152. The secret to building a powerful nation. The triumph of Zion, who cries out. A perfect work accomplished from the smallest things.

152. 강국을 이루는 비결. 부르짖는 시온의 승리. 지극히 작은데서 이루는 완전 역사.

I. The Secret to Building a Strong Nation (Micah 4:1-8)

Ⅰ. 강국을 이루는 비결(미4:1-8)

History proves that all so-called great powers throughout human history, relying on their own power, invaded other countries, and ultimately perished. Now, through this passage, we can understand the secret to building a strong nation that will never perish. While humans acknowledge the power of those who oppress and expel others, verse 7 states that an enduring power is built by those who are driven out. The secret to this success is explained as follows:
  인류 역사의 소위 강대국이라는 나라는 다 자기의 세력을 믿고 남의 국토를 침략하다가 결국은 망했다는 것은 역사가 증명하는 사실입니다. 이제 영원히 망하지 않는 강한 나라가 이루어지는 비결은 무엇이냐는 것을 본문을 통하여 알 수 있습니다. 인간들은 남을 압박하고 쫓아내는 세력이 강하다고 인정하지만 영원한 강국이 이루어지는 것은 쫓겨난 자로 이루어진다고 7절에 말했습니다. 이렇게 되는 비결은 무엇이냐는 것을 다음과 같이 말합니다.

@ But in the last days it shall come to pass, that the mountain of the house of the LORD shall be established in the top of the mountains, and it shall be exalted above the hills; and people shall flow unto it.(Mic.4:1)

@ 말일에 이르러는 여호와의 전의 산이 산들의 꼭대기에 굳게 서며 작은 산들 위에 뛰어나고 민족들이 그리로 몰려갈 것이라.

Throughout human history, Jerusalem has been the nation most oppressed by foreign powers. However, the great powers that invaded Jerusalem all fell, and the gospel movement that began in the Jerusalem temple achieved a great victory. Today, God's temple stands firm on small mountains throughout the world. This demonstrates, through the fruits of its labor, that human power is not powerful, but the power of faith in God's Word.

For example, a magnificent ship may sink in the mighty waves, but a small fish beneath can use the powerful waves to its advantage.
  세계 인류 역사상 남의 나라에게 압박을 제일 많이 받은 나라는 예루살렘이라고 보게 됩니다. 그러나 예루살렘을 침략하던 강대국들은 다 망하였고 예루살렘 성전에서부터 시작된 복음 운동은 대승리를 보아 금일에 하나님의 성전이 세계 열방에 작은 산에 굳게 선 것을 보면 인간의 권력이라는 것이 강한 것이 아니고 하나님의 말씀을 믿는 신앙의 힘이 더 강하다는 것을 열매를 보아서 알 수 있습니다. 예를 든다면 만경창파에 웅장한 기선은 물에 침몰 당할 수 있어도 그 밑의 작은 고기 한 마리는 그 굳센 물결을 이용하여 자기의 활동 무대를 삼을 수 있습니다.

Thus, historically powerful nations, unable to overcome the tidal waves of tribulation, ended up becoming a nation beyond even a model. However, believers with a living faith used these tribulations as a stage for their work, and ultimately, even nations that once opposed Christianity bowed before their faith. It is an undeniable fact.

If faith, aiming for heaven after death, triumphed on earth, then it is certain that a faith movement that believes in the truth that will usher in a new era will inevitably triumph and usher in a new era.

이와 같이 역사적인 강국은 파도같이 일어나는 환난을 이기지 못하고 그 나라에 모형조차 찾아볼 수 없는 존재를 이루고 말았지만 생명이 있는 신앙을 가진 성도는 그 환난을 무대로 삼고 역사하므로 결국은 기독교를 반대하던 나라까지도 그 신앙 앞에 머리를 숙이게 된 것은 부인할 수 없는 사실입니다. 그러면 죽어 천당을 목적한 신앙도 지상에서 승리하였거든 이제 새로운 시대를 이루는 진리를 믿는 신앙 운동이 필연코 승리하고 새 시대를 이룰 것은 확실한 일이 아닐 수 없습니다.

