장유샤가 만들어갈 중국, 정동희가 꿈꾸는 아시아

“호주 정부 관련 여러 어려움”에 봉착한 저의 상황이지만 ‘흔들리는 중국 지형 구도’에 대한 궁금증은 저의 최대 관심사입니다. 9월 3일 중국이 전승절 80주년을 맞아 베이징 텐안먼 광장에서 개최한 대규모 열병식은 이 궁금증에 대한 답을 제시하는 시금석으로 보입니다.

이번 열병식에서 장유샤 중앙군사위 부주석은 다른 정치국원과 달리 한 등급 높은 ‘은퇴한 상무위원’ 옆자리에 앉았고 시 주석의 측근인 허웨이둥 군사위 부주석은 모습이 보이지 않았고 후진타오 전 국가주석은 올해 들어 그 영향력이 부활하였으나 열병식에 참석하지 않았습니다.

한국이 주최하는 경주 APEC 정상회담에 중국 국가주석의 참석 가능성이 매우 높은 가운데, ‘중국 내 권력 이동설’은 겉으로 드러난 속도는 대중의 예상과 달라도 수면 밑의 세계는 받아들여야 할 팩트로 분석됩니다.

저의 개인적인 분석 결과에 따르면, EU집행위원장 등 국제 귀빈이 참석한 열병식의 전체적인 그림은 오히려 ‘평화적이고 점진적인 정권 이양’의 그림을 그리는 후진타오 전 주석 등 원로그룹의 모습이었다는 점에서, 중국 정치는 (선거 제도가 없음에도) 우리가 생각하는 것보다 지금 의외로 고차원적인 방정식 풀이가 진행되고 있다고 판단되는 바입니다.

돌이켜보면 후진타오 전 주석은 중국 경제를 최소한 한 단계 레벨업시켰고 집권 내내 8%대 성장률 신화를 만든 주역이었습니다.

이후 중국 경제는 양적인 팽창 측면에서 다른 양상이 장기간 벌어졌고 질적인 측면에서도 경제분석가 관점에서도 여러 논쟁 이슈가 상존하는 게 현실입니다.

특히 다음 사진 속에 시진핑 주석 바로 뒤에 있는 인물이 왜 지금으로부터 5년도 더 전에 한국 중앙선거관리위원회가 제작하고 기재한 유투브 동영상에 2편에 걸쳐서 소개되었다는 사실은, 중국이 (합리적인 방법이자 상호 공존하는 방식이 아니라) 비합리적인 방법으로 그 영향력을 주변국에 증가한 결과가 아닌가 반문하고 싶습니다.

이런 측면에서 앞으로 외면으로는 잘 모르겠으나 실질적인 “1순위 측면에서는 장유샤가 만들어갈 중국” 그리고 ‘실질적 2순위 측면에서는 후진타오 전 주석 등 원로그룹이 조언하여 만들어갈 중국’에서는 위와 같은 사례가 재발되지 않도록 제가 감히 말씀드립니다.

그리고 정동희가 꿈꾸는 아시아

저는 제가 생각하고 깨닫는 모든 걸 말하지 않는 스타일입니다.

말해봤자 소용없고 어떤 측면은 ‘외로운 전략가가 태생적으로 안고 가야 할 숙제’라고 보고 있기 때문입니다.

그런데 제가 말하지 않는 점들 중에서 ‘너무 확실해 보이는 미래 어느 순간 다가올 먹구름’이 있습니다.

저는 그 먹구름을 좋은 방식으로 그리고 선제적으로 피해갈 수 있는 방법은 없는지에 대하여 2018년부터 무려 7년 이상 틈틈이 고민해왔습니다.

정답을 아직 못 풀었는데, 근사치 답을 얻었습니다.

바로 그 고민 끝에 저는 ‘아시아의 별’이라 통칭할 수 있는 생존모델을 기획하고 구상하고 만들었습니다.

약간의 힌트를 드리면, 모두가 행복할 수는 없고 어느 순간 결단해야 할 것입니다.

그리고 분명한 점은 ‘장유샤가 만들어갈 중국, 정동희가 꿈꾸는 아시아’는 모두가 무너지는 그 결정적 시기 이전에 (생각의 차원에서라도 만나서) 토론할 과제가 있다는 점이 되겠습니다.

저는 지금 진짜 중국의 주인은 ‘중국의 미래를 걱정하고 지혜를 모으는 겉으로 드러나지 않는 숨은 그룹’이라고 생각합니다. 마찬가지로 앞으로의 한국 주인은 주인은 ‘한국의 미래를 걱정하고 지혜를 모으는 겉으로 드러나지 않는 숨은 그룹’이 될 것입니다.

이 두 그룹이 언젠가는 (만나지는 않더라도) 이 어려운 과제에 대해 토론할 수 있는 날이 곧 오기를 희망합니다.

The China that Yuxia Jang will create, the Asia that Donghee Zheng dreams of

Although I am faced with “many difficulties related to the Australian government,” my greatest interest is my curiosity about the “shaking topographical structure of China.” The large-scale military parade held by China at Tiananmen Square in Beijing on September 3rd to commemorate the 80th anniversary of Victory Day appears to be a touchstone that provides an answer to this question.

According to my personal analysis, the overall picture of the military parade attended by international guests such as the EU Commission President was rather that of a senior group, including former President Hu Jintao, drawing a picture of a ‘peaceful and gradual transfer of power.’ Therefore, I believe that Chinese politics (despite the lack of an election system) is currently undergoing a surprisingly higher-level equation solving than we think.

The China that Zhang Yuxia will create, ∙∙∙

Looking back, former President Hu Jintao was the key player who raised the Chinese economy to at least one level and created the 8% growth rate legend throughout his administration.

Since then, the Chinese economy has experienced different trends over a long period of time in terms of quantitative expansion, and the reality is that many controversial issues exist both from a qualitative aspect and from the perspective of economic analysts.

In particular, I would like to ask why the fact that the person right behind President Xi Jinping in the following photo was introduced in two YouTube videos produced and recorded by the Korean National Election Commission more than five years ago is a result of China increasing its influence on neighboring countries in an irrational way (rather than a rational way and a way of mutual coexistence).

In this respect, I dare to say that in the future, although I do not know from the outside, the above cases will not be repeated in the practical “China that will be created by Zhang Yuxia in terms of the first priority” and “the China that will be created with the advice of a group of elders, including former President Hu Jintao, in terms of the practical second priority.”

And the Asia that Zheng Dong-hee dreams of

I'm the type of person who doesn't say everything I think and realize.

This is because it is useless to talk about it, and some aspects are seen as ‘homework that lonely strategists are born with.’

However, among the things I do not mention, there is ‘a dark cloud that will come at some point in the future that seems too certain.’

For more than 7 years since 2018, I have been thinking about whether there is a way to avoid those dark clouds in a good way and preemptively.

I haven't figured out the answer yet, but I got an approximate answer.

After much thought, I planned, designed, and created a survival model that can be collectively referred to as the ‘Star of Asia.’

Just a little hint, not everyone can be happy and at some point you will have to make a decision.

And what is clear is that ‘the China that Jang Yu-xia will create and the Asia that Jeong Dong-hee dreams of’ have tasks to discuss (at least at the level of ideas) before the critical period when everything falls apart.

I believe that the real owners of China now are ‘a hidden group that is worried about China’s future and gathers wisdom.’ Likewise, the future owners of Korea will be ‘a hidden group that worries about Korea’s future and gathers wisdom.’

I hope that one day soon these two groups will be able to discuss this difficult task (if not meet at some point).
