Bible Matrix ⑦: Historical & Scientific Views on Daniel and Revelation
Part 2. Revelation
Revelation 3:1~6 - To the Church in Sardis, alive but you are dead, but a few people
Revelation 3:5 – (1) I will never blot out his name from the book of life
☞ <Revelation> 3:5 - He who overcomes will, like them, be dressed in white. I will never blot out his name from the book of life, but will acknowledge his name before my Father and his angels. (NIV); He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels. (KJV); All who are victorious will be clothed in white. I will never erase their names from the Book of Life, but I will announce before my Father and his angels that they are mine. (NLT)
○ In <Revelation> 3:5, ‘not blot out his name’ means ‘not erase his name.’ This meaning is the same as the meaning implied in ‘blotted out or erased out’ in <Psalms> 69:28.
☞ <Psalms> 69:28 - May they be blotted out of the book of life and not be listed with the righteous. (NIV); Let them be blotted out of the book of the living, and not be written with the righteous. (KJV); Erase their names from the Book of Life; don’t let them be counted among the righteous. (NLT)
○ The names of 'the martyred' or 'the holy’, ‘the righteous’, and ‘the good’ are recorded or written in ‘the Book of the Life (or the Living)’ that Jesus has. Names can be written before birth or immediately after birth or during after birth and before death. And looking at <Luke> 10:20, we don't know when it is written, but looking at ‘The Parable of the Weeds’ in <Matthew> 13:37~39, it seems to be recorded before birth, that is, before even in the mother's womb.
<Luke> 10:20 - However, do not rejoice that the spirits submit to you, but rejoice that your names are written in heaven.” (NIV); Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven. (KJV); But you should not be happy [rejoice] because the spirits obey [submit to] you but because your names are written [recorded] in heaven.” (EXB)
<Matthew> 13:37 - He answered, “The one who sowed the good seed is the Son of Man. (NIV); He answered and said unto them, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man; (KJV)
13:38 - The field is the world, and the good seed stands for the people of the kingdom. The weeds are the people of the evil one, (NIV); The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one; (KJV)
13:39 - and the enemy who sows them is the devil. The harvest is the end of the age, and the harvesters are angels. (NIV); The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels. (KJV)
○ In any case, in order for the soul to go to the Kingdom of Heaven or Paradise after death, the name must be written in ‘the Book of the Life (or the Living)’ that Jesus has. As I explained 'white clothes' of <Revelation> 3:4~5 in <Bible Matrix ⑦_215>, God the Father and Jesus Christ will bring the souls, who were slain for the word of God the Father and the testimony of Jesus Christ (Revelation 6:9) and who are in Paradise (or the Kingdom of Heaven) in the third heaven (2 Enoch 8, 2 Corinthians 12:2), to the ‘Throne in Heaven’ in the Asteroid Belt as the sky.
☞ These souls will participate in the first resurrection (Revelation 20:5~6) and meet Jesus in the air (1 Thessalonians 4:16~17, Revelation 14:1~5) near the Asteroid Belt before Jesus is coming in the air over the earth (c.AD 10,740~). And when Jesus comes in the air over the earth, riding on the separate throne as His glory (Matthew 25:31), the separate giant aircraft carrier spacecraft from the ‘Throne in Heaven’ as the mothership in the Asteroid Belt, the first resurrected will ride on it together with Jesus Christ. Riding with Jesus means being organized into the Army of Jesus Christ.
