Receive and process invoices Review and analyse business centre invoices & expenditure compared to spend parameters Manage new supplier set up Resolve administrative queries with business centres,
Complete other administrative tasks as required
Key Relationships
LSC Finance - Head of Cost Control / Head of APBusiness Centre CSRs and GMs Country FDs GSC Finance department
Skills and Experience
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracyAbility to maintain a high productivity/activity levelGood administrative skills Proficient with MS office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in local languages (depending on roles) and English (written and spoken) Strong customer service skills Adaptable
어카운팅 관련 경력을 선호하며, fresh graduate 일 경우 어카운팅 관련 전공을 선호 합니다.