2. Teaching Jacob's Way (2)
2. 야곱의 도를 가르치는 일 (2)

@ And many nations shall come, and say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, and to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for the law shall go forth of Zion, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.(Mic.4:2)

@ 곧 많은 이방이 가며 이르기를 오라 우리가 여호와의 산에 올라가서 야곱의 하나님의 전에 이르자 그가 그 도로 우리에게 가르치실 것이라 우리가 그 길로 행하리라 하리니 이는 율법이 시온에서부터 나올 것이요 여호와의 말씀이 예루살렘에서부터 나올 것임이라.(미4:2)

There are many educational institutions in the world, but none have created a powerful nation that unified the world. While such institutions may have influenced the people of their time, they were not complete, and so they served as partial knowledge, driving human progress. However, teaching the Way of Jacob is the lesson that will ultimately lead to a powerful nation that unifies the world. God's claim to be the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob means that He is the God who blesses and works only for those who believe in the promises He made to them.
  세상에 많은 교육이 있지만 그 교육이 세계 통일의 강한 나라를 이룬 교육은 없었던 것입니다. 한 때는 그 교육이 그 시대 사람에게 감화를 주는 일도 있었지만 이것은 완전한 교육이 아니므로 부분적인 지식으로써 인류의 발전을 움직여 온 것입니다.

그러나 야곱의 도를 가르치는 일은 완전히 세계 통일의 강국을 이루는 교훈이 되는 것입니다. 하나님께서 아브라함과 이삭과 야곱의 하나님이라고 한 것은 그들에게 약속을 세운 그 말씀을 믿는 자에게만 복을 주고 역사하는 하나님이란 뜻입니다.

The Way of Jacob is not a teaching taught by man to man, but a teaching taught by God to man. God's word is the Law and the Prophets. The Law teaches what sin is and that those who commit it will be put to death without mercy. The Prophets teach that God will lead His chosen people into a new era without allowing anyone to harm them. They also teach that those who believe in His Word despite being unjustly oppressed and driven out will inevitably be victorious. It teaches that those who believe in God's Word and overcome suffering to receive blessings will experience superhuman strength and inevitably be victorious. This teaching is how God will accomplish His complete victory and that He will bestow upon Jacob the blessing of a new land. This is the Way of Jacob.

야곱의 도라는 것은 사람이 사람을 가르치는 교훈이 아니고 하나님이 사람을 가르치는 교훈입니다. 하나님 말씀은 율법과 선지서인데 율법은 죄가 무엇인지를 가르친 동시에 그 죄를 범하면 용서 없이 죽이라는 교훈이요, 선지서는 택한 백성을 새 시대로 인도하되 누구든지 그들에게 피해를 못 주도록 한다는 것과 또는 억울하게 압박을 받고 쫓겨나면서도 말씀을 믿는 자는 필연코 승리하도록 해주시겠다는 말씀이니 하나님의 말씀을 믿고 복을 받기 위하여 괴로움을 극복하고 나가는 자는 초인간적인 강한 역사가 일어나되 필연코 승리한다는 것을 가르친 것이니 이 교훈은 하나님의 완전 승리의 역사를 어떻게 하겠다는 말씀이며 새 땅 축복을 야곱에게 주겠다는 교훈이 야곱의 도라는 것입니다.

Therefore, this Jacob signifies the saints of the last days. The word of Jehovah, which is Jacob's way, tells us what the saints should do and what God will do for them.

Until this day, the way of the cross has taught that anyone who believes in His blood can become a saint. The truth of the plumb line of judgment is the truth that Jacob, who became a saint, taught that he would receive blessings on earth. This gospel, as in Revelation 10:7, means that God's secret will be fulfilled just as He declared it to His servants the prophets.

그러므로 이 야곱이라는 것은 말세의 성도를 뜻한 것이니 성도가 어떻게 하여야 된다는 것과 하나님은 성도에 대하여 어떻게 해 주시겠다는 것이 야곱의 도가 되는 여호와의 말씀입니다. 이날까지 십자가의 도는 누구든지 그 보혈을 믿으므로 성도의 자격을 이루게 된다는 것이요, 심판의 다림줄의 진리는 성도가 된 야곱이 지상에 축복을 받는 진리를 가르친 것이니 이 복음이 계10:7과 같이 하나님의 비밀이 그 종 선지자들에게 전하신 복음과 같이 이루어진다는 말씀입니다.

