2 scoops vanilla ice cream

Soda water

* Blend first 3 ingredients, then add soda water. Stir after adding soda water.

1 oz. gin
<br>
2 tsp. creme de menthe
<br>
3 dashes Angostura bitters
<br>

* Combine all with cracked ice in a mixing glass. Strain into chilled cocktail glass and garnish with green cherry.
