The city I live in is Daejeon. It is commonly known that Daejeon is a city of science, and in accordance with this, Daedeok Science Complex, one of Korea's leading science and technology science complexes is actively engaged in research activities on ultramodern technology .Every year there are lots of festivals related to science, and there are also various places where many people can enjoy exhibitions and experiences. Another characteristic is that Daejeon is located in the central part of Korea, so traffic has developed. Important roads and high-speed railraods of Korea pass through Daejeon. Thanks to these advantages, I think it is easy to get to other cities from Daejeon. Daejeon is famous for being a city that is good to live in but not fun, but actually has a lot of fun places to play and many delicious restaurants. Dunsan-dong, a representative downtown area, has many delicious restaurants and pretty cafes around the department store, so there are many people during the day, but there are also many entertainment facilities such as bars, so there are endless people at night. Thanks to the large LED structure called Sky Road, another downtown Eunhaeng-dong makes me feel beautiful and colorful at night, and there is Seongsimdang, a famous bakery, so many people from other regions visit. In addition, there are many walking trails around the stream in Daejeon, so I think it is a city where you can enjoy your leisure time in your busy daily life.
제가 살고있는 도시는 대전입니다. 흔히들 대전은 과학의 도시라고 알고 있는데, 그에 걸맞게 대전에는 우리나라의 대표적인 과학기술 연구단지인 대덕 연구 단지가 조성되어 있으며, 그곳에서 첨단 과학을 연구하는 활동이 활발히 이루어집니다. 해마다 과학과 관련된 축제가 열리고, 전시와 체험을 즐길 수 있는 곳 또한 다양합니다. 다른 특징은 대전은 한국의 중앙부에 위치하기 때문에 교통이 발달했다는 점입니다. 우리나라의 중요한 도로나 고속철도 등이 대전을 거쳐 갑니다. 이러한 이점 덕분에 대전에서 타지역으로 가는 방법이 수월하다고 생각합니다. 살기에는 좋지만 재미없다는 도시로도 유명한 대전은 사실 놀거리도 꽤 있고 맛집도 많이 있습니다. 대표적인 번화가 둔산동은 백화점을 중심으로 주변에 맛있는 밥집과 예쁜 카페가 많아서 낮에도 사람들이 많지만, 술집과 같은 유흥시설들도 많기 때문에 밤에도 사람들이 끊이지 않습니다. 또 다른 번화가인 은행동은 스카이로드라고 하는 대형 LED 구조물 덕에 밤에도 예쁘고 화려한 기분을 느낄 수 있고, 유명한 빵집인 성심당이 있어서 다른 지역 사람들도 많이 찾아옵니다. 이 외에도 대전에는 하천 주변으로 걸어다니기 좋은 산책로들도 많기 때문에 바쁜 일상 속에서도 여유를 즐길 수 있는 도시라고 생각합니다.

The two cities I know are Busan in Korea and Las Vegas in the United States. Busan is crowded all year round because there are many beaches. Haeundae is especially famous because you can see beautiful night scenery at night with sculptures displayed on the beach. Also, Busan is close to the sea suitable for the slogan of ocean capital, many kinds of markets have developed because of many ports that lead to many places, and we can see that seafoods and foreign goods are mainly sold. What surprised me when I went to Busan was that the weather in winter was not as cold as I thought, because it has oceaonic climate. I think Busan is one of the cities that tourists want to visit because there are many famous tourist attractions, delicious foods and sideshows.
Las Vegas is also called the city of tourism and gambling. The most surprising thing was the large, colorful hotels, Among them, Bellagio Hotel is the most memorable for me. Bellagio Hotel is famous for its fountain show, and on the day I went there, I showed a spectacular fountain show with Titanic's OST. I remembered that many people are attracted because of the beautiful scenery. As the name of the city of gambling, every hotel has a casino. It's a taboo in Korea, but it's amazing that it's legal in Las Vegas. If you go up to the Stratosphere Tower, you can see the panoramic view of Las Vegas, and because it is an active city at night, I felt that night is more beautiful than day.
제가 알고 있는 두 도시는 한국의 부산과 미국에 있는 라스베가스입니다. 부산은 해수욕장이 많기 때문에 일 년 내내 사람들이 붐빕니다. 특히 해운대 해수욕장이 유명한데, 그 이유는 해변에 전시되어있는 조형물들과 함께 밤에는 예쁜 야경을 볼 수 있기 때문입니다. 또한 부산은 해양 수도라는 슬로건과 걸맞게 바다와 밀접해있으며, 여러 곳으로 통하는 항구가 많기 때문에 그 특징을 살려 여러 종류의 시장들이 발달했고, 해산물과 외국의 물건들이 주로 팔리는 것을 알 수 있습니다. 제가 부산에 갔을 때 놀랐던 점은 생각보다 겨울의 날씨가 춥지 않다는 것이었는데, 이는 해양성 기후를 가지고 있기 때문에 그렇다고 합니다. 부산은 유명한 관광지도 많고 ,먹거리와 볼거리도 많기 때문에 여행객들이 가고 싶어하는 도시 중 하나라고 생각합니다.
라스베가스는 관광과 도박의 도시라고도 불립니다. 가장 놀랐던 점은 화려고 거대한 호텔들이었는데, 저는 그 중 벨라지오 호텔이 가장 기억에 남습니다. 벨라지오 호텔은 분수쇼로 유명한데, 제가 간 날은 타이타닉의 ost와 함께 화려한 분수쇼를 보여줬습니다. 아름다운 광경으로 인해 많은 사람들이 몰렸던 기억이 납니다. 도박의 도시라는 명칭답게 모든 호텔에는 카지노가 있습니다. 한국에서는 금기시 되는 것이지만 라스베가스에서는 합법적으로 이루어진다는 사실이 신기했습니다. 스트라토스피어 타워에 올라가면 라스베가스의 전경을 볼 수 있는데, 특성상 밤에 활발한 도시이기에 낮보다 밤이 더 아름다운 도시라고 느꼈습니다.