@ But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he has declared to his servants the prophets. (Rev.10:7)

@ 일곱째 천사가 소리 내는 날 그 나팔을 불게 될 때에 하나님의 비밀이 그 종 선지자들에게 전하신 복음과 같이 이루리라.(계10:7)

3. Judging the strong foreigners and bringing a kingdom of peace (3)
3. 강한 이방을 판결하고 평화의 나라가 옴 (3)

@ And he shall judge among many people, and rebuke strong nations afar off; and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks: nation shall not lift up a sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.(Mic.4:3)

@ 그가 많은 민족 중에 심판하시며 먼 곳 강한 이방을 판결하시리니 무리가 그 칼을 쳐서 보습을 만들고 창을 쳐서 낫을 만들 것이며 이 나라와 저 나라가 다시는 칼을 들고 서로 치지 아니하며 다시는 전쟁을 연습하지 아니하고(미4:3)

No matter how powerful a power may come from the north, all the prophets received a revelation that God would destroy the powerful foreign powers and establish a peaceful nation of saints. In this day and age, as Christianity expands globally, no matter how powerful the northern powers are, victory is inevitable. God's protection will be with the weak Jacob. Therefore, in forming a mighty nation, the powerful foreign powers will be subdued, and a strong nation will be established that will rule eternally on Mount Zion.
  아무리 강대국의 세력이 북방으로부터 온다 하여도 하나님께서 강한 이방인 북방 세력을 없이하고 평화로운 성도의 나라가 온다는 것이 모든 선지가 하나같이 묵시로 받은 말씀입니다. 금일에 기독교가 세계에 확장을 본 이때에 북방 세력이 아무리 강하다 하여도 필연코 승리는 미약한 야곱에게 하나님의 보호가 같이 하므로 강대한 나라를 이루는 데는 이방의 강한 세력은 그 앞에 굴복을 당하고 영원한 시온산 통치에 강한 나라가 이루어진다는 것입니다.

4. No one can make weak Jacob afraid (4-5)
4. 미약한 야곱을 두렵게 할 자가 없음 (4-5)

@ But they shall sit every man under his vine and under his fig tree; and none shall make them afraid: for the mouth of the LORD of hosts has spoken it.

For all people will walk every one in the name of his god, and we will walk in the name of the LORD our God for ever and ever. (Mic.4:4~5)

@ 각 사람이 자기 포도나무 아래와 자기 무화과나무 아래 앉을 것이라 그들을 두렵게 할 자가 없으리니 이는 만군의 여호와의 입이 이같이 말씀하셨음이니라. 만민이 각각 자기의 신의 이름을 빙자하여 행하되 오직 우리는 우리 하나님 여호와의 이름을 빙자하여 영원히 행하리로다.(미4:4~5)

No matter how much they may seem to humans, like the lame, suffering hardship and being driven out, they are protected by God, and since they are a people ruled by God Himself, no one can harm them. No matter how strong humans may seem, there are always those who can make them fearful, but the people who are with God have no one to fear. Therefore, although they may seem weak, they are actually strong, and although they seem to be suffering hardship, they are actually becoming one in the process of obtaining the kingdom of peace. The hardship at the end of humanity is not a hardship that harms God's people, but a hardship that destroys the evil world by raising up the wicked, and the hardship and disaster at the end of humanity are the hardships that judge and eliminate the strong.
  아무리 인간이 볼 때는 저는 자 같고 환난을 받고 쫓겨나는 것 같이 보이나 하나님의 보호가 같이 하므로 하나님이 친히 다스리는 백성이므로 누구든지 그들을 해칠 자는 전혀 없습니다. 인간이라는 것은 아무리 강한 자 같으나 반드시 두렵게 할 자가 있지만 하나님이 같이 하는 백성은 두렵게 할 자가 전혀 없으므로 약한 것 같으나 실지는 강한 자요 환난을 당하는 것 같으나 실지는 평강의 나라를 얻게 되는 한 과정에 하나가 되고 마는 것입니다. 인간 종말의 환난이라는 것은 하나님의 백성을 해치는 환난이 아니고 악자를 들어서 악한 세상을 망하게 하는 환난이요, 강한 세력을 심판하여 없이하는 것을 인간 종말에 환난과 재앙이라는 것입니다.

Conclusion: Up until this day, God established the church to find His chosen people, but from now on, He will establish a powerful nation with those who pass a single test after finding them. This is both God's word and a strategic method. For example, a school recruits students, teaches them a subject, and then administers a single test, ending with a final grade. Similarly, establishing the church throughout the world teaches the way of Jacob, tests them according to His word, and then, after a complete conclusion, a peaceful kingdom will come. This is the secret to building a powerful nation.

결 론. 하나님께서 이날까지는 택한 백성을 찾기 위하여 교회를 세웠지만 앞으로는 찾은 백성을 한 번 시험을 통과시켜 남은 자로 강국을 이룬다는 것이 하나님의 말씀인 동시에 모략적인 방법이라는 것입니다. 예를 든다면 학교에서 학생을 모집하여 학과를 가르치고 한번 시험을 보고 성적에 따라서 끝을 맺는 거와 같이 천하에 교회를 세운 것은 야곱의 도를 가르치고 그 말씀에 의하여 시험을 통과시킨 후에 완전히 끝을 맺는 평화 왕국이 온다는 것이 강국을 이루는 비결이 되는 것입니다.

