1. had better :「…하는 게 좋겠다」

    You had better take a rast.

    ※ had better의 부정ㅎ형 : had better not / 축약형 : 'd better

2. would rather :「차라리 …하겠다, …하는 편이 낫다」

    It's beginning to rain. I would rather go bome.

    I'd rather give up the project than do it poorly.

    ※ would rather의 부정형 : would rather not / 축약형 : 'd rather

3. would :「…하곤 했다」(과거의 습관)
