interested in building a brand, not just a cafe
• Into marketing, promo ideas and menu development
• Good energy and easy to work with on a small team

What you get:
• $18.25/hr to start, plus transparent tips
• About 10 to 15 hrs/week to begin with
• Room to move up to shift supervisor