II. The victory of Zion who cries out (Micah 4:9-13).

Ⅱ. 부르짖는 시온의 승리(미4:9-13).

When God lifts up those He loves and achieves complete victory, He places them in situations of unavoidable hardship, forcing them to cry out. Those who do not betray Him in the midst of adversity are recognized as true and are enabled to achieve complete victory, praising God and enjoying even greater glory. The biblical text testifies to the victory of Zion, who cries out.
  하나님께서는 사랑하는 자를 들어서 완전 승리를 이룰 때에 부르짖지 않고는 어찌할 수가 없는 난관을 당하게 하여 난관 속에서 하나님을 배반치 않는 자라면 진실한 자로 인정하고 그로 하여금 완전 승리를 이루게 하므로 오히려 하나님을 찬송하고 더 큰 영광을 누리게 합니다. 부르짖는 시온이 승리하는 일에 대하여 성경 본문으로 증거 합니다. 

1. Let us cry out and bear fruit (9-10)
1. 부르짖으므로 열매가 있게 하심 (9-10)

@ Now why do your cry out aloud? is there no king in you? is yours counsellor perished? for pangs have taken you as a woman in travail. Be in pain, and labour to bring forth, O daughter of Zion, like a woman in travail: for now shall your go forth out of the city, and you shall dwell in the field, and you shall go even to Babylon; there shall you be delivered; there the LORD shall redeem you from the hand of your enemies.(Mic.4:9~10)

@ 이제 네가 어찌하여 부르짖느냐 너희 중에 왕이 없어졌고 네 모사가 죽었으므로 네가 해산하는 여인처럼 고통함이냐 딸 시온이여 해산하는 여인처럼 애써 구로하여 낳을찌어다 이제 네가 성읍에서 나가서 들에 거하며 또 바벨론까지 이르러 거기서 구원을 얻으리니 여호와께서 거기서 너를 너의 원수들의 손에서 속량하여 내시리라.(미4:9~10)

God's work is not done when the chosen ones do nothing. Rather, it is when the chosen ones cry out after laboring exhausted, that He accomplishes what the cry cannot do. Therefore, God awaits us to unite in prayer over difficult problems beyond human power. Even in the parable of the prodigal son, the Lord said that no matter how many mistakes the son made, his father considered it a fulfillment when he came to him and asked to be hired as one of his hired servants. This parable holds the deepest secrets of the spiritual realm. God regards the proud as His enemy, but He allows even the weakest and most foolish to bear much fruit through those who cry out to Him.
  하나님의 역사라는 것은 택한 자가 아무런 일을 하지 않는데 하나님이 역사하는 것이 아니고 택한 자가 해산의 수고를 다하여 부르짖을 때에 역사하시는데 있어서는 부르짖는 자가 할 수 없는 일을 해 주시는 것입니다. 그러므로 인간의 힘으로 할 수 없는 난제를 놓고 합심하여 부르짖는 것을 하나님은 기다리고 있는 것입니다. 주님께서 탕자를 두고 비유할 때도 아들이 아무리 실수가 있다 하여도 아버지를 찾아와서 나를 품꾼의 하나로 써 달라는 요청을 할 때에 그것을 만족으로 여겼다는 것으로 말씀하신 이것은 영계에 가장 깊은 비밀이 있는 비유입니다. 하나님께서 교만한 사람은 원수로 알지만 아무리 미약하고 어리석은 자라도 당신 앞에 부르짖는 자를 통하여 많은 열매를 맺게 하는 것입니다.

Verse 10 states that they will reach Babylon and be saved there. This has the following significance. When Israel became corrupt and compromised with the world, God mercilessly brought Babylon against Jerusalem and restored the corrupted city when the Babylonian captives cried out and prayed. Just as God restored Jerusalem through His powerful work, so too will the arrogant perish in the Christian eschatology. God will usher in a new era by lifting up those who, though seemingly weak and foolish, cry out to Him with humble hearts. Humanity's limit is to cry out with all their might, like a woman in labor, when faced with adversity. Beyond this, God will work.

