The Father seeks those who worship him this way.
“You worship you know not what : we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews. But the hour comes, and now is, when the true worshipers shall worship the Father in spirit and truth: for the Father seeks such to worship him. God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and truth.” (John 4:22-24)
A person named Thomas Long said that there is a war of worship going on right now.
This means that they claim that their worship is right and other churches' worship is wrong, so they claim that their worship is right.
They say ridiculously that the time is right and the kingdom of God is near, so they say that the time is right and the world where masks are not needed has come, so repent and attend on-site worship.
But is non-face-to-face worship not worship, and should it be on-site worship?
If you don't know worship, then on-site or non-face-to-face is not worship.
If Christ, who is the resurrection and the life (John 11:25), is outside, can those who died in Adam because of sin worship the living Father God?
The Lord says, “I am the way, the truth, and the life” (John 14:6), and nails down that no one can come to the Father without me.
Then, a sinner must know how to approach the Father, and after knowing the truth, he must become one with the Lord and gain life, so that he can come to the Father by calling him Abba Father.
Since the Father means the one who gives life, God's absolute desire is to gain his life through Christ and become a child of God.
Next, God's relative desire is to become one bread, one spirit, one body, and one life in Christ and have fellowship with the Father.
So the first becomes last and the last becomes first, and this is determined by the density of fellowship with God in Christ.
Therefore, we must become united with the death of Christ and the resurrection of Christ, receive forgiveness of sins, receive the Holy Spirit as a gift, realize the truth that the Holy Spirit teaches and reminds us, and firmly hold on to the commandment that I am in Christ and Christ is in me.
God sent the Lord to cleanse the sin in Adam, and he transfers us from Adam into Christ, and seals us with the Holy Spirit as we hear and believe in the work the Lord has accomplished through the gospel.
There is no way in heaven or on earth to become one with Christ without the Holy Spirit.
Therefore, the Corinthian church, which only had the appearance of the Holy Spirit, was only a believer in Jesus and not a Christian.
They did not accept the fact that Christ is in them, but only boasted of the manifestation of the Holy Spirit, so they only had the name of the church of God and the saints, and did not have the mystery of being saved by calling on the name of the Lord in Christ at any time.
They do not know God who calls them into Christ and gives them fellowship with His Son Jesus Christ our Lord (1 Corinthians 1:9).
The proof is that love (agape) has not yet shown itself to them.
This is because there is only the resurrection of Jesus, and their resurrection was something that would happen in the future, like Martha and Mary before Pentecost.
If there is no resurrection in them, the life of Christ is not in them either.
Therefore, if you sprinkle water on a dead tree, it will only rot quickly.
Watering a living tree will accelerate its growth.
Therefore, worship must be preceded by the baptism of the Holy Spirit.
You must have the mystery of becoming one body with Christ and drinking one Holy Spirit. (1 Corinthians 12:13)
The Lord hints at this by saying that he is the husband who gives water.
He said, “Whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.” (John 4:14)
After the Lord died and rose again, sat on the throne of glory, and sent the Holy Spirit, rivers of living water flow out of the belly of those who believe in Christ as Lord. (John 7:38)
It is a faith that firmly holds on to the commandment of being one with the Lord.
Through baptism, which is a union with the death and resurrection of the Lord, we become one with Christ in the Holy Spirit, and through Christ appearing in us, the gates of heaven are finally opened.
Some people are trying hard to see the tabernacle of the testimony in heaven only with the spirit, without going through the Holy Spirit and the truth, but that is only a sign and not a way to go to God the Father through Christ, the way, the truth, and the life, using the keys of heaven.
There is only one gate, the Lord Jesus Christ.
There is no other name under heaven.
If there is another way, it is no different from thief and robber, and it is an illegal act.
Therefore, if we properly understand the grace of the atonement of Christ's cross and are united with the death and life of the cross of Christ through repentance and baptism, and are recognized as people who have nothing to do with sin, and have confidence in ourselves, we will see the Lord sitting on the throne calling me and personally interceding for me.
Following the gaze of my spirit, we become one in His blood, are reconciled with God through the cross, become one body with Christ, and access to God the Father.
God sent the Son and then the Holy Spirit, but through the Holy Spirit he sent, we realize the truth, become one with the Son, gain life, and when the life appears within us, we can finally approach the Father.
This is called worship in spirit and in truth.
