DESCRIBE THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION 1. Provide strategic and tactical, consultative HR support to assist CRC achieve its business goals and manage human resource. 2. Provide analysis and solutions for complex resource issues and ensure implementation through efficient resource management. 3. Ensure comprehensive management, co-ordination, administration and continuous improvement of resource utilization of CRC. 4. Manage career planning and ensure provision of appropriate training in line with TSRs/CSRs and leaders’ career plan and business strategic directions. 5. Assure that CRC has and plans right balance of human resources through monitoring of people resources data and people profiles. 6. Manage surveys for CRC to ensure that staffs opinion is regularly obtained to provide feedback and achieve improvements. 7. Keep efficient design of organizational structure by supporting various organizational re-design and monitor the functions of each teams and organization. 8. Design and maintain efficient shift works and roaster of staffs. 9. Improve the efficiency of HR management by appropriately projecting HR needs and corresponding allocation. 10. Perform human resource planning related projects and duties as assigned, not limited to support of new programs and initiatives launching.