10절에 바벨론까지 이르러 거기서 구원을 얻으리라고 한 것은 다음과 같은 의의가 있습니다. 이스라엘이 부패하여 세상과 타협을 할 때에 용서 없이 바벨론을 들어서 예루살렘을 치고 바벨론의 포로가 된 자들이 부르짖고 기도할 때에 강권 역사로 부패한 예루살렘을 복구하신 것 같이 기독교 종말에도 교만한 자들은 다 망하고 인간이 볼 때 가장 미약하고 어리석은 자 같으나 겸손한 마음으로 하나님께 부르짖는 자들을 들어서 새로운 시대를 이룰 것을 말씀하신 것입니다. 인간의 한계는 어려운 일을 당할 때에 해산하는 여인같이 힘을 다해 부르짖는 데까지이고 그 밖의 모든 일은 하나님께서 역사해 주시는 것입니다.

2. God does not allow his enemies to understand (11-12)
2. 하나님께서 원수들이 깨닫지 못하게 하심 (11-12)

@ Now also many nations are gathered against your, that say, Let her be defiled, and let our eye look upon Zion. But they know not the thoughts of the LORD, neither understand they his counsel: for he shall gather them as the sheaves into the floor.(Mic.4:11~12)

@ 이제 많은 이방이 모여서 너를 쳐 이르기를 시온이 더럽게 되며 그것을 우리 눈으로 바라보기를 원하노라 하거니와 그들이 여호와의 뜻을 알지 못하며 그 모략을 깨닫지 못한 것이라 여호와께서 곡식 단을 타작마당에 모음 같이 그들을 모으셨나니(미4:11~12)

When God uses His enemies forcefully, He causes them to despise and ignore His children, but then He causes them to triumph as true children, and He causes their enemies to suddenly perish. When He used Moses, He hardened Pharaoh's heart so he couldn't understand. When Elijah triumphed, He blinded His enemies, causing them to ignore and oppose him until the very hour of their death.

Even now, the Communists foolishly view the true church and say Christianity is nothing more than opium.

Yet, unaware of tomorrow's destruction, they are blown away like chaff on the threshing floor.
  하나님은 언제나 원수들을 강하게 들어서 쓸 때에 그들이 당신의 자녀를 업신여기고 무시를 하게 하였다가 참된 자녀로 승리하게 하며 원수들을 홀연히 망하게 합니다. 모세를 쓸 때에도 바로의 마음을 강팍케 하여 깨닫지 못하게 했고, 엘리야가 승리할 때에도 원수들을 깨닫지 못하게 하여 그들이 죽는 시간까지도 엘리야를 무시하고 대적하게 했던 것입니다. 지금도 공산당들이 참된 교회를 어리석게 보고 오히려 기독교는 아편에 불과하다고 말하지만 내일의 멸망을 모르는 그들은 타작마당에 겨같이 날아가고 마는 것입니다.

3. Strengthen and strike the enemy (13)
3. 강하게 하여 대적을 치심 (13)

@ Arise and thresh, O daughter of Zion: for I will make your horn iron, and I will make your hoofs brass: and you shall beat in pieces many people: and I will consecrate their gain unto the LORD, and their substance unto the Lord of the whole earth.(Mic.4:13)

@ 딸 시온이여 일어나서 칠찌어다 내가 네 뿔을 철 같게 하며 네 굽을 놋 같게 하리니 네가 여러 백성을 쳐서 깨뜨릴 것이라 내가 그들의 탈취물을 구별하여 여호와께 드리며 그들의 재물을 온 땅의 대주재께 돌리리라.(미4:13)

When we cry out, it's when we're utterly despised by our enemies. When we rise up strongly and confront our enemies, that's when our cries for help are answered.

To be unable to cry out and compromise with the enemy is proof that we've already lost the ability to fight.

No matter how powerful the enemy, those who cry out are proof that their power to overcome them comes from God. We must understand that the greatest achievements belong to those who cry out to God, not to fear human power.
  우리가 부르짖을 때는 극도로 원수에게 멸시를 받을 때요, 우리가 강하게 일어나서 대적을 칠 때는 부르짖던 호소의 응답이 나릴 때입니다. 부르짖지도 못하고 원수에게 타협을 하고 만다는 것은 벌써 싸울만한 능력이 떠난 증거이며 아무리 원수 세력이 강해도 부르짖는 사람은 원수를 이길 능력이 하나님께로부터 오는 증거입니다. 가장 위대한 일은 인간의 세력을 무서워하지 않고 하나님께 부르짖는 자들에게 있다는 것을 알아야 합니다.

Today, arrogant humans view those who cry out as foolish and those who negotiate with their enemies as wise. However, God, on His side, is working with the iron rod of authority to strike down and destroy the enemy upon those who cry out. Some say the most foolish are those who believe the Bible literally and cry out. They say this because they do not understand the secrets of Scripture. Neither the Bible teaches that God will work through any human method. It teaches that God will work through methods that humans find unbelievable and foolish.

지금 교만한 인간들은 부르짖는 호소를 올리는 자를 어리석게 보고 원수들과 협상하는 자를 지혜로운 자라고 보지만 하나님 편에서는 부르짖는 자들에게 원수를 쳐서 없이할 철장 권세의 역사를 나리고 계시는 것입니다. 어떤 사람이 말하기를 가장 어리석은 사람은 성경 글자대로 믿고 부르짖는 자라고 합니다. 이들이 이렇게 말하는 것은 성경의 비밀을 모르기 때문입니다. 어느 성경이나 인간의 어떤 방법을 중심해서 역사할 것을 가르친 것이 아니고 인간이 볼 때에 믿을 수 없고 어리석게 보는 방법으로 하나님께서 역사하실 것을 말씀했습니다.

Conclusion

The most foolish person is the one who does not want to cry out to God, and the wisest person is the one who always cries out to God. The fact that God is giving us the hymn of appeal that we are crying out now is evidence that the time has come for the people of the Lord, who will be the remnant in the midst of tribulation, to cry out. We believe that those who cry out after all the pain of childbirth will win, and if we become people who cry out to God without relying on humans, we will bear the fruit of seeing great victory.
결 론
  가장 어리석은 자는 하나님 앞에 부르짖는 일을 하기 싫어하는 자요, 가장 지혜로운 자는 하나님께 항상 부르짖는 자입니다. 지금 부르짖는 호소 성가를 주시는 것은 환난 가운데 남은 자가 될 주의 백성들이 부르짖을 때가 온 증거입니다. 우리는 해산의 수고를 다하여 부르짖는 자가 승리한다는 것을 믿고 인간을 의지하지 않고 하나님께 부르짖는 자가 되면 대 승리를 보는 열매가 있게 되는 것입니다.

Ⅲ. The perfect work accomplished in the smallest things (Micah 5:2-4).

God, who created nature and aims for and works toward the greatest nation, begins in the smallest of places to establish a perfect kingdom. The fact that God begins His greatest work in the smallest of places has the following significance.
  대자연을 창조하시고 가장 큰 나라를 목적하고 역사하시는 하나님께서는 지극히 작은 데서 일을 시작하여 완전한 왕국을 이루는 것입니다. 하나님께서는 가장 큰 일을 시작할 때에 가장 작은 자리에서 시작을 하신 것은 다음과 같은 의의가 있습니다.

@ But your, Bethlehem Ephratah, though your be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of your shall he come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting. (Mic.5:2)

@ 베들레헴 에브라다야 너는 유다 족속 중에 작을찌라도 이스라엘을 다스릴 자가 네게서 내게로 나올 것이라 그의 근본은 상고에, 태초에니라.(미5:2)

God always carries out His prophetic work according to that work. When the kingdom of Israel, the most important purpose, was established, God chose Saul, the tallest and most handsome man, to be king. However, God regretted making him king and rejected him (1 Samuel 15:11).

This was because Saul disobeyed God's command. Therefore, when it came time to choose a king again, Samuel, commanded to choose a king from among the sons of Jesse of Bethlehem, chose the smallest shepherd boy. God, seeing his faithfulness in the smallest matters, anointed the shepherd boy as king, establishing a dynasty that would establish a world-class kingdom.

Therefore, the birth of Christ, the King of kings, in a manger in Bethlehem, became the starting point for the establishment of an eternal kingdom by succeeding to the throne of David (Isaiah 9:6-7).
  하나님께서는 언제나 예언적인 역사가 있고야 그 역사대로 실천을 하시는 것입니다. 가장 중대한 목적을 둔 이스라엘 왕국이 이루어질 적에 키가 가장 크고 준수한 사울을 택하여 왕을 삼으신 하나님께서는 사울을 왕으로 세운 것을 후회 하시면서 그를 버리신 것입니다(삼상15:11). 왜냐하면 사울이 하나님의 명령을 그대로 순종치 않았기 때문입니다. 그러므로 다시 왕을 택할 적에 베들레헴 사람 이새의 집의 아들 중에서 한 왕을 택하라는 명령을 받은 사무엘은 가장 작은 목동을 택하였습니다. 지극히 작은 일에 충성을 다하는 것을 보시는 하나님께서 목동의 머리 위에 기름을 부어 왕을 삼아서 세계적인 왕국 건설의 왕조가 되게 하셨습니다. 그러므로 만 왕의 왕 그리스도께서 베들레헴 말구유에 탄생한 것은 다윗의 왕위를 계승하여 영원한 왕국을 이루는 시발점이 된 것입니다(사9:6-7).

From a human perspective, it may seem like something so small, but it actually marks the beginning of an eternal kingdom. This has the following significance. First, it signifies the salvation of humanity, who has fallen to the lowest level. God's prophetic work and fulfillment always began small, so that humanity would know that He works in this way, regardless of who they are. The work of deception begins with great works that ultimately reveal nothingness and vanity. The work of the true God seems small at first, but ultimately achieves the greatest.

This working in this way means that we must believe that God is a God who works toward humanity with a humble heart, and that we must be humble before Him, who brings great things to fruition from the smallest of things.

인간이 볼 때는 너무나 작은 데서 시작된 일 같으나 이 일이 영원한 왕국을 이루는 시작이 된 것입니다. 여기에는 다음과 같은 의의가 있습니다. 첫째는 지극히 낮은 자리에 떨어진 인간을 구원해 낸다는 뜻이 있는 것입니다. 언제나 하나님께서 예언적인 일도 작은데서 시작하였고 이루어지는 일도 작은 데서 시작한 것은 어느 사람이든지 이와 같은 방법으로 역사하시는 하나님이라는 것을 인간이 알도록 하신 것입니다. 미혹의 역사라는 것은 처음에는 크게 역사하고 마지막은 아무 것도 없는 허망이 드러나게 되는 것이요. 참된 하나님의 역사는 처음에는 작은 것 같으나 결말에는 가장 큰 일을 이루는 것입니다. 이렇게 역사하는 것은 하나님은 겸손한 마음으로 인간을 대하여 역사하는 하나님이라는 것을 우리로 하여금 믿고 지극히 작은 데서부터 큰 것을 이루게 하시는 하나님 앞에 겸손해야만 된다는 것을 뜻했습니다.

@ It repent me that I have set up Saul to be king: for he is turned back from following me, and has not performed my commandments. And it grieved Samuel; and he cried unto the LORD all night.(1Sam.15:11)

@ 내가 사울을 세워 왕 삼은 것을 후회하노니 그가 돌이켜서 나를 좇지 아니하며 내 명령을 이루지 아니하였음이니라 하신지라 사무엘이 근심하여 온 밤을 여호와께 부르짖으니라.(삼상15:11)

@ For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this.(Is.9:6~7)

@ Therefore will he give them up, until the time that she which travailed had brought forth: then the remnant of his brethren shall return unto the children of Israel. (Mic.5:3)

@ 그러므로 임산한 여인이 해산하기까지 그들을 붙여 두시겠고 그 후에는 그 형제 남은 자가 이스라엘 자손에게로 돌아오리니(미5:3)

The fact that God must go through the pain of childbirth to build a personality that will build the kingdom is the law of justice that achieves perfection from small things. Today, all people consider living in peace at any given time to be the greatest thing and ask for peace on this earth.

However, the great God has the following reasons for making sure that people go through the pain of childbirth to build a personality that can do His great work.

First: It is to see loyalty.

Second: It is to see sincerity.

Third: It is to build a strong personality.
  하나님께서 왕국을 이루는 인격을 이루는 일에는 반드시 해산의 수고를 해야만 된다는 것이 작은 데서 완전을 이루는 공의의 법이 되는 것입니다. 오늘날 모든 인간들은 그때그때에 평안히 지내는 것을 가장 큰 일로 알고 이 땅의 평안을 요구하고 있습니다.

그러나 위대하신 하나님께서는 반드시 해산의 수고를 다하는 데서 하나님의 위대한 일을 할 수 있는 인격을 이루게 하는데 있어서는 다음과 같은 이유가 있습니다.
  첫째: 충성을 보기 위한 것입니다.
  둘째: 진실성을 보기 위한 것입니다.
  셋째: 강한 인격을 이루기 위한 것입니다.
Therefore, from the cross of Christ until today, every true servant has been forced to endure the toils of childbirth by the power of the enemy, causing them to oppose Him. When God used the mighty devil, He used a strong nation as the devil's tool, and when He used a strong warrior as the devil's tool, His servant was oppressed by that power and even suffered a wicked death. This is the work of the kingdom building up to this day. Therefore, the Lord said, "Whoever does not take up his cross daily and follow Me cannot be My disciple." To humans, the Lord's cross seemed foolish, a curse, and a great failure, but no one understood that this was the works of the greatest victory.
  그러므로 그리스도의 십자가로부터 오늘에 이르기까지 어느 종이나 진실한 종들은 다 해산의 수고를 다 하도록 끔 원수의 세력을 들어서 그를 대적하게 했던 것입니다. 하나님께서 강한 마귀를 들어 쓸 때에 강한 나라를 마귀의 도구로 썼고 강한 용사를 마귀의 도구로 들어 쓰면서 당신의 종은 그 세력 앞에서 압박을 받고 심지어 악한 사형을 받게 한 것이 이날까지에 있었던 왕국 건설의 역사입니다. 그러므로 주님께서 말씀하시기를 누구든지 날마다 자기의 십자가를 지고 나를 따르지 않는 자는 나의 제자가 될 수 없다고 하신 것입니다. 인간이 볼 때는 주님의 십자가가 어리석은 일이요, 저주를 받은 일이요 큰 실패를 당하는 일같이 보였지만 이것이 가장 큰 승리를 이루는 역사라는 것을 알 자는 전혀 없었습니다.

Even so-called powerful nations, when demonic forces harassed the saints, were elated with a sense of triumph, but ultimately, like a candle in the wind, they were extinguished. No matter how powerful the red dragon's power is now, exerting pressure on humanity worldwide, it will surely be overthrown by the saints toiling in their inner chambers. No matter how powerful Assyria was, it was destroyed by a single man, Hezekiah, who toiled in prayer. No matter how powerful Babylon was, King Nebuchadnezzar bowed before a youth toiling in prayer. Even now, it may seem small, but the power of a small group of saints, toiling in prayer, will unite the world. Therefore, until this day, Zion is toiling in labor, and each of us must live a life of prayer, not fearing the enemy, to labor in labor, only then will we accomplish the perfect work.

소위 강한 나라라고 불리던 나라도 마귀 세력이 성도를 괴롭힐 때에 자기네가 대 승리를 보는 것 같이 의기가 양양했지만 결국은 바람 앞에 등불같이 꺼지고 만 것입니다. 지금 아무리 붉은 용의 세력이 큰 권세를 가지고 세계 인류에게 압력을 주고 있지만 골방 속에서 해산의 수고를 다하는 성도에게 분명히 거꾸러지고 말 것입니다. 아무리 앗수르가 강하였지만 해산의 수고를 다하여 기도하는 히스기야 한 사람 앞에 멸망을 당하였고 아무리 바벨론이 강하였지만 해산의 수고를 다하여 기도하는 청소년 앞에 느부갓네살 왕이 절을 하게 되었습니다. 지금도 작은 일 같지만 해산의 수고를 다하여 부르짖는 작은 성도의 위력이 세계를 통일할 것입니다.

그러므로 이날까지는 시온이 해산의 수고를 다하는 기간이므로 우리는 각자 각자가 원수를 무서워 말고 해산의 수고를 다하는 기도 생활이 있어야만 완전한 역사를 하게 될 것입니다.

3. Relying on Jehovah's power and majesty (4)
3. 여호와의 능력과 위엄을 의지하는 일 (4)

@ And he shall stand and feed in the strength of the LORD, in the majesty of the name of the LORD his God; and they shall abide: for now shall he be great unto the ends of the earth.(Mic.5:4)

@ 그가 여호와의 능력과 그 하나님 여호와의 이름의 위엄을 의지하고 서서 그 떼에게 먹여서 그들로 안연히 거하게 할 것이라 이제 그가 창대하여 땅 끝까지 미치리라.(미5:4)

Today, arrogant people rely on government, material power, and military might, believing these to be their own power. However, the most perfect works will be accomplished through those who rely on Jehovah's power and majesty. Currently, those who rely on Jehovah's power and majesty are viewed as the most foolish and weak, but the ultimate victory will come through such individuals, conquering the world.
  오늘날 교만한 인간들은 정권이나 물권이나 병력을 의지하고 이것을 자기의 세력으로 알고 있습니다. 그러나 가장 완전한 역사는 여호와의 능력과 위엄을 의지하는 자를 통하여 이루게 될 것입니다. 지금은 여호와의 능력과 위엄을 의지하는 자를 가장 어리석고 약한 자로 보지만 최후의 승리는 이러한 자로 말미암아 세계를 정복하게 됩니다.

Conclusion:

We are servants of God who makes perfect things out of the smallest things.

Therefore, when we boldly fight without fearing the power of any strong nation, army, or government, the perfect work will suddenly come from God.

  우리는 지극히 작은 데서 완전한 것을 이루시는 하나님의 종입니다. 그러므로 어떤 강한 나라나 어떤 병력이나 정권의 세력을 무서워할 것 없이 담대히 싸워 나갈 때에 홀연히 완전 역사가 하나님께로부터 오는 것입니다.
